The Cool Interstellar Medium

Infrared spectroscopy and photometry with ISO covering most of the emission range of the interstellar medium has led to important progress in the understanding of the physics and chemistry of the gas, the nature and evolution of the dust grains and also the coupling between the gas and the grains. We review here the ISO results on the cool and low-excitation regions of the interstellar medium, where T _gas≲ 500 K, n _H∼ 100–10⁵ cm⁻³ and the electron density is a few 10⁻⁴. JEL codes: D24, L60, 047 Based on observations with ISO, an ESA project with instruments funded by ESA Member States (especially the PI countries: France, Germany, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom), and with the participation of ISAS and NASA.     

Working group 3: Coronal streamers

The working group on coronal streamers convened on the first day of the 2nd SOHO Workshop, which took place in Marciana Marina, Isola d'Elba, 27 September –1 October 1993. Recent progress in streamer observational techniques and theoretical modeling was reported. The contribution of streamers to the mass and energy supply for the solar wind was discussed. Moreover, the importance of thin electric current sheets for determining both the gross dynamical properties of streamers and the fine-scale filamentary structure within streamers, was strongly emphasized. Potential advances to our understanding of these areas of coronal physics that could be made by the contingent of instruments aboard SOHO were pointed out.

Thermal and nonthermal flare emission observed with the Nobeyama Radio Heliograph

The early phases of three flares, observed by the Nobeyama Radio Heliograph, are studied. Nonthermal and thermal radio sources are identified by comparison with soft X-ray images taken by the Soft X-ray Telescope onboard the Yohkoh satellite. Two of the flares are mainly of nonthermal origin and their location coincides with one of the footpoints of soft X-ray loops. Another flare has both thermal and nonthermal components which start to brighten simultaneously. This suggests that particle acceleration and plasma compression develop simultaneously.     

Local clouds: Distribution, density and kinematics through ground-based and HST spectroscopy

The distribution, kinematics and physical properties of the interstellar matter surrounding the Sun can be inferred from ground-based and UV spectroscopic observations. On a 200 pc scale the local interstellar matter appears inhomogeneous and asymmetric. Although it generally flows towards the lower density region, it is composed of numerous small components a few parsecs in size with slightly different velocities. On a smaller scale the extent and the nature of the Local Cloud which flows over the Sun are discussed based on HST-GHRS observations of nearby stars.     

基于化学反应器网络模型法的预混气组分对NOx反应路径影响研究

摘 要：为探究预混气组分对不同反应路径下NOx生成影响,针对高压射流反应器,基于CFD流场特征等,构建优化了单PSR、2PSR、3PSR以及PSR+PFR四种化学反应器网络模型。在贫预混燃烧条件下,研究了纯CH4及其混合气燃烧时不同反应路径下NOx的生成情况,得出了燃烧室内不同反应区域每条反应路径NOx的生成量。结果表明,纯CH4燃烧产生的NOx主要来自于热力型、快速型和N2O-中间体型三条反应路径。绝热火焰温度的提高主要促进了热力型和N2O-中间体型NOx的生成。随着CH4或CO中加入H2摩尔分数的增加,NOx排放总量降低,快速型NOx生成速率降低,特别是火焰刷区域的。另外,混合气中CO摩尔分数的增加会导致NOx生成量增多。

基于排队论的防空部署效率分析

为简化空防对抗中防空部署效率的分析,提出了一种基于排队论的分析方法。将作战过程视为先到先服务的服务系统,在目标持续入侵时目标流作为泊松申请,近、中/远程地空导弹武器集群分别为带失效和有限等待时间的排队系统。在一定的简化条件下建立了两种火力单元部署效率的数学模型。算例表明,该法可描述我方火力单元数、武器系统毁伤能力(服务时间)和空中目标流密度间的关系,能用于评估混编防空武器系统的部署效率,算法简单。     

论“三个代表”思想的时代特点

江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”的重要思想,是站在世纪之交的时代高度,总揽全局,对我党近80年历史经验和50年执政经验的总结,提出了加强执政党自身建设的新思路,创造性地发展了马克思主义党建理论与学说,具有鲜明的时代特点。本文就“三个代表”思想所体现的时代特点进行了初步的探讨,论证了其内在逻辑上的统一性,指出了“三个代表”思想必将成为新世纪党建理论的强大思想武器和伟大旗帜。     

计入带电粒子入射角度对次级电子效应影响时航天飞行器的带电特性

本文采用由实验得到的带电粒子入射角度对次级电子的影响关系,根据轨道限制电流收集理论,导出了不同几何形体航天器的次级电子数通量表达式;并按局部电流平衡模型,计算了航天器背阴面的带电电位。结果表明,计入带电粒子入射角的影响后,航天器表面负电位的数值有一定减少。因此,在计算航天器表面带电时,应当考虑这种影响。
