海事BGAN系统数据链路测试及性能分析

概述了海事第4代卫星及BGAN系统的基本情况,针对某特殊用户对BGAN系统提出的要求,在数据Standard IP型和信道Streaming IP型2种通信业务模式下,对通信网络链路的时延、抖动、丢帧等性能进行测试实验,分析测试结果,证实了BGAN系统在远洋船舶中使用的可行性。     

飞船测控跟踪功能备份方案设计与实现

针对＂神舟＂飞船测控跟踪功能没有备份的难题,首次提出利用FM（调频）跟踪接收机跟踪接收数传信号来实现跟踪功能备份。从数传信号调制特性、FM跟踪接收机组成及载波接收解调3个方面进行了理论分析,并通过FM跟踪接收机的数传信号接收解调、静态跟踪和动态跟踪试验验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。该技术在不增加辅助设备功能的基础上,通过船载测控设备中FM跟踪接收机来实现对飞船跟踪功能的备份,显著降低对飞船目标跟踪失效的风险。     

Interactive database of cosmic ray anisotropy (DB-A10)

The worldwide neutron monitor network is a unique tool for obtaining with high accuracy the information on density variations, energy spectrum and anisotropy of comic rays at the Earth, outside its atmosphere and magnetosphere. These hourly averaged parameters were obtained over the whole period of cosmic ray monitoring by the ground level neutron monitor network (from 1957 till present) and are collected within the MySQL database. The Internet-project has developed for free access and supplying of cosmic ray density and anisotropy data in different formats.     

A generalized rough set-based information filling technique for failure analysis of thruster experimental data

Interval-valued data and incomplete data are two key problems for failure analysis of thruster experimental data and have been basically solved by the proposed methods in this paper. Firstly, information data acquired from the simulation and evaluation system formed as intervalvalued information system （IIS） is classified by the interval similarity relation. Then, as an improvement of the classical rough set, a new kind of generalized information entropy called ＂H＇-information entropy＂ is suggested for the measurement of uncertainty and the classification ability of IIS. There is an innovative information filling technique using the properties of H＇-information entropy to replace missing data by some smaller estimation intervals. Finally, an improved method of failure analysis synthesized by the above achievements is presented to classify the thruster experimental data, complete the information, and extract the failure rules. The feasibility and advantage of this method is testified by an actual application of failure analysis, whose performance is evaluated by the quantification of E-condition entropy.     

具有伯努利分布丢包网络控制系统的保性能控制器设计

针对一类服从伯努利分布丢包的网络控制系统,讨论了其保性能控制器的设计问题,将网络控制系统建模为一类具有不确定性参数的离散系统,利用Lyapunov稳定性理论,给出了系统的稳定性条件,结合一个最优二次型性能指标,推导出该类系统保性能控制器的存在性,并将系统保性能控制器设计问题转换为求解线性矩阵不等式(LMI)可行解问题。最后,通过仿真算例验证了此控制方法的有效性和可行性。     

利用飞行试验数据校验导弹气动参数

以防空导弹侧向运动为对象，提出了一种利用飞行试验数据校验导弹气动参数的方法。     

面向未来的微纳卫星测控管理

针对如何根据微纳卫星的技术状态与测控需求特点,以建立对多目标、多体制下卫星的测控管理模式的问题,从系统规划、设备研制、测控网建设等方面进行了有益的研究与分析。主要从卫星使用频率、占用轨道等空间资源的合理分配方面着手,提出了适宜微纳卫星应用与发展的频率和轨道选用建议。再根据微纳卫星的技术特点,提出了采用符合CCSDS(Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems,空间数据系统咨询委员会)规程的数据格式的建议。同时,针对在轨管理,还提出了利用国内外现有有效测控资源的联网合作与商业运作的管理方式。这些观点,有可能对我国微纳卫星进行高效、可靠的测控管理提供借鉴参考。     

Vector quantization for saturated SAR raw data compression

Spaceborne SAR involves the storage and transmission of large-size sampling data. Block adaptive quantization (BAQ) is now the most widely used onboard data compression algorithm due to its good tradeoff between system performance and complexity. However, when spaceborne SAR raw data is saturated, the performance of conventional BAQ deteriorates dramatically because its precondition of Gaussian distribution of raw data no longer holds. In order to solve this problem, an improved vector quantization (VQ) algorithm is proposed. This algorithm firstly introduces saturation modification to a conventional vector quantizer, obtains the saturation codebook based on Gaussian density function, and then obtains the new vector quantizer for the whole set of Saturation Degree (SD). This algorithm makes the vector quantizer match statistical model of data for the whole set of SD, so the performance of the compression is improved. The case of the 2D signal is explicitly computed. The performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulated and real data experiments.     

基于CCSDS的遥科学试验台通信链路的概念研究

为了有效地利用空间站资源,提出了遥科学的概念。利用空间站的微重力环境所做的各种科学实验,需要空地间交互地进行通信,空间数据系统咨询委员会（ＣＣＳＤＳ）为这种通信键路制定了一系列标准。着重讨论了遥科学对通信链路的要求,适于遥科学实验的空间数据系统模型以及天基、地基通信系统框图。
