Hypersonic glide vehicles (HGVs) are launched by a solid booster and glide through the atmosphere at high speeds. HGVs will be important means for rapid long-range delivery in the future. Given that the glide is unpowered, the initial glide conditions (IGCs) are crucial for flight. This paper aims to find the optimal IGCs to improve the maneuverability and decrease the con- straints of HGVs. By considering the IGCs as experiment factors, we design an orthogonal table with three factors that have five levels each by using the orthogonal experimental design method. Thereafter, we apply the Gauss pseudospectral method to perform glide trajectory optimization by using each test of the orthogonal table as the initial condition. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, an integrated indicator is established to evaluate the IGCs, which synthesizes the indexes of the maneuverability and constraints. The integrated indicator is calculated from the trajectory opti- mization results. Finally, optimal IGCs and valuable conclusions are obtained by using range anal- ysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis on the integrated indicator. 相似文献

The elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion (ECSEE) process is simulated by using Deform-3D finite element software. The ratio m of major-axis to minor-axis length for ellipse-cross-section, the torsion angle u, the round-ellipse cross-section transitional channel L1, the elliptical rotation cross-section transitional channel L2 and the ellipse-round cross-section transitional channel L3 are destined for the extrusion process parameters. The average effective strain eave on cross-section of blank, the deformation uniformity coefficient a and the value of maximum damage dmax are chosen to be the optimize indexes, and the virtual orthogonal experiment of L16 (45) is designed. The correlation degree of the process factors affecting eave, a and dmax is analyzed by the numerical simulation results using the weights and grey association model. The process parameters are optimized by introducing the grey situation decision theory and the ECSEE optimal combination of process parameters is obtained: u of 120 , m of 1.55, L1 of 7 mm, L2 of 10 mm, and L3 of 10 mm. Selecting the optimal machining parameters for impeller surface is a challenging task in the automatic manufacturing industry, due to its free-form surface and deep-crooked flow channel. Existing experimental methods require lots of machining experiments and off-line tests, which may lead to high machining cost and low efficiency. This paper proposes a novel method of machining parameters optimization for an impeller based on the on-machine measuring technique. The absolute average error and standard deviation of the measured points are used to define the grey relational grade for reconstructing the objective function, and the complex problem of multi-objective optimization is simplified into a problem of single-objective optimization. Then, by comparing the values of the defined grey relational grade in a designed orthogonal experiment, the optimal combination of the machining parameters is obtained. The experiment-solving process of the objective function corresponds to the minimization of the used errors, which is advantageous to reducing the machining error. The proposed method is efficient and low-cost, since it does not require re-clamping the workpiece for off-line tests. The evaluation indicator for the performance of a synthetic jet actuator (SJA) is well-defined because of its various applications, which require optimal design to improve its performance and extend its field of application. This paper presents a novel approach to the optimal design of an SJA applied to enhance fuel/air mixture. It optimizes the combination of an actuator's geometric parameters by selecting the strength of vortex pairs as the evaluation indicator, coupled with orthogonal experiments and analysis of variance (AOV). The results indicate that slot width is the most notable factor influencing the strength of vortex pairs, followed by cavity height and slot depth. The optimal value of the strength of vortex pairs increases by 32.5%over the experimental data of the base case, and more than 8.4%compared with the simulation results of the orthogonal experiments. It is concluded that the optimal method can effectively improve the performance of an SJA applied in mixing enhancement, reducing the test numbers and the associated design cycle and cost. 相似文献

外测系统中传统的正交多项式微分方法和自然样条微分方法容错能力弱,无法避免截断误差、消除异常数据的影响,并且求得的微分结果对随机误差敏感。为了解决这些问题,提出容错样条微分技术,融合了自然样条微分算法与正交多项式中心平滑的优点,不仅增强了算法的容错性能、降低了结果对随机误差的敏感性,并且减小了截断误差。通过仿真试验,验证了该算法的实用性和有效性,为试验任务提供了高精度的弹道参数结果。 相似文献
