SrTiO3 submicro-wires were prepared by the reaction of layered titanate nanowires with Sr(OH)2 powder in an autoclave. The wires were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), Ultra-violet visible (UV-vis), photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectroscopy. The XRD measurement shows that the prepared SrTiO3 submicro-wires hardly have impurity phases. The SEM and TEM images demonstrate that the scalable wires, which need to be proc- essed at the reaction temperature of 180 ℃ for about 48 hours, are not composed of single crystals. The PL shows that the wire-like SrTiO3 has emission peaks at the wavelengths of 568 and 585 nm. Further, the Raman spectroscopy reveals structural changes in the products through different reaction time. 相似文献

A new high strength 2A97 Al-Cu-Li-X alloy was subjected to triple-aging of retrogression and re-aging treatments (RRA). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and tensile tests were used to investigate the effects of RRA treatment on the microstructures and properties. DSC test reveals the reversion temperature range of the strengthening δ' (Al3Li)phase. The results show that the microstructure consists of δ' (Al3Li) phase, T1 (Al2CuLi) phase and θ"/θ'(Al2Cu) phase for 2A97 alloy treated by a triple-aging ora retrogression and re-aging treatment in the following order: (1) at 165 ℃×30 min, (2) at 220 ℃ or 240 ℃×15 min, (3) at 165 ℃×24 h. The plastic deformation, incorporated into the treatment after secondary high temperature aging, promotes the T1 precipitation during final re-aging. The tensile properties of the alloy treated by the retrogression and re-aging treatment reach the peak level of alloy single-aged at 165 ℃ in T6 temper. 相似文献

针对φ127 mm、φ315 mm试验发动机及大长细比发动机工作状态和结构特点,开展了燃烧室内三维两相流流动数值模拟,分析了横向和纵向加速度载荷对各种发动机燃烧室内粒子场和聚集带的影响。计算结果表明,不同轴向、横向过载对粒子的聚集位置、聚集浓度、冲击角度、速度有很大影响,轴向过载不变情况下,随着横向过载增大,粒子冲击速度减小、冲击角度增大、冲击位置前移,但粒子聚集浓度变化规律与轴向过载大小有关;药柱结构对发动机内粒子聚集也有很大影响,不同的药柱结构,过载的影响规律不同。 相似文献

高超声速推进系统用单膨胀斜面喷管型面设计和流场模拟 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
基于特征线法,并考虑变比热的影响,开展了高超声速飞行器用单膨胀斜面喷管设计。利用CFD数值模拟技术,计算得到了设计状态和沿飞行轨迹其它飞行状态下的单膨胀斜面喷管内外流场和特性。结果表明,在设计状态马赫数5时,基于特征线法得到的单膨胀斜面喷管内流场分布符合设计要求,而在其它较低的飞行马赫数下,单膨胀斜面喷管处于过膨胀状态,并且过膨胀的程度随飞行马赫数的降低而愈加严重。在马赫数2.5时,喷管膨胀面气流已发生明显分离,喷管性能急剧恶化。为了提高低马赫数条件下单膨胀斜面喷管的性能,采用变几何结构(调节下斜板角度)或基于二次流控制的单膨胀斜面喷管是必须的。 相似文献

采用45°斜丝热线风速仪(HWA),在近最高效率和近失速工况下测量了一台两级对旋轴流风机的定常与非定常流场。结果表明,近失速状态下的损失增加主要集中在两列动叶之间叶顶附近区域,此区域内,近最高效率状态下时,后级动叶的位势流影响略占优势;而近失速状态下时,前级动叶的尾迹影响占主导地位。 相似文献

This article analyzes the problem about the missile overload requirement in a homing terminal guidance under various engagement scenarios. An augmented proportional navigation guidance (APNG) model is introduced on the basis of linear kinematics. To analyze the peak-to-peak performance of the terminal guidance system, a new finite time L1 performance measure for a linear time-varying (LTV) continuous system is proposed. Then, according to the idea of the adjoint system, a novel method for computing the L1 norm of a linear continuous system is first derived. Within the finite time L1 framework, the quantitative relation between the guidance loop dynamics and the maximum missile-target maneuver ratio is offered. This relation is expressed in the form of graphs and formulas that can be used to synthesize some of the major subsystem specifications for the missile guidance system. The illustrative examples show that a significant performance improvement is achieved with the proposed guidance loop dynamics. 相似文献
