舰载无人机横侧向着舰控制律设计

舰载无人机横侧向控制一直是着舰控制律设计的难点。为了解决着舰横侧向控制的难题,针对舰载无人机的非线性模型采用了反演控制器设计方法,为解决传统反演的计算膨胀问题,引入了指令滤波方法,同时只设计了一个Lyapunov函数证明了稳定性;由于舰载机动力学模型不能精确获得,采用了自适应方法对其进行估计。设计的横侧向着舰控制器,能较好地解决横侧向控制器设计过程中的耦合问题,并且和传统PID进行了仿真对比,证明了所设计的控制律满足了对参考信号跟踪的性能要求。     

白炽灯色温测量装置电路设计

介绍利用单片单板机接口电路完成对６Ｖ、３０Ｗ白炽灯光源与其对应的标准白炽灯光源的色温比对标定工作。     

增强碳/碳球锥切削中的最小热应力优化研究

对将增强碳/碳纤维块体切削成球锥外形的工艺,块体热膨胀系数异性轴指向可以极大地影响球锥热应力大小,存在优化设计的潜力。本文对增强碳/碳不同主轴方向弹性模量比值下的球锥最小热应力优化特性进行了研究,发现以1为界,不同模量对比关系下的优化特征是完全不同的。在本文加热条件下,当异性轴模量小于同性面模量时,优化曲线对温度场变化很敏感,以块体异性轴和球锥横截面成±42.9夹角时热应力最小;当异性轴模量大于同性面模量时,优化曲线随加热时间变化不大,以块体同性面与球锥对称轴平行或成小锐角时热应力最小。一般而言,工艺设计中应避免用模量大的主轴方向指向球锥对称轴方向。     

基于Δ-Υ等效变换的SGCMG高速转子轴向振动特性分析及验证

悬臂式单框架控制力矩陀螺（SGCMG）的轴向振动较为剧烈,频率成分也比较复杂;由于这种SGCMG结构是由众多串、并联,甚至桥联的弹性构件组成的,因此难以建立其精确的轴向动力学模型.首先通过Δ-Υ等效变换的方法,简化了高速转子的轴向串并联关系,进而计算出其轴向刚度;其次详细分析了系统激振源——预紧轴承各零部件的加工波纹所导致的预紧力的波动,并采用相互调幅的形式描述了该波动量;然后建立了高速转子的轴向动力学方程;最后通过数值仿真和实测结果的对比验证了分析的合理性和模型的有效性.     

Stability and shape analysis of relative equilibrium for three-spacecraft electromagnetic formation

The invariant shapes for close formation flying with inter-craft electromagnetic force ensure several potential space applications. However, the 6-DOF relative equilibrium problem has not been systematically investigated. This paper mainly analyzes the invariant shapes of relative equilibrium for the three-spacecraft electromagnetic formation, and studies the families of invariant shape solutions with real and constant magnetic moments as well as their linear stability. The problem is examined based on the full nonlinear coupled dynamic models for collinear and general triangular configurations. The relative equilibrium conditions are analyzed to determine whether an invariant shape do exist, and the corresponding families of invariant shape solutions are identified for static and spinning configurations respectively. Finally, the linear stability of such invariant shapes is numerically discussed, which have shown that most invariant shapes are unstable and controllable.

Analysis and experiment of eddy current loss in Homopolar magnetic bearings with laminated rotor cores

This paper analyses the eddy current loss in Homopolar magnetic bearings with laminated rotor cores produced by the high speed rotation in order to reduce the power loss for the aerospace applications. The analytical model of rotational power loss is proposed in Homopolar magnetic bearings with laminated rotor cores considering the magnetic circuit difference between Homopolar and Heteropolar magnetic bearings. Therefore, the eddy current power loss can be calculated accurately using the analytical model by magnetic field solutions according to the distribution of magnetic fields around the pole surface and boundary conditions at the surface of the rotor cores. The measurement method of rotational power loss in Homopolar magnetic bearing is proposed, and the results of the theoretical analysis are verified by experiments in the prototype MSCMG. The experimental results show the correctness of calculation results.
