采用Ti Al N涂层硬质合金麻花钻对钛合金(TC4)进行钻削试验,研究了切削用量对轴向力、加工孔壁表面粗糙度和切屑形态的影响。结果表明:轴向力随着进给量的增加而增加,轴向力随着转速的增加而减小。运用指数公式模型对轴向力实验结果进行回归分析,得到轴向力与转速以及进给量之间的关系式,并对该方程进行了检验验证误差均小于7%;随着进给量的增加断屑能力逐渐增加,切屑长度逐渐变短。在低转速和进给量为50 mm/min时切屑形态为短螺旋形切屑,此时排屑和孔壁粗糙度均为最佳。  相似文献

Reflectors are very critical space elements and can be used not only as solar collectors/reflectors, telecommunication radio antennas and telescopes but also for dual-usage such as solar sails and solar concentrators to probe and sublimate materials from asteroids when actively controlling the surface shape. In this paper, the surface shape of a slack reflector with negligible elastic deformations will be controlled to be a paraboloid by actively modulating the solar radiation pressure (SRP) force using reflectivity control devices (RCDs) across the reflector. Nonlinear static equilibrium equations for an arbitrary infinitesimal within the reflector along the radial, circumferential and transverse directions are established considering the external modulated SRP force and internal tensions respectively. The coupled radial stress differential governing equation and reflectivity algebraic equation are obtained for the paraboloid reflector by the help of the formulation of an inverse problem based on equilibrium equations previously established. Some analytical and numerical analysis for reflectors with ideal and non-perfect SRP force models are performed respectively. The conclusions concerning about how to control the reflector’s surface shape successfully using allowed reflectivity, resulting in reasonable stress range, moreover, how to get the feasible solutions influenced by the reflector’s size parameters, are all based on the presented analytical and numerical analysis.  相似文献

针对双量程推力传感器在使用中测试精度低的问题,结合传感器固有特性,开展了传感器动态特性分析及误差补偿方法的研究。通过有限元分析和力锤冲击试验,结合结构分析获得了双量程力传感器等效二自由度和三自由度动力学模型。利用近似求积数值法对冲击力试验输出信号进行补偿,获得了接近标准信号的测试结果,对该补偿方法进行了有效性验证。结果显示:本方法对发动机试验的推力信号进行了补偿,推动了单室双推力发动机推力的精确测量,为双推力发动机的推力测试提供了有效途径。  相似文献

开展了恒温(CT)热线风速仪校准方法的研究,以满足可压缩流体中湍流度测量需求。将对数函数与多元回归技术相结合,建立了恒温热线风速仪校准的数学模型,并进行了风洞湍流度测量试验验证。在马赫数Ma=0.3~0.55范围内进行了校准试验,根据建立的数学模型对试验数据进行拟合,拟合优度R2=0.999 82,平均绝对速度偏差Δu=0.18m/s,基本满足了恒温热线风速仪校准精度要求。对马赫数Ma=0.55条件下流场进行了湍流度测量,速度测量偏差为0.034%,流场湍流度Tu=0.14%。试验结果证明了恒温热线风速仪应用于可压缩流体速度测量的可行性。  相似文献

研究了使用飞机发射运载火箭时的机箭分离过程.提出了一种可以解决内装式空射分离问题的整体解决方案,主要基于CAD三维实体建模方法、多体动力学方法和结合六自由度运动的计算流体力学(CFD)动网格方法.以CFD动网格计算为核心,进行了空射分离过程关键问题的研究,得到了火箭在载机气动干扰环境下的运动特性,为轨道卫星和弹道导弹的快速、廉价发射打下了研究基础.  相似文献

A coupled supersonic inlet-fan Navier–Stokes simulation method was developed by using COMSOL-CFD code. The flow turning, pressure rise and loss effects across blade rows of the fan and the inlet-fan interactions were taken into account as source terms of the governing equations without a blade geometry by a body force model. In this model, viscous effects in blade passages can also be calculated directly, which include the exchange of momentum between fluids and detailed viscous flow close to walls. NASA Rotor 37 compressor test rig was used to validate the ability of the body force model to estimate the real performance of blade rows. Calculated pressure ratio characteristics and the distribution of the total pressure, total temperature, and swirl angle in the span direction agreed well with experimental and numerical data. It is shown that the body force model is a promising approach for predicting the flow field of the turbomachinery. Then, coupled axisymmetric mixed compression supersonic inlet-fan simulations were conducted at Mach number 2.8 operating conditions. The analysis includes coupled steady-state performance, and effects of the fan on the inlet. The results indicate that the coupled simulation method is capable of simulating behavior of the supersonic inlet-fan system.  相似文献

In this study, we construct a photomultiplier calibration system. This calibration system can help scientists measuring and establishing the characteristic curve of the photon count versus light intensity. The system uses an innovative 10-fold optical attenuator to enable an optical power meter to calibrate photomultiplier tubes which have the resolution being much greater than that of the optical power meter. A simulation is firstly conducted to validate the feasibility of the system, and then the system construction, including optical design, circuit design, and software algorithm, is realized. The simulation generally agrees with measurement data of the constructed system, which are further used to establish the characteristic curve of the photon count versus light intensity.  相似文献

Redundantly actuated planar rotational parallel mechanisms (RAPRPMs) adapt to the requirements of robots under different working conditions by changing the antagonistic internal force to tune their stiffness. The geometrical parameters of the mechanism impact the performances of modulating stiffness. Analytical expressions relating stiffness and geometrical parameters of the mechanism were formulated to obtain the necessary conditions of variable stiffness. A novel method of variable stiffness design was presented to optimize the geometrical parameters of the mechanism. The stiffness variation with the internal force was maximized. The dynamic change of stiffness with the dynamic location of the mechanism was minimized, and the robustness of stiff-ness during the motion of the mechanism was ensured. This new approach to variable stiffness design can enable off-line planning of the internal force to avoid the difficulties of on-line control of the internal force.  相似文献

在一个群通信体系中,最基本并且最具有实际意义的认证系统是指关于动态发送者的多接收认证码(简称DMRA-code).但目前,许多学者对其研究仅仅局限于对一个信源的认证.然而在网络通信中,常常会有多信源传播的场景.基于这个问题,利用多项式构造一个具有动态发送功能的多信源认证码,并且验证了该模型的合理性以及计算出了可能的攻击概率,从而保证了所构造的方案的安全性.  相似文献
