In low-altitude air traffic management, non-cooperation targets are the greatest threat to security of low-flying aircraft. Among various aviation fatalities, flying bird is the main factor with the highest risk and directs economic losses amounted to nearly 10 billion US dollars each year. Therefore, Flying Bird Detection (FBD) has attracted considerable attention in low-altitude air traffic management. In this paper, we propose a skeleton based FBD method via describing bird motion information with a set of key poses. To overcome the variability of birds, the skeleton feature is selected as a relatively fixed and common characteristic for the pose appearance of flying bird. Based on the geometric topology among some key parts of bird body, a set of key poses can be described by some extracted skeleton features, which are used to represent the bird motion information. Aimed at robustly handling with the pose variations, multiple pose-specific classifiers are individually trained to learn the representative poses of the flying bird. At the detection stage, the flying bird skeleton features are combined with extracted key-pose sets to perform the flying bird classification task from each image. Afterwards, the key-frame pose-change set and the consistency of the classification results from sequent images are employed to validate the final detection results. Experiments on flying bird datasets demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

The results of this paper demonstrate that the effect of collisions on the group refraction index is small, when the ordinary ray is considered. If, however, in order to improve the performance of a system for automatic interpretation of ionograms, the information contained in ordinary and extraordinary traces is combined, the effect of collisions between the electrons and neutral molecules should be taken into account for the extraordinary ray. The magnitude of these differences is generally very small and must be compared with the resolution in the virtual vertical height of the ionosonde, resolution which is typically of the order of few kilometers.  相似文献

The volatile species released in the coma are an important clue to the composition of the cometary nucleus ices. Their identification and the measurement of their abundances is possible by remote sensing. Considerable progress has been made recently using radio and infrared spectroscopy, especially with the observations of the two exceptional comets C/1996 B2 (Hyakutake) and C/1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp).) 24 molecules likely to be parent molecules outgassed from the nucleus have now been identified. Significant upper limits exist for many other species, and the presence of unidentified lines suggests that further species are to be identified. In addition, isotopic varieties have been observed for hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and sulphur. We will review these results with a special emphasis on the reliability of the identifications and of the molecular production rate determinations. A critical point is to assess whether a given species is a genuine parent molecule outgassed from nuclear ices, or is a secondary product coming from grains or from gas-phase photochemistry. Ground-based spectral imaging, such as radio interferometry, may help resolving this problem. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Though H2CO, H2CS, H2CCC, H2CCCC, H2CCO have been identified in cool interstellar molecular clouds, identification of H2CC is still awaited. To analyze its spectrum, collisional rate coefficients are required. We have calculated collisional rate coefficients for rotational transitions between 23 levels of ortho and para H2CC for kinetic temperatures 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 K. The scattering problem is analyzed using the computer code MOLSCAT where the colliding partner is He atom. The interaction between H2CC and He has been calculated with GAUSSIAN 2003. For the interaction potential obtained with GAUSSIAN 2003, MOLSCAT is used to derive the parameters q(L,M,M|E)q(L,M,M|E) as a function of energy E   of the colliding partner. After averaging the parameters q(L,M,M|E)q(L,M,M|E) over a Maxwellian distribution, the parameters Q(L,M,M|T)Q(L,M,M|T) as a function of the kinetic temperature T in the cloud are obtained. Finally, the collisional rate coefficients have been calculated.  相似文献

Over recent times there has been a rise in the number of objects placed into Earth orbit. With various countries licensing a number of large constellations, the orbital population is set to increase dramatically. A significant number of technical advances have facilitated this and, in the UK and elsewhere, this has been matched by the updating of legislation and an increased policy focus on the need for increased space surveillance and tracking. The rise of large constellations coupled with an increasing number of experimental techniques such as active debris removal or on-orbit servicing procedures means that establishing fault will be crucial if litigation is to be successful. In doing this, any legal proceedings will look at both norms of behaviour, deviation from which will point towards fault and the types and standard of evidence that will be required.This paper will outline these problems in detail. It will be proposed that what is required to map out the contours of liability are both codification of the norms for satellite operations and clarity on protocols for evidence gathering in cases where fault may be contested in orbital operations. This discussion will identify that a way in which this could be achieved is by the use of “space law games”. These are simulations, similar to military war games, in which fictional scenarios could highlight some of the key legal issues that might need to be dealt with. The paper will outline some of the ways in which the law games might work and pose questions as to what data and other considerations will be needed to make such simulations meaningful.  相似文献

报道一种球杆低速碰撞问题的理论与实验研究结果.通过球杆碰撞实验,验证了Hertz接触理论,并表明低速碰撞问题的分析的确可以转化为常规的振动响应问题的分析.因此,利用MSC/NASTRAN及其特殊数据卡就可计算此类问题.计算结果与实验数据吻合很好.另外,通过这个比较基本的实验,澄清了用激光测振仪测量撞击的一些技术问题,从而为以后更复杂的结构撞击实验提供了经验和技术.   相似文献

给出了飞行器防撞最优轨迹的混合整数线性规划(MILP)设计方法。将飞行器模型近似化为以恒定速度和有限转弯速率运动在两维平面上的质点,把最小时间表述与防撞约束相结合,形成MILP问题进行轨迹的最优化设计。通过两个仿真计算表明,模型近似是有效的。  相似文献

利用多通道光学分析仪测量激波波后不同时刻高温氮气的辐射光谱发现,辐射随时间发生强烈的变化。在非平衡态和平衡态,光谱的各条谱线强度有明显的差别。光谱的结构特征也依赖于激波的速度。  相似文献
