PROGRESS IN HELIOSPHERIC PHYSICS

This is an overview of progresses in heliospheric physics made in China in the period of June, 2000 to May, 2002. The report is focused on theoretical studies,modelling and observational analysis of interplanetary physical phenomena, and consists of five sections: the acceleration and heating of the solar wind, corona structures, coronal mass ejections, magnetic reconnection phenomena, and in terplanetary transient phenomena. The main achievements made recently by Chinese scientists in related areas are simply listed in corresponding sections without any priority, only certain editorial consideration.     

构建农村和谐社会的原则与模式

从深层次（体制结构）上分析新中国成立以来我国农村不和谐的根本原因，提出构建农村和谐社会的原则及改革的创新思路：建立树-果结构体制下的大众股份制。并论述随着这一改革的成功，我国农村将变成一个经济、社会的运行、控制稳定有序，农村社会生产力高度发展，教育、卫生等各项事业蒸蒸日上，民主与法制显著改善（质的变化）的和谐社会。同时指明了：随着这一制度的确立，明晰了产权，奠定了农村综合改革的（舍社会主义市场经济的微观）基础，消除了“城乡分割的二元结构”及小农经济与市场经济的对立。     

Heliosphereic Physics Research in China:2002-2003

This brief report summarized the latest advances of the heliospheric physics research in China during the period of 2002-2003, made independently by Chinese space physicists and through international collaboration. The report covers all aspects of the heliospheric physics, including theoretical studies, numerical simulation and data analysis.     

碎裂开盖鱼雷发射箱内流场变化研究

利用计算流体力学的仿真软件FLUENT对鱼雷发射箱内流场变化情况进行仿真计算,通过仿真计算分析发射箱内的压强分布规律及其对易碎裂盖体的影响。仿真结果表明,后盖在助推器射流直接冲击下会受到极不均匀的压强作用,可能使后盖中心破裂而不碎;前盖受后盖反射的射流影响而开盖。研究结果对发射箱的碎裂开盖方案设计有一定的指导意义。     

导弹高空级间分离过程反向喷流流场数值模拟研究

采用有限体积法求解三维守恒N-S方程组,按准静态处理,对导弹130km高空头体级间分离过程反向喷流流场进行了数值模拟,并分析了N-S方程的有效性。分析了流场参数分布、气动力分布特性及轴向力随分离距离变化情况。计算结果为头体分离方案提供一定的参考依据。     

动力干扰下宽体客机机翼多目标优化设计

在机翼/机身/吊挂/动力短舱（WBPN）构型中开展了宽体客机机翼外形多目标优化设计。通过对动力短舱流场的动量积分，分析了直接用壁面积分"阻力"作为机体外形减阻优化设计目标函数的合理性。计算研究了短舱/吊挂的安装，以及发动机喷流对翼吊布局宽体客机机翼的干扰作用，展示了同时在安装效应和喷流干扰下设计机翼外形的重要性。运行搭建于超级计算机上的优化系统，求解雷诺平均Navier-Stokes（RANS）方程计算流场，实现了动力干扰下机翼外形的三点三目标优化设计。在80 h内，完成了近20 000个方案的计算评估，遗传优化近40代。所选的最优方案阻力发散性能明显提高，自动优化后的人工修形设计使机翼剖面展向过渡和压力分布形态更为理想。动力构型下取得的减阻效果，在通气短舱构型下亦得到验证和确认。     

构建廊坊市基层群众体育科学管理体制的相关研究

通过对廊坊市现行的基层群众体育管理体制及其运行机制现状的调查,总结廊坊市基层群众体育工作所面临的困难,及其管理体制存在的问题。系统分析与完善各群众体育组织的结构职能,根据社会发展的需要,为廊坊市基层群众体育科学合理管理体制的构建提出合理化建议与参考。     

Problems of improper dynamic system analysis and synthesis with regard for transfer zeroes

The notion of a transfer zero as applied to improper dynamic systems is considered. An algorithm that makes it possible to reduce the calculation of improper system zeroes to finding ordinary system zeroes is presented. A method for providing the specified position of a transfer zero set in the improper dynamic system having an equal number of inputs and outputs is proposed.     

Observations of the ozone and nitrogen dioxide profiles in the TROICA-4 experiment

To investigate the vast area of Russia, a mobile scientific facility based in a railway carriage was developed. It is capable to perform continues measurements being coupled in a passenger train traveling along railroads. It was first equipped with a spectrometer for remote sensing of ozone and nitrogen dioxide in the atmosphere for the transcontinental observations into the chemistry of the atmosphere-4 expedition performed from February 18 to March 5, 1998. A twilight DOAS method, which was applied for retrieval of the nitrogen dioxide profiles basing on spectral measurements at the visible wavelengths (434–451 nm), is described in the paper. Main features of a new algorithm for retrieval of the ozone profile and total content using the differential structure of the UV spectrum (310–335 nm) are presented. The ozone and nitrogen dioxide contents are obtained and shortly validated against available alternative data.
