Satellite launch vehicle effect on the Earth’s lower ionosphere: A case study

The effect of the rocket exhaust products on the D-region of the ionosphere is investigated with the help of Very low frequency (VLF) electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics within the Earth-ionosphere waveguide. The changes in the electron density profile are computed from the observed VLF signal amplitude perturbations about 3 dB during the rocket launch. We find a localized electron depletion in the lower ionosphere at an altitude of around 58 km, that is thought to be originated by the attachment of ionospheric ion and molecular hydrogen along with water molecule in the exhaust product of first stage burn of Geosynchronous Launch Vehicle (GSLV) rocket at the time of GSLV launched from Sriharikota, India, on 27 August 2015 at 11:22 UT (16:52 IST). The ionospheric depletion perturbed the navigational VLF signal (VTX = 17 kHz) 134 s after the launch of the GSLV rocket.     

Three-dimensional numerical analysis on combustion performance and flow of hybrid rocket motor with multi-segmented grain

This paper presents the combustion characteristics in hybrid rocket motors with multi-segmented grain through three-dimensional numerical simulations. Multi-segmented grain is composed of several thin grains with two or more ports. The numerical model consists of Navier-Stokes equations with turbulence, solid fuel pyrolysis, chemical reactions, a fluid–solid coupling model and a regression rate model. The simulations adopt 90% Hydrogen Peroxide (HP) and PolyEthylene (PE) as the propellant combination. The effects of the rotation, port number, fuel grain segment number and mid-chamber length on the flow field and combustion performances are analyzed. The results indicate that the multi-segmented grain configuration can strengthen the flow field, and the regression rate and combustion efficiency are enhanced. Take the cases with two grain segments and three ports for example, the regression rate is increased by 32.4%−45.1% and the combustion efficiency increases by 6%−8.6% in different rotation angles.     

对空间碎片近距随遇悬停的控制方法及悬停燃耗分析

对空间碎片检视或抓捕操控中的悬停控制及燃耗问题进行了研究。通过C W方程，建立任务星近距随遇定点悬停控制模型，通过设计状态反馈控制器分析定点悬停的可控性以及推控要求，结果表明近距悬停需要与悬停位置相关的两个正交方向上的常值连续推力控制量，以及用于抵抗扰动的三轴向上的反馈变推力控制量。分析了近距随遇悬停的推控分系统配置，建立了长时近距随遇悬停的燃耗及燃耗速率的数学模型，最后分析了既满足安全距离需求、又满足悬停方位需求的最小悬停燃耗模型。     

低速大转矩永磁游标电机在发酵罐中的应用

采用秸秆生产丁醇时,为了达到高效率发酵,需要使发酵液中菌体分布均匀,所加物料需要及时搅拌。工业化生产丁醇的发酵罐尺寸较大,搅拌过程对驱动电机的输出转矩要求较高,因此高效率、小体积、低速大转矩的秸秆发酵搅拌电机对工业化发酵生产丁醇意义重大。设计了一种定转子永磁游标电机用于发酵液搅拌,并对电机的槽极数、电磁性能进行了具体的研究。制造样机并采用滞环控制实现了对液态发酵对象的快速响应,且实现了低能耗、高效率的发酵过程。     

先进航发旋转雾化喷嘴制造技术

喷射油道是一种高精度旋转雾化喷嘴,其非连续窄深端槽、窄深槽、3/4圆弧窄端槽为行业内少见结构.通过分析喷射油道特有结构的加工工艺,摸索油孔尺寸与燃油流量的匹配关系,解决了非连续深窄端槽、窄深槽、细微孔电火花成形加工、3/4圆弧窄端槽高效数控加工、高精度喷嘴孔流量调试等关键技术瓶颈,具有一定的指导意义和广阔的应用前景.

针对某型飞机通信电台干扰油量系统故障，分析了油量测量系统的原理和电磁干扰机理，研究了故障发生的原因，制定了抑制干扰的措施，解决了一直困扰修理的油量指示系统跳变问题，提高了飞机修理质量。     

中国当务之急应转变负利率

我国目前利率水平低于CPI涨幅,处于负利率状态,负利率正在使居民的消费能力下降,财富缩水,扭曲资本的市场化配置功能,加剧通货膨胀预期,更造成社会资金一定程度的错配,助长资产泡沫。通过分析负利率的成因和负面影响,提出可提高定期存款利率、稳定物价和转变经济增长模式来消除负利率。     

供热系统集约化运行的能耗监测及节能调节问题探讨

对我校供热系统的现状进行了分析；指出了锅炉热效率及能耗监控方面的不足，并针对锅炉热效率提高和二次网循环泵变频调节进行了节能分析计算；同时根据我校实际情况对循环泵设备配置及控制进行了分析，提出了要加强技术指标量化考核和能耗监测，提高效率、节能降耗，实现供热系统的科学化、集约化运行。

针对某型辅助动力装置修理后试车中多次出现主机滑油消耗量大的故障,分析了辅助动力装置滑油系统工作原理,查找故障原因,并制订了相应的控制措施,解决了因主机修理原因造成的辅助动力装置滑油消耗量大故障。
