Determination of optimal samples for robot calibration based on error similarity

Industrial robots are used for automatic drilling and riveting.The absolute position accuracy of an industrial robot is one of the key performance indexes in aircraft assembly,and can be improved through error compensation to meet aircraft assembly requirements.The achievable accuracy and the difficulty of accuracy compensation implementation are closely related to the choice of sampling points.Therefore,based on the error similarity error compensation method,a method for choosing sampling points on a uniform grid is proposed.A simulation is conducted to analyze the influence of the sample point locations on error compensation.In addition,the grid steps of the sampling points are optimized using a statistical analysis method.The method is used to generate grids and optimize the grid steps of a Kuka KR-210 robot.The experimental results show that the method for planning sampling data can be used to effectively optimize the sampling grid.After error compensation,the position accuracy of the robot meets the position accuracy requirements.     

弹地人在回路末制导时延补偿改进模型

基于弹地通信链路的人在回路制导导弹利用惯性导航系统短时导航精度高的特点,对导弹末制导中导引指令的时间延迟提出了两种补偿模型及改进方法。通过Simulink仿真,得出距离和导引量与目标横向误差的关系及其方法改进后精度的提高幅度,并进行了分析。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。     

周边固支环扇形板静力学问题的小波方法

根据相关文献，将拟Shannon小波配置法应用到环扇形板的混合状态方程中，构造出了环扇形板平面方向离散，而厚度方向是解析的混合状态方程。因为用拟Shannon小波张量积表示的近似解是离散形式的，所以固支边界的未知应力可以近似地用内点的应力和位移来表示。数值实例验证了本文方法的正确性。     

关于非扩张映像和非扩张半群的单调混杂算法

在Hilbert空间中，使用单调混杂算法，修正了由Zhao等引进的隐迭代格式，分别对一族有限个非扩张映像和非扩张半群证明了强收敛定理。同时，也使用这种算法来逼近单调算子的零点，并得到强收敛定理。     

战术导弹折叠翼两种展开方法及测试结果比较

为了满足型号设计的需要,掌握战术导弹折叠尾翼在发射初始时的展开特性,对两种折叠翼快速展开的测试技术进行了试验研究。详细说明了两种测试方法的原理、测试量之间的比较、测试结果的分析。两种方案均在北京空气动力研究所(BIA)的一座低速风洞中进行了多次重复试验比较,测试结果表明两种方法均成熟可靠,可以用于战术导弹的实际设计中。     

空间群Pn3mPn3P23子群链耦合系数的计算

本文利用陈金全教授的本征函数法计算了Pn3m Pn3 P2 3空间群的母分系数。最后的计算结果表明 ,用陈金全教授的本征函数法所求得的母分系数确实满足幺正、归一性 ,同时也证明了本征函数法对于求母分系数同样适用     

Energy conversion of the flare due to direct electric fields from the sheared reconnection

In this paper we present a new mechanism of the main energy conversion of the solar flare. Since a flare inducing prominence (flux tube) rises V_z ? 300 km s⁻¹, the plasmas below it cannot continuously eject with Alfvén speeds of V_A = 3000 km s⁻¹ but probably with V_z ≈ ±100 km s⁻¹. Plasma up and downflows with V_A will within a short duration be blocked between the chromosphere where reconnected flux tubes are piling up, and the slowly rising flux rope. Hence the Petschek slow shock mechanism is difficult to be realized as a major energy converting mechanism.     

太阳10.7 cm射电流量中期预报模型研究(I)

采用时间序列模型中的自回归方法开展了F10.7中期预报研究. 预报试验和误差分析结果表明, 在太阳活动水平较低、F10.7 的27天周期性明显时自回归预报方法的预报精度高, 具有较为理想的预报效果, 但在日面有大活动区产生和消亡时预报效果不理想. 这说明时间序列模型中的自回归方法能够较好地反映太阳F10.7的27天周期性特征, 对F10.7中期预报模型的建立有一定适用性.通过对2005年9月21日至2007年6月7日期间预报结果的比较可以看出, 自回归分析方法预报的精度与美国空军预报的相当.     

可展桁架天线形面精度理论分析

针对可展桁架天线杆件多和转动铰多的特点, 研究杆件加工公差和转动铰间隙对天线反射面精度和重复展开精度的影响. 根据杆件加工公差和转动铰间隙发生的随机性, 建立相应的随机数据模型和Monte-Carlo随机有限元模型, 计算杆件加工公差和转动铰间隙所引起的天线反射面精度误差. 研究表明, 间隙所引起的反射面精度误差远大于杆件公差所引起的误差, 并且天线重复展开精度差值不宜忽视.
