群体多属性决策方法及其应用

针对甄选员工这类群体多属性决策问题,将评价属性划分为主观评价属性和客观评价属性,并且假设方案在主观评价属性下的评价值采用区间数的形式来表示专家评价值的不确定性和模糊性。针对每一主观评价属性设定一组与之对应的专家重要性权重值,反映决策者在不同评价属性中的重要性程度,同时考虑到专家评价值的相似度,将专家评价值进行集结得到专家群体关于方案集的决策矩阵。通过计算各方案与理想方案的相似度,据此对方案进行优劣排序。最后给出该方法在员工甄选决策中的应用实例。     

结构与纯度结合的新型决策树分裂准则

决策树（Desision tree， DT）生长关键步骤的分裂或分叉准则通常根据纯度和误分类误差等实现，分裂生长分为轴平行和非轴平行方式。这些分裂准则一般与数据内在结构（如类别是否是多簇或单簇组成）无关。为了弥补这一缺失，本文提出了两种混合分裂准则，分别用加权和两步法将同类内的节点间距（Between-node margin within the same class，BNM）和同一节点内的类紧性（Within-class compactness and between-class separation in the same inner node，CSN）与纯度度量相结合。由于传统决策树以贪婪方式生长，仅能确定出当前的一个局部最优分裂点，为改善这个缺点，本文首先根据纯度确定出前k个候选分裂点，然后通过最大化BNM和最小化CSN确定最终的分裂点，不仅缓和了纯度上的局部最优性，而且引入了数据结构的全局性，因此能较大程度地改进后代节点的分裂，增强树的泛化性和可解释性。将上述两种分裂准则组合还可以进一步提升性能。在21个标准验证数据集上的比较结果表明：新准则下的决策树不仅提高了预测性能、降低了复杂性，而且相比于其他采用混合分裂准则的DTs更具竞争力。     

基于知识图谱的遥感图像检索定位方法

为了快速、准确地在海量遥感图像库中检索出所需的遥感图像资源，提出了一种基于知识图谱的遥感图像检索定位方法。为了充分利用遥感图像中所蕴含的地理语义信息，方法中使用知识图谱节点代表遥感图像，根据图像间的相似程度和地理位置在节点间建立关系。通过知识图谱缩小图像检索空间，加快检索速度，准确地定位遥感图像所示区域的地理信息，并返回最相似的图像。将此方法应用于卫星自主导航领域中，与传统的线性检索相比，图像检索的时间缩短了50%，准确率也得到提高。     

无人战斗机缩比训练机气动特性计算分析

针对无人战斗机系统维护和飞行训练耗费巨大的问题,借鉴缩比模型验证机飞行试验的思路,研制具有相同飞行性能和操纵特性的缩比训练机。应用相似性原理,通过相似参数分析获得了缩比机与全尺寸原型机的飞行范围。在缩比机几何外形的基础上,应用Gridgen软件创建机体周围流场的非结构网格。通过Fluent软件,计算了缩比机纵向气动特性。根据俯仰力矩系数估算出全机气动中心位置,为缩比机的操纵性稳定性研究和控制率设计奠定了基础。     

On a plastic instability criterion for ultra-large radial-axial ring rolling process with four guide rolls

超视距空战仿真中的策略识别

针对超视距空战仿真中敌机策略的识别问题,研究了一种基于案例的策略识别方法。该方法通过构建包含假定的对手任务目标、观测数据、策略等内容的案例库,采用相似度计算选择与新的观测相似的案例库子集,并计算策略概率分布来识别对手策略。实验证明,相比与常规的基于案例推理方法,在案例中增加敌机任务目标提高了策略识别准确率,并且在假定敌机目标不正确时,能修复错误假定并进行策略识别,改善了基于案例策略识别方法的性能。     

SINS/GNSS integrated navigation system based on maximum versoria filter

In the missile-borne Strapdown Inertial Navigation System/Global Navigation Satellite System (SINS/GNSS) integrated navigation system, due to the factors such as the high dynamics, the signal blocking by obstacles, the signal intefereces, etc., there always exist pulse interferences or measurement information interruptions in the satellite receiver, which make nonstationary measurement process. The traditional Kalman Filter (KF) can tackle the state estimation problem under Gaussian white noise, but its performance will be significantly reduced under non-Gaussian noises. In order to deal with the non-Gaussian conditions in the actual missile-borne SINS/GNSS integrated navigation systems, a Maximum Versoria Criterion Extended Kalman Filter (MVC-EKF) algorithm is proposed based on the MVC and the idea of M-estimation, which assigns a smaller weight to the anomalous measurements so as to suppress the influence of anomalous measurements on the state estimation while maintaining a relatively low calculation cost. Finally, the integrated navigation simulation experiments prove the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm.
