Plasma Niobium Surface Alloying of Pure Titanium and its Oxidation at 900 ℃

A niobium-modified layer on pure titanium surface was obtained by means of double glow plasma surface alloying technique. The modified layer was uniform, continuous, compact and well adhered to the substrate. The niobium composition in the modified layer decreased gradually from the surface to the substrate. The oxidation behavior of the niobium-modified layer was investigated and compared with the untreated surface at 900 ℃ for 100 h. Characterization of the layers was performed using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The test results show that the oxidation behavior of pure titanium was improved by niobium alloying process. Niobium has a positive influence on the oxidation resistance.     

Dynamic Response Analysis of Bird Strike on Aircraft Windshield Based on Damage-modified Nonlinear Viscoelastic Constitutive Relation

Damage-modified nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation and failure criterion are introduced and the three-dimensional incremental forms are deduced based on the updated Lagrangian approach. A simple tensile test model and a split Hopkinson pressure bar model are built to verify the accuracy of the subroutine implemented within the non-linear finite element program LS-DYNA. A numerical model of bird strike on windshield is established to study the responses of windshield under three different bird velocities at three sites. The bird is represented by a cylinder with a hemisphere at each end and the contact-impact coupling algorithm is used in this study. It is found that the implemented subroutine can properly describe the mechanical behavior of polymethyl methacrylate under low and high strain rates and large deformation, and can be used validly.

航天器推进剂晃动与控制系统之间耦合效应的混合型估算方法(英文)

基于等效力学模型理论与计算流体力学技术,提出了一种用于估算航天器中推进剂晃动的力学影响的方法.以计算流体力学技术为依托,建立了晃动的等效力学模型并将其整合为晃动模块,以便在航天器导航控制回路的仿真分析中应用.该模块体现了航天器运动特征参数与推进剂晃动动力响应之间的映射关系,使其在用于分析晃动与控制系统之间的耦合效应时,比直接应用计算流体力学分析软件更为方便.该方法的正确性与优势通过检验算例得到了验证.通过在实例中应用,证明了该方法可方便地用于确定晃动的影响和检验数种防晃设计的有效性.     

Mechanical Properties and Transformation Behavior of NiTiNb Shape Memory Alloys

NiTiNb shape memory alloys have attracted much attention in pipe coupling or sealing system because of their large transformation hysteresis upon a proper pre-deformation. In order to clarify the effects of adding Nb on the mechanical properties as well as the transformation behavior of NiTiNb shape memory alloys, Ni₄₇Ti₄₄Nb₉ and Ni_49.8Ti_45.2Nb₅ alloys with different microstructures but with similar martensitic transformation start temperature, are prepared. Comparative studies on the microstructures, mechanical properties and transformation characteristics are conducted by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), phase transformation measurements and mechanical property tests. It is found that Ni₄₇Ti₄₄Nb₉ and Ni_49.8Ti_45.2Nb₅ alloys possess similar transformation hysteresis in the as-annealed state. However, the presence of Nb and its status exerts important effects on the mechanical properties, especially the yield strength and the yield behavior of the alloys. Ni_49.8Ti_45.2Nb₅ alloy exhibits remarkable increase in the yield strength than the Ni₄₇Ti₄₄Nb₉ alloy. The transformation hysteresis of both alloys under pre-deformation is characterized and the relative mechanism is discussed.     

基于旋转机械故障诊断模糊神经网络多传感器融合(英文)

目前多传感器融合技术能够有效地提高精度和容错能力 ,所以它广泛应用于目标识别领域中。本文描述了一种基于旋转机械故障诊断多传感器融合系统 ,在数据融合处理中利用模糊神经网络 ,比较了采用基于数据融合实验结果和没有融合的原始数据 ,显然前者比后者更精确。     

鸟撞高速摄影试验与过程研究

研究鸟撞问题时,一个很关键的问题是鸟撞载荷力学模型的建立.对飞机风挡进行全尺寸鸟撞试验,通过对鸟弹撞击风挡玻璃过程高速摄影、动态应变测量等试验结果的分析,提出了斜撞击过程的鸟撞载荷可以简化为三角形脉冲的简化分析模型,利用该简化载荷模型对风挡玻璃鸟撞进行的有限元分析,结果和试验结果很好地相符.      

Ti-24Al-15Nb-1Mo合金氩弧焊

研究用Ti-Al-Nb基(高Nb)合金作填充材料氩弧焊(充氩箱中)Ti-24Al-15Nb-1Mo合金时的焊缝成形及其接头显微结构和力学性能特点.结果表明,固溶处理状态下母材氩弧焊时具有较低的冷裂纹敏感性.焊态下,接头抗拉强度912～927MPa,延伸率2.5%～3.7%,焊缝冲击韧性4.7J/cm2～10.4J/cm2,近热影响区是接头力学性能的薄弱区域.     

应用于MEMS_SINS/GPS组合导航系统的H_∞容错滤波算法

针对基于微机电系统(MEMS,micro electro mechanical system)的捷联惯性导航系统(SINS,strapdown inertial navigation system)与全球定位系统(GPS,global positioning system)组成的组合导航系统中存在不确定干扰并且GPS量测输出中经常含有故障信号的情况,提出一种H∞容错滤波算法,能够对不确定噪声干扰具有鲁棒性,并且能够在检测到故障信号后进行容错计算,使滤波精度始终保持在要求的范围内.基于H∞滤波器,在状态估计方程中加入加权因子,使滤波器具有容错的功能,并且适用于组合导航中量测分量的数量级相差很大的情况.仿真试验结果表明,该算法能有效降低GPS中故障信号的不利影响,使系统在故障存在期间仍能正常工作.
