Space buffer landers offer the unique promise of ensuring that high-speed flying space robots steadily attach to the surface of the target spacecraft for repairs and rescues. A stable attachment and an easy detachment mechanism of the robot are required to enable space buffer landers to land smoothly on spacecraft in space environments. In this paper, we present an approach to fabricate a buffer lander with an elastic multi-leg configuration and adhesive feet with a microarray structure. We set up a theoretical model of a buffer lander with six elastic legs and adhesive feet. We analyze the influence of the initial position of the lander on the buffer kinetic energy absorption characteristics by theoretical modeling. Based on this model, we establish a discrete element multibody dynamics coupling simulation platform. Through the simulation, we analyze the factors influencing the buffer kinetic energy absorption characteristics and optimize the parameters of the buffer. We obtain the contact force of the adhesion feet and the torque of each joint of the buffer during the cushioning process with EDEM-ADAMS coupling simulations. Finally, we build a launching platform for the buffer collision test and simulate a high-temperature and high-vacuum space environment with a heating cage and a vacuum tank, respectively. Then, the effects of the high-temperature and high-vacuum environment on the kinetic energy absorption and adsorption characteristics of the buffer are analyzed.  相似文献

This paper addresses a target-enclosing problem for multiple spacecraft systems by proposing a two-layer affine formation control strategy. Compared with the existing methods, the adopted two-layer network structure in this paper is generally directed, which is suitable for practical space missions. Firstly, distributed finite-time sliding-mode estimators and formation controllers in both layers are designed separately to improve the flexibility of the formation control system. By introducing the properties of affine transformation into formation control protocol design, the controllers can be used to track different time-varying target formation patterns. Besides, multi-layer time-varying encirclements can be achieved with particular shapes to surround the moving target. In the sequel, by integrating adaptive neural networks and specialized artificial potential functions into backstepping controllers, the problems of uncertain Euler-Lagrange models, collision avoidance as well as formation reconfiguration are solved simultaneously. The stability of the proposed controllers is verified by the Lyapunov direct method. Finally, two simulation examples of triangle formation and more complex hexagon formation are presented to illustrate the feasibility of the theoretical results.  相似文献

The composite leaf spring landing gear of an electric aircraft is optimized. With the strength and workability as constraints and the minimum structural weight as an objective, the two-stage optimization of the leaf spring landing gear with glass fiber unidirectional prepreg is carried out using a genetic algorithm, namely, the optimization of continuous thickness of layup, and the optimization of the layup sequence and discrete thickness. In the optimization process, the ground loads are calculated according to the structural stiffness of each chromosome, thus the stiffness constraints are relaxed, and the optimization results are compared with those using stiffness constraints. The static experiment verification reveals that the numerical simulation and experimental results are consistent, that is, the optimized leaf spring meets the strength requirements. The results show that the leaf spring landing gear based on two-stage optimization method achieves the objective of weight reduction.  相似文献

针对高超声速滑翔飞行器再入轨迹优化问题,提出一种基于稀疏差分法和网格细化技术的快速、高精度求解方法。该方法应用局部配点法将再入轨迹优化问题转化为非线性规划(NLP)问题,从两方面提高轨迹优化的效率和精度。一方面,引入一种高效的稀疏差分法计算NLP的一阶偏导数,提高NLP的求解效率;另一方面,提出一种基于新型广义二分网格的网格细化算法调整离散节点的数量和分布,使得方法能够采用较少的节点数目取得较高的优化精度,从而减小NLP的规模和计算量。应用该方法求解了高超声速滑翔再入轨迹优化问题,仿真结果表明所述方法能够快速生成一条严格满足各种约束的最优三维再入轨迹。在此基础上,研究了滑翔飞行器的再入落点区范围,进一步检验了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

The world airport network (WAN) is one of the networked infrastructures that shape today's economic and social activity,so its resilience against incidents affecting the WAN is an important problem.In this paper,the robustness of air route networks is extended by defining and testing several heuristics to define selection criteria to detect the critical nodes of the WAN.In addition to heuristics based on genetic algorithms and simulated annealing,custom heuristics based on node damage and node betweenness are defined.The most effective heuristic is a multiattack heuristic combining both custom heuristics.Results obtained are of importance not only for advance in the understanding of the structure of complex networks,but also for critical node detection.  相似文献

The research of unmanned aerial vehicles'(UAVs')autonomy navigation and landing guidance with computer vision has important signifcance.However,because of the image blurring,the position of the cooperative points cannot be obtained accurately,and the pose estimation algorithms based on the feature points have low precision.In this research,the pose estimation algorithm of UAV is proposed based on feature lines of the cooperative object for autonomous landing.This method uses the actual shape of the cooperative-target on ground and the principle of vanishing line.Roll angle is calculated from the vanishing line.Yaw angle is calculated from the location of the target in the image.Finally,the remaining extrinsic parameters are calculated by the coordinates transformation.Experimental results show that the pose estimation algorithm based on line feature has a higher precision and is more reliable than the pose estimation algorithm based on points feature.Moreover,the error of the algorithm we proposed is small enough when the UAV is near to the landing strip,and it can meet the basic requirements of UAV's autonomous landing.  相似文献

针对现有被动式铝蜂窝月球着陆器缓冲力波动大、无法重复使用的问题,提出一种基于磁流变缓冲器的仿猫月球着陆缓冲机构。首先,开展了不同高度平台的家猫跳落实验,对其跳落着陆姿态与前/后腿触地冲量进行了分析,探究其缓冲吸能机理;实验结果表明猫后腿的缓冲吸能占比更高。其次,结合猫跳落实验与中国嫦娥系列月球着陆器参数,设计了一种新构型仿猫着陆缓冲机构,并将其与嫦娥着陆器进行了仿真分析对比。结果表明,所提出的仿猫月球着陆缓冲机构,其机体最大加速度降低了18.3%,具有更为出色的着陆性能。其前腿缓冲吸能贡献约为40%,后腿的缓冲贡献度约为60%,与家猫高台跳落实验结果基本吻合,验证了仿猫月球着陆缓冲机构设计方案的合理性。  相似文献
