火炮身管壁厚差超声测量中的误差源分析

射击精度是衡量火炮质量的一个重要指标,通过将超声技术用于火炮身管测量以提高火炮身管的加工精度。并过对测量过程中的误差源进行分析,找出相应的消除办法,从而将超声测厚技术更加完善的用于火炮身管的壁厚差测量中去。     

提高模具寿命的途径

模具寿命是直接影响产品质量、加工效率和成本的重要因素之一，也是衡量模具制造水平的重要指标。本文以翔实的材料描述了提高模具寿命的重要途径，即：模具的合理设计、模具材料的合理选用、正确运用热处理技术、模具的精加工和模具的正确使用等。     

The Deep Impact Earth-Based Campaign

Prior to the selection of the comet 9P/Tempel 1 as the Deep Impact mission target, the comet was not well observed. From 1999 through the present there has been an intensive world-wide observing campaign designed to obtain mission critical information about the target nucleus, including the nucleus size, albedo, rotation rate, rotation state, phase function, and the development of the dust and gas coma. The specific observing schemes used to obtain this information and the resources needed are presented here. The Deep Impact mission is unique in that part of the mission observations will rely on an Earth-based (ground and orbital) suite of complementary observations of the comet just prior to impact and in the weeks following. While the impact should result in new cometary activity, the actual physical outcome is uncertain, and the Earth-based observations must allow for a wide range of post-impact phenomena. A world-wide coordinated effort for these observations is described.     

等温热处理40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢中残余奥氏体

研究了经２７０℃等温＋不同温度回火后的４０ＣｒＮｉ２Ｓｉ２ＭｏＶＡ钢中残余奥氏体（ＡＲ）及其在拉伸条件下的连续变化。研究表明：热处理不同，ＡＲ形态及分布均有所不同，各自的稳定性也不同。经油淬和等温热处理加３００℃回火的４０ＣｒＮｉ２Ｓｉ２ＭｏＶＡ钢中的ＡＲ稳定性好，对性能有益；机械不稳定ＡＲ的存在使钢性能变坏。在拉伸变形后，板条间的ＡＲ转变为未回火板条马氏体，而板条内ＡＲ可转变为孪晶马氏体。     

复合材料飞机结构损伤容限和耐久性设计初探

虽然军机和民机规范对复合材料结构的损伤容限和耐久性均提出了要求,但迄今为止尚无成熟的设计方法可用。本文试图通过对国外经验的归纳总结,并结合自己的研究成果,提出一种切实可行的方法供参考。限于篇幅,本文仅就加筋结构蒙皮遇到的几个问题进行讨论。     

Ti6A14V的激光涂层

 <正> 1.引言 钛和钛合金的抗磨性差且难于润滑,为改善其抗磨性,尝试过许多表面处理方法,如氮化,氰化、在碳酸钾中控制氧化、电镀和硼化等,但是共同缺点是所得涂层太薄及处理过程不同程度地损害基体。目前工程上需要同基体结合力强且无缺陷的厚涂层。激光涂层处理对基体影响小,涂层质量高且厚度易调整,能在很大程度上满足工程上要求,所以激光涂层很有发展前途。     

Foreign Object Damage to Fan Rotor Blades of Aeroengine Part I： Experimental Study of Bird Impact

The conditions of experiment for bird impact to blades have been improved. The experiment of bird impact to the fan rotor blades of an aeroengine is carried out. Through analyzing the transient state response of blades impacted by bird and the change of blade profile before and after the impact, the anti-bird impact performance of blades in the first fan rotor is verified. The basis of anti-foreign object damage design for the fan rotor blades of an aeroengine is provided.     

飞机圆弧风挡鸟撞动响应研究

 以全尺寸鸟撞模拟试验测试的撞击力、位移、应变、应变率等参数为基础,研究了圆弧风挡的鸟撞动响应问题对鸟撞问题的性质、载荷计算方法及分析方法等进行了探讨,得出了一些有益的结论。     

几种金属材料在2.6～7km/s弹丸撞击下的损伤行为

研究了ＬＹ１２、ＬＦ６、ＴＡ６、３０ＣｒＭｎＳｉＡ四种靶材在２．６￣７ｋｍ／ｓＧＣｒ１５高速弹丸碰撞下的损伤行为。结果表明，弹坑深度和直径一般随弹丸速度ｖ０的增大而增大，但在４ｋｍ／ｓ〈ｖ０〈５ｋｍ／ｓ碰撞速度范围内，弹坑深度和直径随ｖ０的增大而减小。对于所研究的弹靶材料的组合，在ｖ０≈５ｋｍ／ｓ时，弹丸侵长驱支材的能力都下降到最小。在量纲理论分析基础上，应用最小二乘法处理试验数据得到２．６ｋｍ／
