基于Pro/E的双轴定位机构虚拟样机的建模与校核

介绍了在Pro/E设计平台上完成某卫星天线双轴定位机构虚拟样机模型的建模、仿真与校核。根据该定位机构的特点,建立了虚拟样机模型并完成静态校核。通过设定必要的参数值,对虚拟样机作包括运动学和动力学仿真的动态校核。由仿真结果与规定设计指标的比较可知,该虚拟样机符合设计要求。     

大气阻力摄动对卫星编队飞行队形的影响分析

为了分析大气阻力摄动对卫星编队队形的影响,利用相对轨道根数法推导了包含大气阻力摄动的卫星编队相对运动的状态转移方程。仿真结果表明当几何形状和质量不同的两颗卫星在低轨道做编队飞行时,大气阻力摄动对编队队形的影响很大而不能忽略;当主卫星的半长轴相等时,主卫星轨道的偏心率越大编队飞行受大气阻力摄动的影响也越大;大气阻力摄动主要影响编队飞行迹向相对距离。     

复合固体推进剂玻璃转化温度的测定

系统地介绍了复合固体推进剂玻璃转化温度（Ｔｑ）测试的几种表征方法,并评估了各方法的优良点。通过动态热机械分析（ＤＭＡ）获得的推进剂参数曲线可以看出,用损耗模量Ｅ″的曲线表征Ｔｑ比较合适。     

非线性系统的可控正则型和状态变换的求法

Zeitz引入了非线性控制系统的可控正则型,证明了由可控正则型描述的非线性系统是可控的,本文进一步给出了非线性系统正则化的条件和状态变换的算法,从而解决了通过状态变换证明非线性系统的可控性。     

压缩空气瓶内凝结水水位检测方法的探讨

由于压缩空气瓶在使用过程中会出现瓶内残留凝结水的现象,从而影响压缩空气瓶的容积,并产生化学腐蚀,影响气瓶的整体强度和耐压性能及其的寿命。为此,应掌握气瓶内凝结水水位情况,并且提高检测水位准确度。提出了一种利用气体状态方程来计算压缩空气瓶的冷凝水水位新见解,对压缩空气瓶的安全使用具有重要意义。     

某型涡轮螺桨发动机转子偏磨故障分析

 某型涡轮螺桨发动机曾发生过多起转子偏磨故障,工厂对此作过许多分析,本文在其基础上再对该项故障的原因和机理结合实际地作了进一步的比较、分析和论证,提出了排故措施。效果显著。     

A fast arc fault detection method for AC solid state power controllers in MEA

Arc fault detection is desperately required in Solid State Power Controllers (SSPC) in addition to their fundamental functions because arcs will provoke growing harm and threat to aircraft safety. Experimental study has been done to obtain the faulted current data. In order to improve the detection speed and accuracy, two fast arc fault detection methods have been proposed in this paper with the analysis of only half cycle data. Both Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Wavelet Packets Decomposition (WPD) have been adopted to distinguish arc fault currents from normal operation currents. Analysis results show that Alternating Current (AC) arcs can be effectively and accurately detected with the proposed half cycle data based methods. Moreover, experimental verification results have also been provided.     

High-resolution simulation for rotorcraft aerodynamics in hovering and vertical descending flight using a hybrid method

A high-resolution simulation tool for rotorcraft aerodynamics is developed by coupling CFD with a Vorticity Transport Model (VTM). An Eulerian-based CFD module is used to model the blade near body flowfield, and a Lagrangian-based VTM module is employed for vortex tracking in the far wake. The coupling procedure is implemented by transmitting vortex sources to the VTM module and feeding boundary conditions back to the CFD module. The presented CFD/VTM hybrid solver is firstly validated by hover cases of three different rotor configurations. Simulation results, including the blade surface pressure distribution, rotor downwash, and hover figure of merit, exhibit favorable correlations with available experimental data. Then, a rotor operated in vertical descending flight with a fixed collective pitch is investigated. It is shown that the CFD/VTM coupling method is suitable for rotor wake simulation. Wake instabilities (far wake breakdown in hover and toroidal wake pattern in the vortex ring state) are successfully demonstrated with a moderate computational cost.

一种基于分步过渡的再入段组合导引法

针对比例导引法在弹道导弹再入段误差修正时可能引起的导弹攻角和侧滑角变化剧烈的问题,提出了一种基于分步过渡的再入段组合导引法,并采用了一种考虑弹道倾角增量和弹道偏角增量变化范围的过渡段计算方法。仿真结果表明,改进的组合导引法减小了侧滑角和横向过载的变化范围,并减弱了两种导引法交班段的攻角、侧滑角和过载突变问题,在保证导弹末段飞行稳定控制的同时减小了再入段误差对导弹射击精度的影响。
