起始年龄与二语语言能力相关性研究

近年来,中国的外语学习出现了低龄化的趋势,各种双语早教班和幼儿园的出现似乎在提醒人们,外语学习越早越好。语言习得关键期假说也成为二语习得领域的研究重点之一,语言学者们在外语学习的起始年龄对外语学习效率的影响力方面无法达成共识。在对比分析关键期相关研究的基础上,通过实证研究试图证明不同年龄开始接触英语的学习者在语言能力方面并没有显示出明显的差异,关键期假说不适用于主要基于学校教学的外语教学。     

“中青年教育研究基金”管理初探

"中青年教育研究基金"课题，是民航学院科研工作普遍展开的一个侧重面。简要地分析了"中青年教育研究基金"设立后的现状和存在的问题；重点探讨了科学选题与充分论证是提高课题申报水平和完成率的关键；提出了在加深认识的同时，应采取措施从管理上增大工作保障的力度。通过提高申报水平，加强管理，保证"中青年教育研究基金"课题的质量和圆满完成，使"中青年教育研究基金"课题走上一条健康发展的研究道路。     

高等教育结构存在的主要问题与创新——以河南省为例

河南省高等教育结构目前尚存在学科专业结构不舍理、产学研相结合未形成良性互动机制、高层次研发人才培养能力不足和高等职业教育人才培养模式还需优化等问题。要切实落实河南省高等教育基础性、先导性、全局性的战略地位，在确立适度超前发展的理念下，坚持可持续发展、本土化、开放协作和生态和谐的原则，以培育高等教育园区发展极作为河南高等教育结构创新的战略目标，以和谐的生态结构作为结构创新的基本形态，以学科专业调整与发展作为结构创新的核心工作，以产学研有效结合作为结构创新的突破口，全力推进河南省高等教育结构的创新。     

German SIMBOX on Chinese mission Shenzhou-8: Europe's first bilateral cooperation utilizing China's Shenzhou programme

On November 1, 2011, at 05:58 local time, the Chinese spaceship Shenzhou-8 was launched for a 17-day mission with a Long March rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the Mongolia desert. On board was the German SIMBOX (Science in Microgravity Box) experimental facility containing 17 bio-medical experiments, which were conducted by German researchers together with their Chinese colleagues. It was the first time that China cooperated with a European nation in the scientific utilization of Shenzhou – the core element of China's human spaceflight programme.     

Planetary protection on international waters: An onboard protocol for capsule retrieval and biosafety control in sample return mission

Planetary protection has been recognized as one of the most important issues in sample return missions that may host certain living forms and biotic signatures in a returned sample. This paper proposes an initiative of sample capsule retrieval and onboard biosafety protocol in international waters for future biological and organic constituent missions to bring samples from possible habitable bodies in the solar system. We suggest the advantages of international waters being outside of national jurisdiction and active regions of human and traffic affairs on the condition that we accept the Outer Space Treaty. The scheme of onboard biological quarantine definitely reduces the potential risk of back-contamination of extraterrestrial materials to the Earth.     

新兴媒体影响下的大学生思想状况调查研究

在全球化的文化背景下,公共传媒对传统的思想道德、文化底线产生着强大的冲击,而青年学生又是公共传媒的主要受众群体和组成部分。基于当前形势,针对新兴媒体对大学生思想政治教育所产生的影响开展了相应的调查和研究,提出了新形势下高校大学生思想政治教育的思路。调查结果显示:新兴媒体已经对大学生的学习、生活产生了较大的影响,高校应该开辟多种渠道以适应新兴媒体对高等院校思想政治教育所提出的新要求。     

An assessment of semi-analytical models based on the absorption coefficient in retrieving the chlorophyll-a concentration from a reservoir

Monitoring chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations in inland waters is crucial for water quality management, since Chl-a is a proxy for phytoplankton biomass and, thus, for ecological health of a water environment. Chl-a concentration can be retrieved through the inherent optical properties (IOPs) of a water system, which, in turn, can be remotely sensed obtained. Quasi-analytical algorithm (QAA), originally developed for ocean waters, can also retrieve IOPs for inland waters after re-parameterizations. This study is aimed at assessing the performance of sixteen schemes composed by QAA original and re-parameterized versions followed by models that use absorption coefficients as inputs for estimating Chl-a concentration in Ibitinga reservoir, located at Tietê River cascading system, São Paulo State, Brazil. It was verified that only QAA_V5 based schemes were able to obtain reasonable estimates for image data and that by four models tested presented similar and acceptable results for QAA_V5 outputs. The best model were applied to a Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) image. Light absorption in the reservoir showed to be dominated by colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), and wide spatial and temporal variability of optical and water quality properties was observed.     

高校教师思想状况调查分析——以西安航空学院为例

以2013年我院教师思想状况滚动调查问卷调查结果和座谈情况为依据,对在当前的社会环境、文化环境下,我院教师思想状况呈现出的现状和趋势进行了分析,对思想状况的产生原因进行了剖析,并提出了改进思想状况的相关建议。     

考虑高度参数的摆动式红外地球敏感器模型研究

本文考察了摆动式红外地球敏感器测量的工作原理,在介绍敏感器两种数学模型—圆盘模型和三维模型的基础上,增加卫星轨道高度参数为变量,讨论了在不同轨道高度下,敏感器数学模型的变化.利用小角度条件下的一阶近似处理,对敏感器模型所关心的弦宽与姿态角转换关系给出了解答.通过进行带有高度参数的修正,把敏感器的圆盘模型和三维模型推广到了其他轨道高度下.
