关于文件类产品价格管理模式的探讨

文件类产品价格管理是总体设计部管理的重要组成部分,应予以关注和规范化。文章对此问题进行了分析和讨论。首先,以宏观经济学中有关价格的概念为理论基础,介绍了价格的职能和作用,并分析了价格管理应用于文件类产品管理的意义。在此基础上,对总体设计单位文件类产品价格管理的权利和义务进行了讨论。最后,结合航天产品价格管理特点,对文件类产品价格管理模式进行了总结,并提出了如何进一步完善的建议。     

Effects of yaw-roll coupling ratio on the lateral-directional departure prediction and restraint

The experimental data obtained from yaw-roll coupled wind tunnel tests are used for lateral-directional departure prediction, by linearizing the_b model to extract nominal dynamic derivatives at each coupling ratio.The prediction results are compared with those of the existing engineering methods which are based on the conventional aerodynamic derivatives.The comparison shows that the yaw-roll coupling ratio has a great influence on the departure susceptibility.The departure resistance will loss in partial region of the coupling ratio when the angle of attack is higher than a critical value.According to the stable and unstable regions of coupling ratio, a two-segment stability augmentation system with two different feedback gain matrices is obtained by pole-placement method.The two-segment stability augmentation system is used in the simulations of straight and level flight, steady turn, spin recovery and Herbst maneuver.The simulation results are also compared with the applications of a fixed-gain stability augmentation system designed by the conventional aerodynamic derivatives.When the yaw-roll coupling effects are fully considered, the two-segment stability augmentation system is more effective for departure restraint and can provide a better flying quality with less control energy.

On kinematics of gas clouds in the broad-line region of active galactic nuclei and quasars

The kinematics of gas clouds in broad-line region of active galactic nuclei and quasars is considered. The motion of the clouds is governed by three forces — gravitational influence from the central supermassive body, radiational pressure from the continuum radiation, and resistance of the intercloud medium. Clouds moves radial but only outward motion gives a velocity field, which is in accordance with the observational data. The profiles of the permited lines are obtained in some simplify assumptions for the emissive capacity of the gas in clouds, and are in good agreement with the observational data. In the framework of the model under consideration there is a possibility to estimate some physical parameters of the nuclei such as mass of the central body and density of the intercloud medium.     

Hi content in cluster and supercluster galaxies

In this lecture I review part of the published and unpublished observational evidence showing that cluster spiral galaxies are hydrogen deficient. Always using observational data, it is argued that the deficiency is due to the interaction between the galaxies and the intergalactic medium. Furthermore it is shown that the stellar population of deficient galaxies has also been affected and a brief discussion is given of the mechanisms at work.     

用特征根构造变系数线性最佳控制

本文研究单输入n阶常系数线性系统满足二次型指标(积分区间有限,终点给定为(o,…o)) 的最佳控制。所得结果使用户无需解Riccati方程,也不要用数值法解出两点边值问题,仅由这个两点边值问题的特征根即可构造变系数线性最佳控制。这个结果既适于低价(n=1,2,3)时用来写出变系数线性最佳控制的一般表达式(17)—(19),也适于高阶时用计算机计算,其程序已用FORTRAN-Ⅳ在AD三TAMAX-186机上实现。     

轻型塔架挠度速算法

本文介绍了轻型塔架的挠度速算法,并以三角形截面的钢塔架为例题作了计算公式推导。这种方法具有计算简单和具有足够精度的优点。     

液压余度舵机同步传动研究

几个舵机驱动同一控制对象,通道间产生力的纷争,本文采用均衡网络来减轻力的纷争,而均衡网络的参数则根据解耦控制理论导出。实际系统的实验证明本文所提出的消除余度通道间力纷争保证同步传动的方案是有效的。文章给出了最优均衡网络的参数设计公式。
