Application of reliability technologies in civil aviation: Lessons learnt and perspectives

We consider reliability engineering in modern civil aviation industry, and the related engineering activities and methods. We consider reliability in a broad sense, referring to other system characteristics that are related to it, like availability, maintainability, safety and durability. We covered the entire lifecycle of the equipment, including reliability requirement identification, reliability analysis and design, verification and validation of reliability requirements (typically involved in the equipment design and development phase), quality assurance (which typically enters in the manufacturing phase), and fault diagnosis and prognosis and maintenance (which are connected to the operation phase). Lessons learnt from reliability engineering practices in civil aviation industry are given, which might serve as reference for reliability managers and engineers, also from other industries with high reliability requirements.     

用模糊聚类算法快速定位小卫星在轨运行故障

针对小卫星在轨系统复杂，监测点众多以及测量信息固有的不确定性等特点，采用一种 化的模糊Ｃ均值聚类算法快速定位在轨运行故障，并以哈尔滨工业大学卫星工程技术研究所研制的立体测绘微小卫星为背景以达到实际应用的目的。     

Dynamics and operation optimization of partial space elevator with multiple climbers

This work studies the dynamics and optimal stabilization method of a partial space elevator (PSE) system with multiple climbers. All satellites and climbers are assumed as lumped masses that are connected by straight, massless, and inextensible tethers. A general dynamic model is derived for the PSE with multiple climbers. It is found different climber moving patterns of climbers have major influence of dynamic behavior of PSE. Optimal control is used to develop optimal operation modes to suppress the libration of PSE with multiple climbers. Moreover, a new operation mode is proposed to approach the desired mission objectives. It is found that all libration angles can be suppressed to zero by the end of the transfer period if two climbers can be kept at a constant speed. At the same time, the magnitudes of libration angles can be kept bounded by regulating the speed of the middle climber relative to other two climbers.     

数传接收机自动检测设备的设计

介绍了某型数传接收机自动检测设备的设计，该检测设备采用硬件平台、软件平台的模式，具有自动化程度高、通用性和扩展性强等优点，重点介绍了专用测试资源双脉冲信号源的设计和设备故障诊断方法。应用该设备可以完成对数传接收机的出厂调试和修理厂定检维修等功能。     

基于LSTM和CNN的高速柱塞泵故障诊断

针对高速轴向柱塞泵容易发生空化，且目前空化故障诊断方法存在依赖手工特征提取、鲁棒性不高的问题，提出了一种基于长短时记忆（LSTM）和一维卷积神经网络（1D-CNN）相结合的空化故障诊断方法。搭建了柱塞泵故障实验台，采集柱塞泵在不同空化等级下的壳体振动信号。利用LSTM和1D-CNN搭建的分类模型对不同进口压力情况下的振动信号进行空化等级识别。实验结果表明：提出的方法能够准确地识别出4类不同的空化等级，准确率高达99.5%，同时在不附加降噪方法的情况下，具有良好的鲁棒性，在0 dB信噪比的情况下，识别准确率高达87.3%。

定性因果与多项式算法的模型诊断方法

在基于模型的诊断方面，Ｒｅｉｔｅｒ最初提出了使用第一原理的诊断方法，但它应用于复杂物理系统时遇到很多困难。后来，Ｍｉｋｉｔｏ等人提出了使用定性因果与覆盖集的模型诊断方法，此方法有很大改进，但覆盖集的计算复杂费时。提出一种使用定性因果与多项式算法的模型诊断方法，此方法可以明显地减少诊断的计算量，并且对这种新算法的正确性给予了证明。     

基于EDA的故障字典生成技术研究

在现代新型武器装备中,复杂模拟和数模混合电路的应用在提升装备性能的同时,也对电路故障诊断提出了更高的要求与挑战.故障字典不但具有规范性和实用性等特点,且能有效解决当前复杂电路的故障诊断存在的问题,提高装备的故障诊断效率.本文提出了基于EDA的故障字典生成技术.从该技术的原理出发,详细论述了故障模式集的选择方法、测试点的筛选与优化方法、特征信号的提取方法、基于EDA的故障注入方法和故障字典的生成方法等;最后,以某型机音频处理电路为例,验证了该故障字典生成方法在故障诊断中的可行性和有效性.     

MD-82客梯门驱动电机的故障诊断及分析

MD-82客机客舱门驱动器电机是发生故障率较高的一个部件,剖析了电机的电磁结构及绕组的联接形式,给出了电机的电路原理图,分析了当电机运行时容易发生故障的部位,并指出最容易被烧毁的部位是制动器绕组。从理论上对于制动器为什么容易烧毁做了较全面的论述,并给出了测定磁钢失磁的基本方法。     

无线电高度表自动测试与诊断系统

论述了一个基于 GPIB总线测试诊断系统 ,它既可对被测对象进行总体性能测试 ,又可对测试对象进行故障定位 ,系统的通用性和自动化程度较高 ,可应用于部队设备的测试、诊断和维修。
