针对拥有共享内存的并行计算环境和微机网络并行计算环境,给出了求解大型稀疏对称矩阵部分极端特征对的并行块Davidson方法。该方法将矩阵A按行块分配到各处理器上,各处理器利用矩阵A的行块和投影子空间的正交基所组成矩阵V的行块进行运算,减少了处理机之间的通讯次数,实现了算法的并行计算。在微机网络并行计算环境和拥有共享内存并行计算环境IBMP650上的数值试验表明,该算法非常有效。 相似文献

For higher efficiency and precision manufacturing, more and more attentions are focused on the surface roughness and residual stress of machined parts to obtain a good fatigue life. At present, the in-situ TiB2/7050Al metal matrix composites are widely researched due to its attractive properties such as low density, good wear resistance and improved strength. It is of great significance to investigate the machined surface roughness, residual stress and fatigue life for higher efficiency and precision manufacturing of this new kind material. In this study, the surface roughness including two-dimensional and three-dimensional roughness, residual stress and fatigue life of milling in-situ TiB2/7050Al metal matrix composites were analyzed. It was found from comparative investigation that the three-dimensional surface roughness would be more appropriate to represent the machined surface profile of milling particle reinforced metal matrix composites. The cutting temperature played a great role on the residual stress. However, the effect of increasing cutting force could slow down the transformation from compressive stress to tensile stress under 270 °C. An exponential relationship between three-dimensional roughness and fatigue life was established and the main fracture mechanism was brittle fracture with observation of obvious shellfish veins, river pattern veins and wave shaped veins in fracture surface. 相似文献

Continuous fiber reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composites (FRCMCs-SiC) are currently the preferred material for hot section components, safety–critical components and braking components (in the aerospace, energy, transportation) with high value, and have triggered the demand for machining. However, the high brittleness, anisotropy, and heterogeneity of materials bring great challenges to machining, due to high mechanical and thermal loads, severe tool wear, and poor machining quality. With the increasing demand of FRCMCs-SiC parts, high-quality and high-efficient machining has become a hot issue. This review paper provides a detailed literature survey on the machining of FRCMCs-SiC. The material removal mechanism, defect form, and interfacial mechanical properties of FRCMCs-SiC were summarized. The machining processes of FRCMCs-SiC were introduced, and their respective advantages and disadvantages were compared. Given the low machinability (high hardness, high brittleness, anisotropy, and heterogeneity) of FRCMCs-SiC, preliminary experiments have proved that ultrasonic-assisted machining and laser-assisted machining have shown unique advantages in reducing force and tool wear, improving machining quality and machining efficiency. The machined surface integrity was discussed, the influence of process parameters on the machined surface quality was analyzed, and the machining defects of FRCMCs-SiC were summarized. But for FRCMCs-SiC, the existing quantitative evaluation of the machined surface integrity was weak and unsystematic. 相似文献

A novel virtual material layer model based on the fractal theory was proposed to predict the natural frequencies of carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite bolted joints. Rough contact surfaces of composite bolted joints are modeled with this new proposed approach. Numerical and experimental modal analyses were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model. A good consistence is noted between the numerical and experimental results. To demonstrate the necessity of accurately modeling the rough contact surfaces in the prediction of natural frequencies, virtual material layer model was compared with the widely used traditional model based on the Master-Slave contact algorithm and experiments, respectively. Results show that the proposed model has a better agreement with experiments than the widely used traditional model (the prediction accuracy is raised by 8.77% when the pre-tightening torque is 0.5 N∙m). Real contact area ratio A* of three different virtual material layers were calculated. Value of A* were discussed with dimensionless load P*, fractal dimension D and fractal roughness G. This work provides a new efficient way for accurately modeling the rough contact surfaces and predicting the natural frequencies of composite bolted joints, which can be used to help engineers in the dynamic design of composite materials. 相似文献

作为星载雷达发射微波功率合成的关键部件,巴特勒矩阵的微放电性能直接决定了雷达载荷的功率容量。因此,有必要对其微放电特性进行分析与验证。针对该需求,提出了一种用于大功率动态合成网络的星载巴特勒矩阵,并对其在真空条件下的微放电特性进行了分析与验证。第一,提出了一款用于星载雷达的大功率巴特勒矩阵,对其功率合成性能进行了分析。第二,为了对巴特勒矩阵微放电性能进行详细研究,对提出的巴特勒矩阵进行了微放电功率阈值仿真和自由电子分布分析。第三,为了验证分析结果的正确性,对该巴特勒矩阵进行了峰值功率14kW的真空微放电试验,验证了其在大功率真空环境下的微波传输功率容量。提出的巴特勒矩阵性能优良,为未来的星载雷达大功率微波部件提供了理论方法和关键技术支持。 相似文献

基于高精度通用单胞模型(HFGMC)建立了陶瓷基复合材料(CMCs)的宏细观统一本构模型.首先基于CMCs的细观结构和损伤特点建立代表体元(RVE)并定义细观损伤变量.然后采用HFGMC模型计算细观损伤变量的演化,由此获得宏观应力应变曲线,从而建立了CMCs的宏细观统一本构模型.采用该本构模型预测了CMCs的宏观应力应变曲线,与实验结果吻合良好.结果表明该本构模型能够模拟CMCs的拉伸与损伤行文,为CMCs强度分析提供了有效手段. 相似文献

To explore the low-speed characteristics of the Blended-Wing-Body (BWB) configuration for future civil aircraft, a series of unmanned subscale demonstrators have been developed and tested by our research team. During this process, specific safety risks deriving from uncertain design features, system unreliability, and insufficient personnel experience caused continuous flight test mishaps and the risk mechanism was not clear. Local and trial-and-error learning driven safety improvements took few effects on mishap prevention, so our focus was turned to look for systematic safety strategies. This paper establishes a systems theory based hybrid model to integrate the physical system reliability analysis techniques with the system dynamics method for illustrating the multiple risk interactions of the demonstrator flight test involving organizational, human resource and technical system factors. Using the prior BB-5 demonstrator as a case, the hybrid model simulation represents its historical risk evolution process, which verifies the model rationality. Derived risk control strategies reduced the mishap rate of a new demonstrator called BB-6 Sprit. The paper also shows the extended hybrid model can be applied on safety management of unmanned aerial vehicles from the initial period of vehicle development. 相似文献
