In this article, the analytical homogenization method of periodic discrete media (HPDM) and the numerical condensed wave finite element method (CWFEM) are employed to study the lon-gitudinal and transverse vibrations of framed structures. The valid frequency range of the HPDM is re-evaluated using the wave propagation feature identified by the CWFEM. The relative error of the wavenumber by the HPDM compared to that by the CWFEM is illustrated in functions of fre-quency and scale ratio. A parametric study on the thickness of the structure is carried out where the dispersion relation and the relative error are given for three different thicknesses. The dynamics of a finite structure such as natural frequency and forced response are also investigated using the HPDM and the CWFEM.  相似文献

This paper deals with the sound insulation performance of a thin plate with intercon-nected distributed piezoelectric patches. Piezoelectric patches are periodically bonded on the sur-faces of the plate in a collocated fashion, and are interconnected via an inductive circuit network. This piezoelectric system is termed as piezo-electromechanical (PEM) plate in the paper. Homogenization methods are involved under a sub-wavelength assumption to analytically develop the dynamical equations for the PEM plate. The dispersion relationships and energy densities of the wave modes propagating in the PEM plate are studied;the sub-wavelength assumption is verified for the simulations in this paper. The coincidence frequency of the PEM plate is researched, and results show that the coincidence frequency of the PEM plate will disappear at certain circum-stances;mathematical and physical explanations are made for this phenomenon. The disappearance of the coincidence frequency is used to optimize the value of inductance, for the purpose of improv-ing the sound transmission loss of the PEM plate.  相似文献

采用有限元方法针对缺口件多轴疲劳实验结果进行模拟。结果表明,相同路径条件下,随着缺口半径减小缺口根部附近的应力梯度显著增加。基于缺口根部应变值,采用等效应变法进行疲劳寿命预测,预测结果随缺口半径的减小而偏于保守。采用应力梯度法确定有效距离,相同路径下,随着缺口半径的减小有效距离减小;依据该有效距离处的等效应变进行疲劳寿命预测,总体预测结果较为分散且偏于不安全。基于实验及有限元模拟结果,提出了基于应变梯度的有效距离确定的新方法,大部分疲劳寿命预测结果位于2倍分散带内。  相似文献

装配工装在飞机产品生产过程中处于飞机设计的下游,受到飞机装配件设计及其装配工艺的影响以及飞机生产准备周期限制,时间紧迫,任务繁重。传统的飞机装配工装以文本、二维图形式表达为主,信息是静态的,缺乏唯一的数据源易导致飞机-装配工装协同变更管理效率低、准确性差,针对以上问题提出一种飞机-装配工装协同变更方法:利用基于模型的定义(Model based definition,MBD),建立了飞机和装配工装MBD模型关系架构,并结合相关的变更传播计算方法实现了飞机设计结构变更对装配工装变更影响的主动、自动化预测和分析。通过一套飞机壁板开口加强框的装配工装变更设计实例验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

针对复合材料单面胶接修理飞机损伤金属结构疲劳寿命分析时,多种失效模式耦合作用、残余热应力和附加弯曲力矩以及裂纹非均匀扩展的影响,提出了一种能够综合考虑上述影响因素的复合材料修理损伤金属结构疲劳寿命评估方法。算例分析结果与试验结果吻合,表明本文方法可为复合材料单面胶接修理损伤金属结构疲劳寿命估算提供参考。  相似文献

基于复合材料力学基本理论,推导了Tsai-Hill准则、Hoffman准则和Tsai-Wu准则在平面问题下的一般表达式,在平面应力和应变状态下,得到复合材料中心裂纹板裂纹尖端塑性区的解析解.结果表明,基于Tsai-Wu准则得到的Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅰ/Ⅱ复合型裂纹裂尖塑性区范围最小.平面应变状态下的裂尖塑性区范围小于平面应力状态下的裂尖塑性区范围.裂纹倾角β对复合材料裂尖塑性区范围和形状有明显影响,不同值得到的塑性区结果差别很大.不论是平面应力还是平面应变条件,裂纹尖端塑性区域都随着裂纹倾角的增大而增大.  相似文献

A new type of aluminum lithium alloy (Al-Li alloy) Al-Li-S-4 was investigated by test in this paper. Alloy plate of 400 mm · 140 mm · 6 mm with single edge notch was made into samples bonded with Ti-6Al-4V alloy (Ti alloy) strap by FM 94 film adhesive after the surface was treated. Fatigue crack growth of samples was investigated under cyclic loading with stress ratio (R) of 0.1 and load amplitude constant. The results show that Al-Li alloy plate bonded with Ti alloy strap could retard fatigue crack propagation. Retardation effect is related with width and thickness of strap. Flaws have an observable effect on crack propagation direction.  相似文献

The Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM), one of the new digital radio broadcasting standards, has been designed to overcome typical short wave radio channel difficulties, such as the multipath propagation and fast temporal changes of the received signal level, both related to the properties of the ionosphere along the path of propagation. In particular, some of the RF carriers used in the applied COFDM transmission technique serve to estimate the current state of the radio channel to enable the proper demodulation of the received signal.We have been detecting such RF carriers on select frequency channels (standard DRM broadcast) using a network of recording stations located in different parts of Poland in order to collect data on the HF radio channel. We have been also evaluating the usefulness of this procedure in providing information on the current state of the ionosphere in the refraction region between the transmitter and receivers. When the DRM system becomes more widespread, this method can supplement data that comes from the ionosondes, since it does not require much financial resources and the receivers can be easily scattered over a large area. This paper presents a set of experimental data and its analysis.  相似文献
