异形排气管的热态气动试验

在发动机活动试车台上，对全尺寸的从环形过渡到腰果形的发动机排气量，进行了热态的出口压力和温度分布测试，实验结果表明，排气管出口截面的上部存在有严重的低压区，出现气流倒流的现象，产生的原因是由于发动机排气管的上壁面的扩张角过大造成的，排气管出口夫面温度由上向下不断提高，上部因受冷气倒流的影响，温度只有９０℃左右，而对应排气管环形部分直接排出燃气，由于未受冷空气的掺混，使出口截面下半的气流最调达度４２     

空心长轴深孔加工工艺研究

以某发动机空心长轴零件深孔加工为研究对象,设计了长径比为15,长度超过1米的整体硬质合金刀杆,在某加工项目试验中,应用这种超长整体硬质合金刀杆,在细长比大于10的空心长轴的深孔镗削加工中,改变了传统的深孔加工工艺,满足了空心长轴深孔加工中严格的壁厚差要求,取得了明显的效果.     

Study on dependence of hydrodynamic characteristics on gravity in a vertical upward channel bubbly flow

Since the bubbly flow has extensive applications in the space field, it is very necessary to comprehend the dependence of hydrodynamic characteristics on gravity. In this paper, the dependence of the microbubble distribution and the liquid turbulence modulation by the microbubbles on gravity was investigated in detail with the Euler–Lagrange method. The liquid Navier–Stokes equation was solved using direct numerical simulations (DNS), and the microbubble motion was tracked with Newtonian motion equation considering drag force, shear lift force, added mass force, pressure gradient force, and wall lift force. The coupling between the gas and the liquid phases regarded the interphase force as a momentum source term in the momentum equation of the liquid. The results showed that the phase profile and the turbulence modulation by the microbubbles strongly depend on the magnitude of gravity. When the influence of gravity is relatively weak, the microbubbles approximately uniformly disperse in the wide central region of the channel, and the average statistics of the liquid turbulence are almost not influenced due to the addition of the microbubbles. However, when the influence of gravity is comparatively important, the majority of the microbubbles accumulate near the wall of the channel, and the injection of the microbubbles modifies the profiles of the liquid average statistics.

降低CC50汽轮机推力瓦运行温度研究

针对4#机组汽轮机出现正推力瓦运行金属温度偏高的状况,在深入调查4#机组汽轮机现状的基础上,通过与现有标准相比较,确定目标为正推力瓦运行金属温度≤95℃;在具体分析其影响因素的基础上,确定了5个主要影响因素,并针对其采取了相应措施,改造结果表明确实使4#机组汽轮机组正推力瓦运行金属温度低于95℃,达到了预期目标,为汽轮机的改造提供了技术指导。     

基于Poisson圆盘分布的河流仿真技术

针对目前河流仿真所存在的计算效率低,渲染效果不够真实的问题, 介绍了一种基于物理规律的河流实时仿真的方法.提出了一种Poisson圆盘分布的算法,可实现屏幕空间的优秀的分布样式,该算法产生的分布粒子用于表达河流的速度场,进而重构河流表面; 采用一种纹理精灵的技术,通过纹理的动态访问和纹理混合,有效地实现河流表面的渲染.仿真实验证明:该方法可以产生渲染效果非常逼真的河流视景,并能够满足实时仿真的要求.     

Effect of surface roughness on microwave brightness temperature from lunar surface: Numerical analysis with a hybrid method

A hybrid method, combining the radiative transfer theory and the method of moments (MoM), is proposed to study the potential effect of the lunar surface roughness on the microwave brightness temperature. The total upward emission reaching the lunar surface from below media is calculated by the radiative transfer theory, and then the brightness temperature is obtained by weighting the bidirectional transmission coefficients which is computed using the MoM. The method is validated by both flat and rough surface models with analytic solutions. With the hybrid method, brightness temperatures from simulated lunar model are calculated and compared to those from a flat layered model. The comparisons show that the effect of rough surface on brightness temperature cannot be ignored and also depends on many other factors, such as observation angle and polarizations. For vertical polarization, an optimal observation angle may exist to reduce the effect of surface roughness. These results indicate that the knowledge of lunar surface roughness is important in microwave remote sensing to the Moon and may probably provide a guide to lunar projects in future.     

PREPROCESSING AND POSTPROCESSING SYSTEM FOR FINITE ELEMENT COMPUTATION

切削加工优化研究

本文通过切削加工机理的研究，建立了切削加工的数学模型，为难加工材料切削用量的选择提供了科学的方法。     

矩形截面电磁流量计分布权值研究与分析

电磁流量计广泛的应用在各种气体，液体等流量测量场合，权值函数表征了流体在管道横截面空间各位置上的流体速度对输出电压信号的相对作用，同时也对应了磁场分布的模型建立要求。本文对矩形和圆形截面的权值分布进行分析和性能比对，提出了对传统圆形结构的改进方向。
