目前我国电子政务工程中,许多政府部门都建立了自己的内部业务处理系统和政务数据库,但是各部门之间难以进行数据交流和共享,也难以实现联合办公和协同工作。当前在实施电子政务时,困难在于如何集成各部门已有的内部业务处理系统和如何适应机构、职能和需求的频繁变化。论文提出采用Web服务实施电子政务,可以较好地解决数据共事和异构系统的集成问题。最后,给出一个Web服务在电子政务中应用的实例。  相似文献

Considering defects of current single celestial-body positioning methods such as discon-tinuity and long period, a new sun positioning algorithm is herein put forward. Instead of tradi-tional astronomical spherical trigonometry and celestial coordinate system, the proposed new positioning algorithm is built by theory of mechanisms. Based on previously derived solar vector equations (from a C1R2P2 series mechanism), a further global positioning method is developed by inverse kinematics. The longitude and latitude coordinates expressed by Greenwich mean time (GMT) and solar vector in local coordinate system are formulated. Meanwhile, elimination method of multiple solutions, errors of longitude and latitude calculation are given. In addition, this algo-rithm has been integrated successfully into a mobile phone application to visualize sun positioning process. Results of theoretical verification and smart phone’s test demonstrate the validity of pre-sented coordinate’s expressions. Precision is shown as equivalent to current works and is acceptable to civil aviation requirement. This new method solves long-period problem in sun sight running fix-ing and improves applicability of sun positioning. Its methodology can inspire development of new sun positioning device. It would be more applicable to be combined with inertial navigation systems for overcoming discontinuity of celestial navigation systems and accumulative errors of inertial nav-igation systems.  相似文献

Motivated by the autopilot of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) with a wide flight envelope span experiencing large parametric variations in the presence of uncertainties, a fuzzy adaptive tracking controller(FATC) is proposed. The controller consists of a fuzzy baseline controller and an adaptive increment, and the main highlight is that the fuzzy baseline controller and adaptation laws are both based on the fuzzy multiple Lyapunov function approach, which helps to reduce the conservatism for the large envelope and guarantees satisfactory tracking performances with strong robustness simultaneously within the whole envelope. The constraint condition of the fuzzy baseline controller is provided in the form of linear matrix inequality(LMI), and it specifies the satisfactory tracking performances in the absence of uncertainties. The adaptive increment ensures the uniformly ultimately bounded(UUB) predication errors to recover satisfactory responses in the presence of uncertainties. Simulation results show that the proposed controller helps to achieve high-accuracy tracking of airspeed and altitude desirable commands with strong robustness to uncertainties throughout the entire flight envelope.  相似文献

近年来,模型预测控制(Model predictive control,MPC)的理论和技术得到了长足发展,随着线性系统模型预测控制的大量成功应用,基于非线性模型的预测控制简称非线性预测控制(NMPC)引起了广泛关注,并取得了丰富的研究成果。文章基于非线性模型预测控制的基本原理,对目前该领域的热点问题和取得的成果进行了综述,指出了研究不确定系统和时滞系统的非线性模型预测控制对进一步发展预测控制理论和拓宽其应用范围的意义。  相似文献

In this paper, taking two degrees of freedom on the armature–flapper assembly into account, a seventh-order model is deduced and proposed for the dynamic response of a two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve from nonlinear equations. These deductions are based on fundamental laws of electromagnetism, fluid, and general mechanics. The coefficients of the proposed seventhorder model are derived in terms of servo valve physical parameters and fluid properties explicitly.For validating the results of the proposed model, an AMESim simulation model based on physical laws and the existing low-order models validated by other researchers through experiments are used to compare with the seventh-order model. The results show that the seventh-order model can reflect the physical behavior of the servo valve more explicitly than the existing low-order models and it could provide guidance more easily for a linear control design approach and sensitivity analysis than the AMESim simulation model.  相似文献

A fuzzy robust nonlinear controller for hydraulic rotary actuators in flight motion simulators is proposed. Compared with other three-order models of hydraulic rotary actuators, the proposed controller based on first-order nonlinear model is more easily applied in practice, whose control law is relatively simple. It not only does not need high-order derivative of desired command,but also does not require the feedback signals of velocity, acceleration and jerk of hydraulic rotary actuators. Another advantage is that it does not rely on any information of friction, inertia force and external disturbing force/torque, which are always difficult to resolve in flight motion simulators. Due to the special composite vane seals of rectangular cross-section and goalpost shape used in hydraulic rotary actuators, the leakage model is more complicated than that of traditional linear hydraulic cylinders. Adaptive multi-input single-output(MISO) fuzzy compensators are introduced to estimate nonlinear uncertain functions about leakage and bulk modulus. Meanwhile, the decomposition of the uncertainties is used to reduce the total number of fuzzy rules. Different from other adaptive fuzzy compensators, a discontinuous projection mapping is employed to guarantee the estimation process to be bounded. Furthermore, with a sufficient number of fuzzy rules, the controller theoretically can guarantee asymptotic tracking performance in the presence of the above uncertainties, which is very important for high-accuracy tracking control of flight motion simulators.Comparative experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which can guarantee transient performance and better final accurate tracking in the presence of uncertain nonlinearities and parametric uncertainties.  相似文献

为了研究高铁弓网离线电弧对飞机进近着陆的电磁干扰(EMI)影响,选取高速铁路弓网离线现象发生频繁的电分相处,对高速铁路列车发生弓网离线电弧时的电磁辐射强度进行了实际测试。根据电波传播理论和GB 6364-2013的相关要求,数值计算得到了高铁下穿角、电分相位置以及飞机着陆高度对机载接收信号的影响规律:机载接收信号信干比(SIR)随着高铁下穿角增大逐渐增大;电分相距离机场跑道口越近机载接收信号的信干比越小;随着飞机进近着陆高度的减小,机载接收信号信干比先减小后增大。以高速铁路45°角下穿机场跑道中心时,以飞机受干扰最强的位置分析了弓网离线电弧电磁干扰对仪表着陆系统(ILS)信标台的影响:飞机接收到的航向信标台信号信干比为12.92 dB,小于GB 6364-2013规定最小20 dB的防护率要求;下滑信标台信号信干比为29.08 dB,符合国标要求;指点信标台信号信干比为16.64 dB,小于国标规定的最低23 dB的防护率要求。本文研究为民航与高速铁路的电磁兼容性研究提供了理论依据和技术方法,可以为机场选址和高速铁路选线规划提供支持。  相似文献

针对机群编队优化计算复杂的问题,提出了一种分层优化算法。根据敌我双方的距离、角度、速度以及飞机导弹、雷达的性能,建立了多机协同任务分配模型。根据空战中常用的基本飞机队形,对敌方机群编队进行分层,对每层分别计算己方对选取各种基本队形时的任务分配结果和队形优化优势值,通过比较得到己方机群编队的每层最优队形,当得到己方每层的最优队形之后,将己方每层最优队形进行组合解码就可得到己方机群编队的最优队形。仿真结果表明该方法能有效地解决机群编队队形优化问题,并且该算法具有较好的实时性。  相似文献

故障检验与隔离是利用联邦滤波实现组合导航系统安全可靠运行的关键技术。针对常规残差卡方检验法对于慢变故障检验效果差,以及状态卡方检验受到初值误差、系统噪声和建模误差影响导致子系统被频繁隔离的问题,提出一种改进的SINS/GPS/ADS/DVL组合导航系统故障检验算法。该算法采用2个状态推进器交替地对滤波数据进行重置,避免状态递推器被未检测出来的故障污染。实验结果表明,改进的算法能够有效提高故障检验的灵敏度,增强组合导航系统的可靠性。  相似文献
