为准确辨识高超声速飞行器防热材料热传导系数,构造了针对热传导偏微分方程系统的约束泛函极值问题,基于表征多项式逼近性能的Weierstrass定理,采用Lagrange多项式对热传导系数进行参数化建模,进而将无穷维的约束泛函极值问题转化为有限维的非线性规划问题,再利用基于动态优化方程的优化方法将此非线性规划问题转化为常微分方程初值问题进行求解。为从较有限的测量数据中准确地“学习”热传导系数,建立采用“过拟合”判别准则的网格自适应迭代算法改善辨识精度。研究表明本文采用的辨识策略与优化方法有效,辨识结果可以较准确地反映材料热传导系数的变化规律。  相似文献

For a typical pressurized system with a novel dual-stage gas pressure reducing regulator, a system model is established with modular models of various typical components. The simulation study on the whole working period shows that the general trends and magnitudes of simulation curves are in agreement with experimental measured curves. As the key component in the pressurized system, the regulator is studied by a series of numerical simulations to reveal the influences of various structure parameters on its stability. Furthermore, the variable ranges which can guarantee the stability of regulator and system are obtained to provide guidance for design. The modeling and analysis approach can be applied to other systems and components.  相似文献

平动点,尤其是共线平动点轨道在未来深空探测活动中具有重要的应用价值,但由于共线平动点轨道不稳定,运行在其上的航天器在无控情况下将很快偏离标称轨道,因此在实际任务中,轨道维持必不可少。针对地月系L2点附近的Halo轨道维持问题,首先在圆型限制性三体模型下,利用Richardson三阶近似解析解、微分修正以及打靶法获得了用于维持控制的标称轨道;然后设计了基于特征模型理论的黄金分割控制器用于速度跟踪以及PD控制器用于位置跟踪;最后分别在圆型限制性三体模型和双圆限制性四体模型下进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在两种模型下,位置和速度的跟踪精度分别优于100 m和0.003 m/s,但双圆限制性四体模型下所需总的速度增量比圆型限制性三体模型下所需总的速度增量高一个数量级。  相似文献

为实现多高超声速飞行器的协同再入,提出一种基于参考轨迹的静态协同再入制导方法。首先以实际轨迹长度代替大圆弧假设,研究了实际轨迹长度与总飞行时间的对应关系,提出采用公共轨迹长度作为协调变量的思路;然后设计了一种双层协同框架,其中协调层将轨迹长度作为协调参数进行协调匹配,执行层依据分配的协调参数完成再入飞行;最后针对协同再入的时间一致性要求,提出一种新的协同逻辑转换策略,将终端时间的一致性问题转化为到达截止时间的状态收敛问题。该方法在能量域内进行公共参考轨迹设计,之后通过时域信息提取在时域内完成公共参考轨迹跟踪,最终实现多成员的协同再入。分别在标称状态与模拟扰动环境对所提方法进行了数值仿真,结果表明,所提方法能够简明实现多飞行器的再入协同制导,具有较好的应用潜力。  相似文献

The paper proposes a performance degradation analysis model based on dynamic erosion wear for a novel Linear Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator (LEHA). Rather than the traditional statistical methods based on degradation data, the method proposed in this paper firstly analyzes the dominant progressive failure mode of the LEHA based on the working principle and working conditions of the LEHA. The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method, combining the turbulent theory and the micro erosion principle, is used to establish an erosion model of the rectification mechanism. The erosion rates for different port openings, under a time-varying flow field, are obtained. The piecewise linearization method is applied to update the concentration of contaminated particles within the LEHA, in order to gain insight into the erosion degradation process at various stages of degradation. The main contribution of the proposed model is the application of the dynamic concentration of contamination particles in erosion analysis of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valves (EHSVs), throttle valves, spool valves, and needle valves. The effects of system parameters and working conditions on component wear are analyzed by simulations. The results of the proposed model match the expected degradation process.  相似文献

A full-sky star identification algorithm based on radial and dynamic cyclic patterns is presented with the aim of solving the “lost-in-space” problem. The dynamic cyclic pattern match is applied with a maximum cumulate comparison method to identify sensor-catalog pairings in initial match, which substantially eliminates the effects of the star position noise, magnitude noise, and false stars. After initial match pairings of stars are obtained, a chain part extension technique is employed to quickly search for the longest match chain as the final result. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is highly robust to star position noise, magnitude noise and false stars. In a series of simulations, the identification rate of the algorithm is 97.50% with 2.0 pixels star position noise, 96.90% with 0.4 Mv star magnitude noise and 95.30% with four false stars respectively. Moreover, the algorithm achieves an identification rate of 58.08% when only six stars are in the field of view.  相似文献

The YSZ coatings are prepared by the plasma spray-physical vapor deposition (PS-PVD) technology based on a specific experimental design. The structure, thickness and growth angle of YSZ coatings on the entire circumferential surface of the cylindrical sample are studied. The results indicated that the structure, thickness and deflection growth angle of YSZ coatings are related to the orientation of deposition location. The numerical simulation of the multiphase mixed fluid near the substrate is carried out and the deposition regularity and mechanism of YSZ coatings prepared by PS-PVD is deduced. The growth rate is related to the local characteristics of the plasma flow field, and is directly proportional to the field pressure and inversely proportional to the field velocity. The growth angle of the coating is generally affected by the flow direction of the plasma jet. Especially, the normal component of velocity vector, Vnorm, mainly affects the speed at which the coating grows vertically upwards. The tangential component of velocity vector, Vtan, determines the degree that the coating growth direction deviates from the vertical direction. When Vtan ≠ 0, the coating forms a fine column with a certain deflection angle and finally develops into an oblique columnar structure.  相似文献

对于载人地月转移任务,应急返回轨道是航天员安全返回地球的保障。针对载人混合轨道地月转移对安全性要求高的特点,基于载人地月混合轨道,提出了3种一次脉冲的应急返回轨道,即直接返回、即刻机动绕月返回及绕月后机动返回等模式。研究了不同时刻发生故障后,利用3种应急模式返回地球的转移时间和速度增量等特性,研究了载人地月转移全过程出现故障后的应急方式,总结了3种应急模式的应用特点及优劣,可为载人月球探测任务顶层任务分析与设计提供参考。  相似文献

In transonic flow, buffet is a phenomenon of flow instability caused by shock wave/boundary layer interaction and flow separation. The phenomenon is common in transonic flow, and it has serious impact on the structural strength and fatigue life of aircraft. In this paper, three typical airfoils: the supercritical OAT15A, the high-speed symmetrical NACA64A010, and the thin, transonic/supersonic NACA64A204 are selected as the research objects. The flow fields of these airfoils under pre-buffet and buffet onset conditions are simulated by Unsteady Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (URANS) method, and the mode analysis of numerical results is carried out by Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD). Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the shock wave motion, shock wave intensity, shock foot bubble and trailing edge separation, and pressure coefficient fluctuation were performed to attain deep insight of transonic buffet flow features of different airfoils near buffet onset conditions. The results of DMD analysis show that the energy proportion of the steady mode of these airfoils decreases dramatically when approaching the buffet onset angle of attack, while the growth rate of the primary mode increases inversely. It was found that at the onset of buffet, there exist different degrees of merging behavior between shock foot bubble and trailing edge separation during one buffet cycle, and the instability of shock wave and separation induced shear layer are closely related to the merging behavior.  相似文献
