利用荧光光谱探讨了磁场引起α—淀粉酶构象的变化及其原因。α—淀粉酶在20℃、pH6.6的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,经0.05~0.25T静磁场作用不同时间均能引起荧光强度的明显变化,其变化程度与磁场强度和磁化时间有关,但不伴有最大发射峰位移。用分光光度法考察了磁场对溶解α—淀粉酶活性的影响,未发现活性的明显变化,其结果与磁场对固定化α—淀粉酶活性的影响不一致。提出了磁场对酶分子的生物效应与酶存在形式有关 相似文献

采用多层快速多极子方法(Multilevel fast multipole algorithm,MLFMA)求解混合场积分方程(Combined field integral equation,CFIE),并选择RWG型基函数,对金属带缝锥球体、三面角反射器以及钻石体的单站RCS(Radar cross section)进行了计算,计算结果与试验吻合良好.在此基础上计算了F-22缩比模型的单站RCS,其计算量、存储量分别达到O(NlogN)量级和O(N)量级,此方法适用于带有尖点和特别细长曲面的三维复杂目标,如战斗机外形的RCS计算分析. 相似文献

采用近年发展起来的随机选取法,研究非均匀二维超音来流流过6种不同形状的楔型压缩面时的波后非均匀超音流场。结果表明来流的非均匀性对下游流场具有重大影响,对6种不同形状楔型压缩面流场的计算表明,单纯用改变压缩面型面的办法难以减少来流的非均匀性,但是可以部分改善下游流场的非均匀程度,在研究的6种型面中,凹圆弧压缩面及等熵压缩面在本文限定的非均匀来流下,其性能优于其它4种型面的压缩面。 相似文献

I discuss a method for determining the strength and spatial structure of the coronal magnetic field by observations of the
Faraday rotation of a radio galaxy which is in conjunction with the Sun. Given a knowledge of the plasma density in the outer
corona, and the magnetic field sector structure (both independently available), the strength of the coronal field can be determined,
as well as the magnitude of spatial variations on scales of 1000 km to several solar radii. Such knowledge is crucial for
testing computational models of the solar corona, which are prominently featured in this meeting. Results are presented from
observations with the Very Large Array radio telescope of the radio galaxy 3C228 on August 16, 2003, when the line of sight
to the source was at heliocentic distances of 7.1−6.2R
⊙. The observations are consistent with a coronal magnetic field which is proportional to the inverse square of the distance
in the range 6 ≤ r ≤ 10R
⊙, and has a value of 39 mG at 6.2R
⊙. The Faraday rotation is uniform across the source, indicating an absence of strong plasma inhomogeneity on spatial scales

Ti6Al4V is widely applied in the integral cascades of aero engines. As an effective machining method, electrochemical trepanning (ECTr) has unique advantages in processing surface parts made of hard-to-cut materials. In ECTr, the state of the flow field has a significant effect on processing stability and machining quality. To improve the uniformity of the flow field when ECTr is applied to Ti6Al4V, two different flow modes are designed, namely full-profile electrolyte supply (FPES) and edges electrolyte supply (EES). Different from the traditional forward flow mode, the flow directions of the electrolyte in the proposed modes are controlled by inlet channels. Simulations show that the flow field under EES is more uniform than that under FPES. To further enhance the uniformity of the flow field, the structure of EES is optimized by modifying the insulating sleeve. In the optimized configuration, the longitudinal distance between the center of the inlet hole and the center of the blade is 6.0 mm, the lateral distance between the centers of the inlet holes on both sides is 16.5 mm, the length to which the electrolyte enters the machining area is 1.5 mm, and the height of the insulating sleeve is 13.5 mm. A series of ECTr experiments are performed under the two flow modes. Compared with EES, the blade machined by FPES is less accurate and has poorer surface quality, with a surface roughness (Ra) of 3.346 μm. Under the optimized EES, the machining quality is effectively enhanced, with the surface quality improved from Ra = 2.621 μm to Ra = 1.815 μm, thus confirming the efficacy of the proposed methods. 相似文献
