随着航天任务型号的不断改进,箭上各系统单机输出数字量数据的现象越来越普遍,且数字量数据帧结构也越来越复杂多样,在各型号之间差异也较大,这给遥测数据处理带来了巨大挑战。若各型号各种帧结构数字量数据均对应一种解析方法,那么软件需要经常做适应性修改,造成软件维护工作量大且容易出错。针对这种情况,在充分梳理总结以往各型号任务中复杂帧结构数字量数据的特点和对应解析方法的基础上,提出了基于数字量帧结构中多个因子作为综合判据的普适性的解析方法,称为“通用解析方法”,其中分析了各因子对数据帧解析的作用,讨论了块头、步长等重要因子的设计和判别,给出了通用实现过程。方法已多次应用于航天任务中,效果良好。 相似文献

Aircraft collaboration design is based on a unified set of schemas containing data and model representations and interfaces across disciplines. The aircraft design schema is a central data model that specifies the paradigm for the representation of a full lifecycle model of aircraft design. The construction of the schema currently lacks theoretical guidance. This paper designs a novel methodology to construct the aircraft design schema, a fully functional, logical, and self-consistent methodology. The methodology defines a schema matrix that includes implementation strategies, principles, processes, meta-object facility, views, scenarios, and products. The aircraft conceptual design schema is constructed according to the methodology, which is a hands-on approach to help understand the concept and implementation. The features of the methodology are analyzed, and the methodology and the aircraft conceptual design schema are presented to address the pain points of multiple solution trade-offs, multiple iterations, and multidisciplinary coupling in aircraft conceptual collaboration design. 相似文献

针对以引力波探测为代表的空间科学任务和以“国网星座计划”为代表的商用卫星网络任务对推进器的特殊需求,本文提出了一种基于数字孪生的推进器优化设计方法。该方法首先建立由机理模型模块和测试数据集模块组成的数字孪生体。机理模型模块依据推进器的物理过程建立模型,对难以测量的数据进行仿真模拟;测试数据集模块通过实验对推进器进行测试,依靠测试数据建立可测参数的数学模型。将数字孪生体与实验进行对比,通过对比结果反馈调节机理模块从而不断提高孪生体的准确性,最终为优化设计提供依据。结果表明:(1)该方法能够构建微波离子推进器的数字孪生体;(2)该数字孪生体的预测结果存在一定差异,通过分析发现该差异与机理模型的精细度以及测试数据集的数据量有关。 相似文献

The digital twin-driven performance model provides an attractive option for the warn gas-path faults of the gas turbines. However, three technical difficulties need to be solved: (1) low modeling precision caused by individual differences between gas turbines, (2) poor solution efficiency due to excessive iterations, and (3) the false alarm and missing alarm brought by the traditional fixed threshold method. This paper proposes a digital twin model-based early warning method for gas-path faults that breaks through the above obstacles from three aspects. Firstly, a novel performance modeling strategy is proposed to make the simulation effect close to the actual gas turbine by fusing the mechanism model and measurement data. Secondly, the idea of controlling the relative accuracy of model parameters is developed. The introduction of an error module to the existing model can greatly shorten the modeling cycle. The third solution focuses on the early warning based on the digital twin model, which self-learns the alarm threshold of the warning feature of gas-path parameters using the kernel density estimation. The proposed method is utilized to analyze actual measured data of LM2500 +, and the results verify that the new-built digital model has higher accuracy and better efficiency. The comparisons show that the proposed method shows evident superiority in early warning of performance faults for gas turbines over other methods. 相似文献

The adaptive feedback control of stability with circumferential inlet distortion has been experimentally investigated in a low-speed, axial compressor. The flat-baffles with different span heights are used to simulate different distorted inflow cases. Compared with auto-correlation and root-mean-square analysis, cross-correlation analysis used to predict early stall warning does not depend on the distortion position. Hence, the cross-correlation coefficient was used to monitor the stable status of the compressor and provide the feedback signal in the active control strategy when suffering from different distortions. Based on the stall margin improvement of tip air injection obtained under different distorted inflow cases and the sensitivity analysis of cross-correlation coefficients to injected momentum ratios, tip air injection was adopted as the actuator for adaptive feedback control. The digital signal processing controller was designed and applied to achieve adaptive feedback control in distorted inflow conditions. The results show that the adaptive feedback control of air injection nearly achieves the same stall margin improvement as steady air injection under different distortion intensities with a reduced injection mass flow. Thus, the proposed adaptive feedback control method is ideal for the engine operation with circumferential distorted inflow, which frequently occurs in flight. 相似文献

基于PSK调制的数字通信系统在无线通信工程实践中有着广泛的应用,由于受到各种条件的限制,从实际工程系统接收到的PSK数字通信信号在教学科研中不易获得,而PSK调制仿真数据则可以自己产生。在掌握通信原理和仿真技术的基础上利用Matlab实现对BPSK、DPSK、QPSK、DQPSK、8PSK、π/4-DQPSK、OQPSK等数字通信信号源的模拟仿真,可对调制体制、工作频率、传输码率、采样频率、信道特征等参数进行灵活设置,并按要求生成规定格式的DAT数据文件,可作为调制方式识别软件的训练和测试样本。结合模方谱、平方谱、四次方谱、八次方谱等谱线参数特征,同时结合星座图和眼图进行基于PSK调制的数字通信信号的调制体制判别和验证。 相似文献
