计量力对精密细长杆类零件圆柱度计量结果的影响

在现场生产中,精密细长杆类零件的配合外圆会有0.001mm圆柱度的要求,现场采用圆柱度仪进行计量,合格率较低。本文通过对该类零件计量方式的研究,找出了影响精密细长杆类零件计量结果的原因,为类似零件的计量提供了经验。     

超磁致伸缩驱动器的致动机理研究

介绍了超磁致伸缩驱动器的特点及其应用范围,论述了驱动器的结构参数及工作原理,建立了基于畴壁理论的GMA致动模型,对采用国产材料研制的驱动器静态位移输出特性进行了测试,并对致动模型进行了实验分析.     

Trajectory Tracking Control for a GMM Actuator Based on a Heuristic ILC Method

A heuristic iterative learning control （ILC） method is presented and applied to the trajectory tracking control of a giant magnetostrictive material （GMM） actuator. A GMM actuator is used as experimental equipment for micro-displacement trajectory tracking control. The advantage of the presented approach lies in quitting the model of the GMM actuator. The experimental results attest to the high efficiency of the presented method for the micro-displacement trajectory tracking control.     

Experimental investigation on ice-breaking performance of a novel plasma striker

Aircraft icing has long been a plague to aviation for its serious threat to flight safety.Recently, researches about a newly proposed deicing method based on Plasma Synthetic Jet Actuator(PSJA) have just started. To meet the requirements of in-flight deicing, structure of PSJA needs to be adjusted. TC-2卫星探测伸杆在技术状态更改设计中的仿真分析

讨论了TC-2卫星探测伸杆在技术状态更改中的结构和力学问题, 并对TC-2卫星 探测伸杆锁紧支座进行了模态分析、结构静强度计算和解锁机构展开的仿真分 析. 结果表明, 伸杆锁紧支座在更换火工切割器后, 支座频率变化不大, 不会 对整星的基频产生影响, 改进后的锁紧支座结构能够承受动载荷, 最大应力和 应变均在材料的许用范围之内, 锁紧支座在打开过程中不会与任何零件发生干 涉, 满足卫星对伸杆部件的要求.      

小直径棒材超声检测方法研究

本文介绍了用瓦形晶片制作的线聚焦双晶探头，采用水浸法检测直径为5－16mm的高温合金钢的方法及原理，并和超声爬波法相比较。实验结果表明，本方法是较为理想的一种，不仅操作简单，而且能满足技术上的要求。     

Water in Space: The Water World of ISO

In this review we present the main results obtained by the ISO satellite on the abundance and spatial distribution of water vapor in the direction of molecular clouds, evolved stars, galaxies, and in the bodies of our Solar System. We also discuss the modeling of H₂O and the difficulties found in the interpretation of the data, the need of collisional rates and the perspectives that future high angular and high spectral resolution observations of H₂O with the Herschel Space Observatory will open.     

Wave propagation analysis for a second strain gradient rod theory

In this work, an enriched model describing the longitudinal wave propagation is established based on Mindlin’s Second Strain Gradient (SSG) theory, which can describe the heterogeneity caused by the micro-structure interactions in the frame of continuum mechanics. The governing equation and associated boundary conditions are derived based on Hamilton's principle, then the dispersion relation of non-classical longitudinal wave together with the extra-waves appearing exclusively in SSG theory model are investigated. The investigations are based on the modal density, energy flow, and forced response of the rod. Wave transmission and reflection through planar interfaces based on the proposed model have been calculated. Finally, the results of the enriched model are well interpreted by comparing with the classical theory results, and some useful conclusions are derived on the SSG theory based model in the wave propagation characterization.     

考虑连杆柔性和运动副粘性摩擦的曲柄滑块机构的动力学建模及计算

建立了考虑连杆柔性和运动副粘性摩擦的曲柄滑块机构的动力学数学模型,并对一个算例进行了数值仿真,结果表明,连杆的柔性和运动副的粘性摩擦对机构的运动都具有一定的影响。     

异型螺杆铣削刀具监控仪的研究

针对异形螺杆铣削加工特点,阐述了异型螺杆铣削刀具磨损/破损监控原理,采用振动信号和功率信号特征值作为检测刀具磨损的参量,利用自适应神经--模糊推理系统(ANFIS)算法和哈默斯坦非线性系统的辨识,建立刀具状态监控模型,并基于模型进行了监控仪的设计,并对监控系统的设计做了详细的论述.经试验验证,该系统满足了对刀具监控的要求.
