Blisks with the integral structure are key parts used in new jet engines to promote the performance of aircrafts, which also increases the complexity of tool orientation planning in the five-axis machining. It is an essential task to find the collision-free tool orientation when the tool holder is pushed deep into the channel of blisk to increase rigidity and reduce vibration. Since the radius of the holder varies with the height, the line-visibility is no longer applicable when constructing collision-free regions of tool orientation. In this paper, a method of constructing collision-free regions without interference checking is proposed. The work of finding collision-free regions resorts to solving the local contact curves on the checking surfaces of blisk. And it further transforms into searching the locally tangent points (named critical points) between the holder and surface. Then a tracking-based algorithm is proposed to search the sample critical points on these local contact curves. And the corresponding critical vectors are also calculated synchronously. Besides, the safety allowance, discrete precision and acceptable deviation are introduced in the algorithm to ensure accuracy by controlling the angle between two adjacent critical vectors properly. After that, the searched critical vectors are mapped orderly to two-dimensional space and the collision-free regions are constructed. This method is finally verified and compared with a referenced method. The reliability of the on-wing aircraft Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) decides the cost and the comfort of flight to a large degree. The most important function of APU is to help start main engines by providing compressed air. Especially on the condition of sudden shutdown in the air, APU can offer additional thrust for landing. Therefore, its condition monitoring has drawn much attention from the academic and industrial field. Among the on-wing sensing data which can reflect its condition, Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) is one of the most important parameters. To ensure the reliability of EGT, one kind of data-driven anomaly detection framework for EGT sensing data is proposed based on the Gaussian Process Regression and Kernel Principal Component Analysis. The situations of one-dimensional and two-dimensional input data for EGT anomaly detection are considered, respectively. The cross-validation experiments are carried out by utilizing the real condition data of APU, which are provided by China Southern Airlines Company Limited Shenyang Maintenance Base. The anomalous stuck condition of EGT sensing data is also detected. Experimental results show that the proposed EGT sensing data anomaly detection method can achieve better performance of false positive ratio, false negative ratio and accuracy. 相似文献

Lineament extraction from satellite remotely sensed data has been one of the widely used applications of remote sensing in geology. In fact, recent advances in digital image processing allow such lineament extraction to be accomplished in semi-automatic to fully automatic approaches. However, satellite remotely sensed data acquired in heavily vegetated regions such as tropical rainforest, are vulnerable to higher inherent noise levels attributed to the resultant effects of scattering by clouds and adjacency effects of highly inhomogeneous vegetation cover within the pixel dimension. In this study, we examined the effects of noise levels to lineament extraction using a fully automatic approach, consisting of a combination of edge-line detection algorithms. Ancillary information from a digitized topographic map and image classification was used to discriminate between cultural and natural lineaments from the extracted lineaments. Adapting the combination of edge detection and a line-linking algorithm, we have found the optimal parameters for automatic lineament extraction of such complex areas using Enhanced Thematic Mapper (ETM+) data. A noise level of 30% is the maximum threshold before artifacts are generated. It is therefore concluded that the combination of edge-based and line-linking digital image processing operations with the priori local optimal parameters is crucial in lineament feature extraction in heavily vegetated regions. 相似文献
