In this paper,an interleaved LCLC converter with enhancement-mode(E-mode)GaN devices is introduced to achieve the accurate current sharing performance for data center applications. Any tolerance in the resonant tank elements can lead to large load imbalance between any two different phases. Due to the steep gain curves of LCLC converters,conventional current sharing methods are not effective. In the proposed converter,the impedances of the resonant networks are matched by switching a capacitor,i.e.,switch controlled capacitor(SCC),in series with the resonant capacitor in one or some of the phases,which results in accurate load current sharing among the phases with an accuracy around 0.025%. The load share of a phase is sensed through the resonant current on it,and the control logic applied to such current sharing can be achieved. By this method,accurate current sharing is achieved for a wide input voltage range required for the hold-up time in data center applications. Interleaving is applied in the proposed multiphase LCLC converter,resulting in low current stress on the output capacitor and allowing ceramic capacitor implementation. Moreover,phase shedding accomplishes high light load efficiency. The performance of the proposed interleaved LCLC converter is verified by a two-phase 1 k W prototype with an input voltage ranging from 250 V to 400 V and a fixed 12 V output voltage.  相似文献

为了设计一种适用于小功率离子推力器的小功率正高压屏栅电源,本文提出了一种前级降压斩波电路后级全桥LLC谐振及全波倍压整流的两级式拓扑结构。在该主电路的基础上,设计了控制电路,并开展了试验研究。试验结果表明:设计的正高压屏栅电源在输入电压42 V、输出负载12.52 kΩ时,输出电压和输出功率分别为1050 V、88 W,且输出电压误差范围控制在2%以内,屏栅电源效率为90.44%。对于输出正负极高压短路、瞬时加减载具有自恢复功能。研究证明了该两级式拓扑结构的可行性,从而提供了一种小功率正高压屏栅电源的设计方法,对小功率离子推力器的发展具有推动作用。  相似文献

Motivated by the near-future re-exploration of the cislunar space, this paper investigates dynamical substitutes of the Earth-Moon’s resonant Near-Rectilinear Halo Orbits (NRHOs) under the Elliptic-Circular Restricted Four-Body Problem formulation of the Earth-Moon-Sun system. This model considers that the Earth and Moon move in elliptical orbits about each other and that a third body, the Sun, moves in a circular orbit about the Earth-Moon barycenter. By making use of this higher-fidelity dynamical model, we are able to incorporate the Sun’s influence and the Moon’s eccentricity, two of the most significant perturbations of the cislunar environment. As a result of these perturbations, resonant periodic NRHOs of the Earth-Moon Circular Restricted Three-Body Problem (CR3BP) are hereby replaced by two-dimensional quasi-periodic tori that better represent the dynamical evolution of satellites near the vicinity of the Moon. We present the steps and algorithms needed to compute these dynamical structures in the Elliptic-Circular model and subsequently assess their utility for spacecraft missions. We focus on the planned orbit for the NASA-led Lunar Gateway mission, a 9:2 synodic resonant L2 southern NRHO, as well as on the 4:1 synodic and 4:1 sidereal resonances, due to the proximity to the nominal orbit and their advantageous dynamical properties. We verify that the dynamical equivalents of these orbits preserve key dynamical attributes such as eclipse avoidance and near-linear stability. Furthermore, we find that the higher dimensionality of quasi-periodic solutions offers interesting alternatives to mission designers in terms of phasing maneuvers and low-altitude scientific observations.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of geometrical and nongeometrical features on the use of the lexical concepts NEAR and FAR in English and Finnish. Participants' acceptability ratings for these concepts demonstrate that a bar in between a Figure and a Ground acts as a scale-setting object but not as a distance enhancing barrier, shows that the influence of the geometrical feature Figure–Ground distance exceeds the influence of several nongeometrical features, but most of all reveals that language specific lexical properties associated with NEAR and FAR predict language dependent effects for functional relatedness in interaction with Figure–Ground distance and bar presence.  相似文献
