Static Frame Model Validation with Small Samples Solution Using Improved Kernel Density Estimation and Confidence Level Method 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
An improved method using kernel density estimation (KDE) and confidence level is presented for model validation with small samples. Decision making is a challenging problem because of input uncertainty and only small samples can be used due to the high costs of experimental measurements. However, model validation provides more confidence for decision makers when improving prediction accuracy at the same time. The confidence level method is introduced and the optimum sample variance is determined using a new method in kernel density estimation to increase the credibility of model validation. As a numerical example, the static frame model validation challenge problem presented by Sandia National Laboratories has been chosen. The optimum bandwidth is selected in kernel density estimation in order to build the probability model based on the calibration data. The model assessment is achieved using validation and accreditation experimental data respectively based on the probability model. Finally, the target structure prediction is performed using validated model, which are consistent with the results obtained by other researchers. The results demonstrate that the method using the improved confidence level and kernel density estimation is an effective approach to solve the model validation problem with small samples. 相似文献

The solution of normal least squares support vector regression(LSSVR)is lack of sparseness,which limits the real-time and hampers the wide applications to a certain degree.To overcome this obstacle,a scheme,named I2FSA-LSSVR,is proposed.Compared with the previously approximate algorithms,it not only adopts the partial reduction strategy but considers the influence between the previously selected support vectors and the willselected support vector during the process of computing the supporting weights.As a result,I2FSA-LSSVR reduces the number of support vectors and enhances the real-time.To confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,experiments on benchmark data sets are conducted,whose results support the presented I2FSA-LSSVR. 相似文献

Numerical simulation is applied to detail the combustion characteristics of n-decane sprays in highly compressible vortices formed in a supersonic mixing layer. The multi-phase reacting flow is modeled, in which the shear flow is solved Eulerianly by means of direct numerical simulation, and the motions of individual sub-grid point-mass fuel droplets are tracked Lagrangianly. Spray combustion behaviors are studied under different ambient pressures. Results indicate that ignition kernels are formed at high-strain vortex braids, where the scalar dissipation rates are high. The flame kernels are then strongly strained, associated with the rotation of the shearing vortex, and propagate to envelop the local vortex. It is observed that the flammable mixtures entrained in the vortex are burned from the edge to the core of the vortex until the reactants are completely consumed. As the ambient pressure increases, the high-temperature region expands so that the behaviors of spray flames are strongly changed. An overall analysis of the combustion field indicates that the time-averaged temperature increases, and the fluctuating pressure decreases, resulting in a more stable spray combustion under higher pressures, primarily due to the acceleration of the chemical reaction. 相似文献

小型无人直升机(SUH)是一类典型的非线性动态系统,由于其本质不稳定性,由开环辨识实验获得的数据通常是小样本的,使用传统黑箱辨识方法难以获得较好的辨识效果。提出一种利用支持向量机(SVM)对SUH悬停动态进行辨识建模的新方法。通过动力学机理分析和合理的简化,确定了模型的非线性回归形式,以及从低维输入空间到高维Hilbert特征空间的映射关系和相应的机理核函数,并应用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)训练获得SVM模型和对应的参数化非线性多输入多输出(MIMO)模型。利用实际飞行数据辨识得到的模型不仅具有良好的预报精度,而且显式表达了各状态变量之间以及输入与状态之间的耦合关系,便于非线性控制策略的设计。 相似文献

在分析核方法的核心概念基础上,提出了一种基于核方法的聚类算法.通常,传统聚类算法只在数据特征差异较大时才有效,当数据特征差异较小时,很难取得较好的聚类效果.引入核函数,将原始数据由数据空间映射到特征空间,在特征空间中进行聚类.核函数的非线性映射使得原始数据的特征更完整地显现出来,从而能够更客观准确地聚类.与传统聚类方法相比,该方法聚类结果更客观有效.以16组实际数据为例,将该方法应用于数据分类研究中,聚类结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性,从而为数据分类提供了一种新的可行方法. 相似文献
