To solve the problem of thrust vector misalignment from the Cubesat center of mass during orbital maneuver, spin-stabilized method is applied to eliminate velocity pointing error. Spinning thrusting Cubesat model involves the effects of mass variation and jet damping is established. Analytical solutions for the angular velocity, nutation angle, Euler angle, and inertial velocity with nonzero initial conditions are derived. Simulations show that the analytical solutions closely match numerical simulations. Based on the analytical solutions, the velocity pointing error influencing factors is analyzed. The results show that the velocity pointing error caused by initial transverse velocity, nutation angle and transverse disturbance torque can be reduced by raising the spin rate, but the initial Euler angle need to be limited. Also, the spinning thrusting maneuver can allow for a lower spin rate by increasing the axial moment of inertia.  相似文献

针对铝合金在硝盐槽中固溶热处理存在加热介质不环保、超温爆炸的问题,以2219铝合金不同厚度板材为对象,研究了空气介质加热固溶处理工艺对2219铝合金力学性能的影响。探索了其力学性能随固溶处理保温时间的变化规律,并观察了6 mm板材典型的热处理工艺:(535±5)℃/70 min固溶,(165±5)℃/960 min时效,板材显微组织的析出相呈细小弥散状分布,对合金有较好的强化效果。试验获得了不同厚度2219铝合金板材较为理想的固溶处理工艺参数。合金热处理后的力学性能达到了产品的技术指标:抗拉强度Rm≥405 MPa,屈服强度Rp0.2≥286 MPa,延伸率A11.3≥10%。2219铝合金空气介质加热固溶处理工艺技术已替代硝盐介质固溶处理技术,并在运载火箭贮箱结构件中得到成功应用。  相似文献

To evaluate stress corrosion cracking(SCC) mechanism of low alloy ultra-high strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2 A in environment containing NaCl, SCC behavior of the steel in 3.5wt% NaCl solution is investigated by slow strain rate technique(SSRT) with various strain rates and applied potentials, surface analysis technique, and electrochemical measurements. SCC susceptibility of the steel increases rapidly with strain rate decreasing from 1 · 10 5s 1to 5 · 10 7s 1, and becomes stable when strain rate is lower than 5 · 10 7s 1. SCC propagation of the steel in the solution at open circuit potential(OCP) needs sufficient hydrogen which is supplied at a certain strain rate.Fracture surface at OCP has similar characteristics with that at cathodic polarization 1000 mVSCE, which presents characteristic fractography of hydrogen induced cracking(HIC).All of these indicate that SCC behavior of the steel in the solution at OCP is mainly controlled by HIC rather than anodic dissolution(AD).  相似文献

Regarding the rapid compensation of the influence of the Earth' s disturbing gravity field upon trajectory calculation,the key point lies in how to derive the analytical solutions to the partial derivatives of the state of burnout point with respect to the launch data.In view of this,this paper mainly expounds on two issues:one is based on the approximate analytical solution to the motion equation for the vacuum flight section of a long-range rocket,deriving the analytical solutions to the partial derivatives of the state of burnout point with respect to the changing rate of the final stage pitch program;the other is based on the initial positioning and orientation error propagation mechanism,proposing the analytical calculation formula for the partial derivatives of the state of burnout point with respect to the launch azimuth.The calculation results of correction data are sim ulated and verified under different circumstances.The simulation results are as follows:(1) the accuracy of approximation between the analytical solutions and the results attained via the difference method is higher than 90%,and the ratio of calculation time between them is lower than 0.2%,thus demonstrating the accuracy of calculation of data corrections and advantages in calculation speed;(2) after the analytical solutions are compensated,the longitudinal landing deviation of the rocket is less than 20 m and the lateral landing deviation of the rocket is less than 10 m,demonstrating that the corrected data can meet the requirements for the hit accuracy of a long-range rocket.  相似文献

针对传统的混合表面形状恢复算法存在较大误差的问题,提出了一种基于透视投影的从混合表面的明暗变化恢复形状的新算法.首先,建立了一种改进的Ward反射模型来描述混合表面的反射特性,其次,采用更接近摄像机实际拍摄的透视投影方式,并且假定光源位于摄像机的光心处,构造了新模型下的图像辐照度方程,然后将该方程转化为包含物体表面深度信息的Hamilton-Jacobi偏微分方程,使用Fixed-point Iterative Sweeping方法和2D Central Hamiltonian函数逼近该微分方程的黏性解,进而得到物体表面的三维形状.与同类算法相比,新算法恢复的结果更加准确有效.合成花瓶图像的实验结果表明,与基于正交投影的算法相比,新算法恢复三维形状高度的平均误差和均方根误差均有较大幅度减少.  相似文献

In this paper, a new displacement based high-order shear deformation theory is introduced for the static response of function-ally graded sandwich plate. Unlike any other theory, the number of unknown functions involved is only four, as against five in case of other shear deformation theories. The theory presented is variationally consistent, has strong similarity with classical plate theory in many aspects, does not require shear correction factor, and gives rise to transverse shear stress variation such that the transverse shear stresses vary parabolically across the thickness satisfying shear stress free surface conditions. Two common types of functionally graded sandwich plates, namely, the sandwich with functionally graded facesheet and homogeneous core and the sandwich with homogeneous facesheet and functionally graded core, are considered. Governing equations are derived from the principle of virtual displacements. The closed-form solution of a simply supported rectangular plate subjected to sinu-soidal loading has been obtained by using the Navier method. The validity of the present theory is investigated by comparing some of the present results with those of the classical, the first-order and the other higher-order theories. It can be concluded that the proposed theory is accurate and simple in solving the static bending behavior of functionally graded sandwich plates.  相似文献
