An information-volume-based distance measure for decision-making

D-S evidence theory, as a general framework for reasoning with uncertainty, allows combining pieces of evidence from different information sources to derive a degree of belief function that is a type of fuzzy measure. However, the mass assignments given by unknown information sources are disordered. How to measure the difference between the mass assignments has aroused people’s interest. In this paper, inspired by the information volume, a novel distance-based measure is proposed to measure the difference between mass assignments. The method can refine the uncertain information given by experts and compare the refined information to obtain the difference between mass assignments. At the same time, it is verified that the measure not only meets the properties of distance, but also proves the superiority of the proposed Information Volume Distance (IVD) through simulation experiments. Meanwhile, in the process of information fusion, the reliability of each source could be quantified through IVD. Therefore, based on IVD, a new multi-source information algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of multi-source information fusion. Moreover, algorithm is applied to decision-making problem and compare with other methods to verify the effectiveness.     

军用运输机运力评估模型及影响因素研究

军用运输机在完成战略投送和战术运输任务中起着至关重要的作用。本文在借鉴国外运输机运力分析方法的基础上,提出了一种包括单机单航次和多机多航次最大运力的计算模型,并对国外几种典型的军用运输机进行计算分析。然后分析了影响运力的主要因素,包括:载重、航程、出动架次率、使用可用度、任务成功概率、机场条件限制和环境适应能力等。研究结论表明:此运力模型和因素分析正确,可为我国军用运输机的运力评估工作提供依据。     

美国空军装备全寿命保障工作分析与思考

装备保障是装备有效发挥战斗力的基础，研究如何开展全寿命周期的保障工作具有重要的现实意义。本文系统梳理了美军装备全寿命周期保障工作，区分论证、研制、服役和退役四个阶段，分析了各阶段的工作内容和特点，并结合我军装备保障现状和存在的问题，从装备全寿命周期角度，提出了相应的对策建议，为推动和促进我军装备全寿命保障工作提供了理论支持。
