从自由试验提取阻尼约束结构主模态

本文发展了一种利用自由试验提取阻尼约束结构复模态的可行方法。然后利用现有技术,又由提取的复模态辨识出工程中常用的主模态。本文采用了两种阻尼模型：瑞利阻尼和粘性阻尼。针对此两阻尼模型建立的提取约束结构复模态的两支配特征方程的精度是良好的。即使当所要求提取的约束结构模态的频率范围大于自由结构的试验频段,也能获得满意的结果。

Fuzzy energy-based dual contours model for automated coronal hole detection in SDO/AIA solar disk images

The presence of coronal holes in solar disk plays an important role in influencing the space weather and generation of the solar wind. As such there lies a requirement in proper study and prediction of coronal holes occurs in the solar disk. This, in turn, arises the necessity of detection of coronal holes present in the solar disk. In this work, a Hough transformed inspired fuzzy-energy simulated dual contours-based segmentation technique has been proposed for the detection and extraction of holes in solar disk. In the proposed method Hough transform has been induced to initialize the contour for the contour-based method of segmentation. In the algorithm, two contours (active and static) have been initiated and made to evolve based on the energy function by incorporating the gray-scale intensity. Here in the work one contour is made to deform its shape while the other contour is kept static for the coronal holes detection purpose. The experiment has been carried out on few benchmark datasets and the corresponding outcomes have been compared with the results of other existing algorithms. The comparison results highlight the performance of the proposed technique in detection of coronal holes in solar disk.

The cognitive adequacy of Allen's interval calculus for qualitative spatial representation and reasoning

Qualitative spatial reasoning (QSR) is often claimed to be cognitively more plausible than conventional numerical approaches to spatial reasoning, because it copes with the indeterminacy of spatial data and allows inferences based on incomplete spatial knowledge. The paper reports experimental results concerning the cognitive adequacy of an important approach used in QSR, namely the spatial interpretation of the interval calculus introduced by Allen (1983). Knauff, Rauh and Schlieder (1995) distinguished between the conceptual and inferential cognitive adequacy of Allen's interval calculus. The former refers to the thirteen base relations as a representational system and the latter to the compositions of these relations as a tool for reasoning. The results of two memory experiments on conceptual adequacy show that people use ordinal information similar to the interval relations when representing and remembering spatial arrangements. Furthermore, symmetry transformations on the interval relations were found to be responsible for most of the errors, whereas conceptualneighborhood theory did not appear to correspond to cognitively relevant concepts. Inferential adequacy was investigated by two reasoning experiments and the results show that in inference tasks where the number of possible interval relations for the composition is more than one, subjects ignore numerous possibilities and interindividually prefer the same relations. Reorientations and transpositions operating on the relations seem to be important for reasoning performance as well, whereas conceptual neighborhood did not appear to affect the difficulty of reasoning tasks based on the interval relations.

超高强度钢立铣工件温度分析及对加工表面质量的影响

以航空难加工材料300M钢为研究对象,基于立铣加工中的工件温度判断在铣削加工中是否出现了金相组织转变,进而分析不同工况下影响加工表面质量的因素。首先,将移动热源法应用于铣削加工中,计算考虑后刀面磨损的立铣加工工件温度,实验表明,计算值与实验值相比误差在10%以内。然后,分析了工件温度在时间上与空间上的分布,以及不同刀具磨损和加工参数条件下工件表面的温升规律,据此预测加工表面是否出现了组织转变,并结合金相组织观察进一步确认。最后,依据加工表面质量物理层面残余应力和显微硬度的检测数据,初步探讨了各因素对表面质量的影响。结果表明,在研究的加工参数范围内,并未达到金相组织转变温度,表面质量主要受铣削热力作用下的剪切面塑性凸出效应、后刀面挤光效应和热效应的影响。     

多分辨率分析及其在图像分解和编码中的应用
