河南省金融产业竞争力评价与对策

以河南省为研究重点，选取了31个省份作为对照样本，这用主成分和因子分析法对各个区域的金融产业竞争力进行计量分析和排序，结果认为，东部地区金融产业竞争力仍然保持着绝对优势地位，中部六省中，河南省的金融产业竞争力发挥着龙头作用，被划入我国区域金融产业发展的前三个梯度内，表现出良好的发展态势。在对金融产业竞争力的模糊曲线分析后认为，影响金融产业竞争力提高的八个分力，依其重要程度依次为经济力、科技力、文化力、开放力、设施力、劳动力、聚集力和环境力，均对其产生正向贡献。因此，提高河南省金融产业竞争力，主要应从以下方面入手：（1）促进河南省经济的继续增长，努力提高人均可支配收入水平。（2）做好对内对外开放，尤其是针对不同区域有针对性地扩大对外开放与区际开放。（3）完善对外金融交往基础设施，加强政府的监管效率。（4）拓展河南金融业的发展空间，充分发挥其就业效应。（5）进一步加大科技成果的转化。（6）加强区域向心吸引力，促进产业集聚。（7）加强文化建设，完善金融生态环境。     

An experimental analysis of situation awareness for cockpit display interface evaluation based on flight simulation

Aircraft cockpit display interface (CDI) is one of the most important human-machine interfaces for information perceiving. During the process of aircraft design, situation awareness (SA) is frequently considered to improve the design, as the CDI must provide enough SA for the pilot to maintain the flight safety. In order to study the SA in the pilot-aircraft system, a cockpit flight simulation environment is built up, which includes a virtual instrument panel, a flight visual display and the corresponding control system. Based on the simulation environment, a human-in-the-loop experiment is designed to measure the SA by the situation awareness global assessment technique (SAGAT). Through the experiment, the SA degrees and heart rate (HR) data of the subjects are obtained, and the SA levels under different CDI designs are analyzed. The results show that analyzing the SA can serve as an objective way to evaluate the design of CDI, which could be proved from the consistent HR data. With this method, evaluations of the CDI design are performed in the experimental flight simulation environment, and optimizations could be guided through the analysis.

民航机场风险评价模型应用探讨

机场安全是民航安全管理的重点之一,是正确的指导民航风险管理工作的重要内容.在对民航机场进行风险因素辨识及风险分析的基础上,利用层次分析法和模糊数学理论建立了民航机场风险评价模型,并以首都机场为评价对象,对其进行了风险评价.     

基于序列二次规划的PIO易感性时域评估方法

时域Neal-Smith准则是评估PIO易感性比较理想的量化准则,但驾驶员的自适应特性给该准则的使用带来了困难。以某机型为算例,将序列二次规划算法应用于时域Neal-Smith准则,对其PIO易感性进行了评估。评估结果表明,将序列二次规划算法用于时域Neal-Smith准则来评估飞机的PIO易感性是可行的。     

区域城镇化质量的评估

城镇化已成为社会经济发展以及可持续发展的必然趋势。以河南省为例，并结合河南省的省情，借鉴河南省城镇化进程中出现的问题对城镇化质量进行分析评估。采用多指标综合评价方法，得出评估结果。     

Microscopic Phase-field Simulation of Effects of Re-ageing Temperature on Precipitation of Ni-Al-Cr Alloys

This article, by means of the ternary microscopic phase-field model, investigates the effects of re-ageing temperature on the precipitation of Ni₇₅Al₁₀Cr₁₅ alloy with the help of atomic pictures, order parameters, particle density, averaged radii, and volume fractions. During pre-ageing at 873 K, DO₂₂ phases first appear through spinodal decomposition mechanism, and then L1₂ phases begin to form on the DO₂₂ phase-boundaries through non-classical nucleation mechanism. In either of them, ordering process is obviously faster than atom clustering. At the late stage of re-ageing at 923 K, the elastic strain energy seems to exert stronger effects on microstructure, and DO₂₂ and L1₂ phases exhibit directional alignment along <100> direction to a certain extent. When the temperature increases to 1 023 K, the influence of elastic strain energy begins to weaken, and the precipitated phases become randomly distributed in the matrix. The volume fraction of DO₂₂ phase decreases to zero, whereas that of L1₂ phase first increases and then decreases with the temperature rising from 923 K to 1 123 K. On the whole, the effects of elastic strain energy make the coarsening behavior of both phases deviate from the time-law predictions by LSW diffusion-controlled growth theory.     

飞行器空气动力特性的综合评估方法研究

空气动力评估是对飞行器进行全过程、全系统试验与鉴定的重要内容.依据层次分析原理,可分层、分类对飞行器的空气动力特性进行综合评估.采用专家调查法,获得专家个体对评估因素、评估因素的权重、以及评估结果等级与档次的意见;采用综合评估方法综合各专家个体的意见,获得对飞行器空气动力特性综合评估的定性结论和定量结果.     

基于Vague集的潜艇作战效能评估

针对现有潜艇作战效能评估方法不能全面反映专家不确定评价信息的问题,提出了一种基于Vague集的潜艇作战效能评估方法。该评估方法利用专家评价的合成Vague集与潜艇作战效能理想Vague集之间的加权贴近度进行潜艇作战效能评估。在专家权重求取上,采用贴近度赋权算法对各作战效能要素分别赋权,以反映专家对各作战效能要素评价的差异性。仿真实例验证了该方法的有效性。
