基于航线对象的五边进近调配程序模型研究

针对进近管制飞行密集、潜在冲突多、调配难度大的特点,提出一种智能化的调配程序研究方法。将五边调配程序分解为基本的飞行程序,并引入航线对象的概念,结合五边进近飞行特点建立调配程序的参数模型。通过模型计算得到关键位置点及飞行控制参数信息,同时生成飞行路径,综合全部信息即得到完整的调配方案,能够为实际管制工作提供参考和服务。计算机仿真结果证明了理论方法的可行性。

采用层次分析、熵值、质量功能展开、模糊综合评价等运筹学的基本方法,结合航空发动机行业的技术特点,建立了一套能够量化评估航空发动机的先进性和技术成熟度等顶层设计指标的评价方法,并在C++Builder编译环境下开发了面向对象的评估软件。在民用航空发动机项目中的实际应用表明,方法能够对航空发动机的先进性和技术风险等顶层设计指标进行合理的量化评估,并对航空发动机研发过程中的技术成熟度进行动态跟踪。     

On uncertainties in carbon flux modelling and remotely sensed data assimilation: The Brasschaat pixel case

Uncertainty on carbon fluxes is determined by the uncertainties of ecosystem model structure, data and model parameter uncertainties and the temporal and spatial inaccuracy of the input data retrieval. The objective of this paper is to understand the error propagation and uncertainty of evaporative fraction (EF), soil moisture content (SMC) and water limited net ecosystem productivity (NEP). In this respect, C-Fix and spaceborne remote sensing are used for the ‘Brasschaat’ pixel. A simple model based on error theory and a Monte-Carlo approach are used. Different error scenarios are implemented to assess input uncertainty on EF, SMC and NEP as estimated with C-Fix.

配对进近运行模式下近距平行跑道容量研究

配对进近是提高近距平行跑道容量的运行模式.通过分析近距平行跑道配对进近运行模式的特点,借鉴单跑道容量模型的基本思想,针对三种不同运行方式(全部用于降落、两个到达单元之间插入一架起飞飞机、两个到达单元之间插入两架起飞飞机),分别构建了配对进近运行模式下的近距平行跑道容量模型.算例表明,所提出的模型具有可行性,同时也证明了配对进近能有效提高近距平行跑道的容量.     

A rendezvous navigation algorithm for orbit determination, based on visual measurements by space vehicle crew members

At present, various radio navigation systems are employed during the automated approach of a transport vehicle to a space station. Experience has shown that emergency situations can occur in which it is necessary to revert to manual override of the automatic approach.Such situations have indeed occurred during flight operations of the space station Mir. The crews of the transport vehicles and the Mir used manual steering more than 30 times for successful docking, and four times for approach to the station.Successful manual steering demands absolute understanding of the relative orbit parameters. The decisive task of the crew is to determine these relative parameters. This is possible using visual observations from either the transport vehicle or the station using simple and reliable instruments. This article explains the algorithm for determining the relative orbits from visual crew observations, based on similarities of relative orbit families.
