可编程控制器(PLC)在发动机冷调试验中的应用

为满足各型号发动机对冷调试验的设计要求,利用可编程控制器准确的时序控制,在水试状态下考核发动机流量调节器、换向阀、发生器燃料阀的工作协调性。验证调节器转级时发生器点火路和推力室点火路的充填特性,获得了流量调节器和换向阀的工作特性参数。为各型号发动机的深入研究提供了有效的依据。     

计算机简化逻辑代数式

本文的目的是用计算机对数字电路、模糊数学领域及其他技术领域中广泛使用的逻辑代数式进行简化,以前简化逻辑代数式的方法一般采用公式法、真值图法、观察法及其他方法处理,但是随着科学技术的飞跃发展,逻辑中所含的变量数目越来越多,给人们的简化工作带来了困难。本文为此对逻辑代数式的规律进行分析,提出用计算机计算的公式,并提出减小计算工作量的方法。

FERA in parameter identification with application in low speed wind tunnel test

This paper presents a new approach which consists of a fuzzified eigensystem realization algorithm (FERA) to identify the parameters of the designed mini-UAV model performance in the low speed wind tunnel (LSWT) power on testing system. On the basis of the identification scheme, it is able to reduce system operational cost of wind tunnel tests and provide a tool for predicting results without resorting to on-site experiments. A variety of variables in model types and testing environment such as model profile, angle of attack, elevator, tunnel wind speed and power system (motor and propeller) are considered. The method based on logic devices is simple yet effective. The results obtained are compared to those obtained by the conventional wind-tunnel testing method. To verify effectiveness of the proposed methodology, both of simulations and real-world experiments are conducted. The results show that the working performance of the proposed method correlates well with expectation.

导弹复合控制系统的模糊逻辑控制分配

针对空空导弹复合控制系统中的控制分配问题,提出了一种模糊逻辑控制分配算法。采用动态面控制方法设计了复合控制量的控制律。在设计过程中,利用扩张状态观测器估计汇总不确定项,并采用光滑二阶滑模控制算法设计了控制律,达到了提高鲁棒性和削弱抖振现象的目的。应用模糊逻辑控制分配算法将复合控制量分解为直接力控制指令和舵偏角控制指令。为了检验所设计的复合控制系统的控制效果,对采用基于模糊逻辑控制分配算法的复合控制系统和传统的气动力控制系统进行了对比仿真实验。仿真结果表明,所设计的复合控制系统具有更好的控制效果。     

Transient performance and intelligent combination control of a novel spray cooling loop system

Effective thermal control systems are essential for the reliable working of insulated gate bipolar transistors （IGBTs） in many applications. A novel spray cooling loop system with integrated sintered porous copper wick （SCLS-SPC） is proposed to meet the requirements of higher device level heat fluxes and the harsh environments in some applications such as hybrid, fuel cell vehicles and aerospace. Fuzzy logic and proportional-integral-derivative （PID） policies are applied to adjust the electronic temperature within a safe working range. To evaluate the thermal control effect, a mathematical model of a 4-node thermal network and pump are established for predicting the dynamics of the SCLS-SPC. Moreover, the transient response of the 4 nodes and vapor mass flowrate under no control, PID and Fuzzy-PID are numerically investigated and discussed in detail.     

基于滑模控制的航空发动机多变量约束管理

针对航空发动机传统单变量线性控制器min-max切换方法处理约束的不足,提出了单变量滑模控制器替换所有线性控制器的改进策略,并将该方法拓展为新切换逻辑下的多变量滑模控制结构。基于改进的单变量滑模控制器min-max结构,多变量控制策略中加入了多变量滑模主控制器和新的切换逻辑,充分利用发动机的所有控制量,克服了传统方法的保守性,进一步提高发动机约束下的动态性能。对稳态时工作的控制器进行了理论分析,建立了多变量控制器实现精确跟踪的充要条件。仿真结果表明,多变量控制方法在更苛刻的约束条件下能够实现跟踪任务,而且提高了推力跟踪的快速性,调节时间从1.91 s缩短到1.54 s,同时降低了稳态时的油耗。
