Scalable Preparation of SrTiO3 Submicro-wires from Layered Titanate Nanowires

SrTiO3 submicro-wires were prepared by the reaction of layered titanate nanowires with Sr(OH)2 powder in an autoclave. The wires were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), Ultra-violet visible (UV-vis), photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectroscopy. The XRD measurement shows that the prepared SrTiO3 submicro-wires hardly have impurity phases. The SEM and TEM images demonstrate that the scalable wires, which need to be proc- essed at the reaction temperature of 180 ℃ for about 48 hours, are not composed of single crystals. The PL shows that the wire-like SrTiO3 has emission peaks at the wavelengths of 568 and 585 nm. Further, the Raman spectroscopy reveals structural changes in the products through different reaction time.

高校课程的双语教学探索和实践

近年来,双语教学已经逐步成为我国高校教学改革的一个热点,各地高校纷纷参与到双语教学的改革实践中来。通过开展双语教学的实践和理论探索,对我国高校推行双语教学的目标、现状及存在的主要问题进行分析,提出高校应面向教学实际,分层次开展双语教学的建议,以期为高校双语教学的成功实践提供参考。     

Analysis Approach to Durability Based on Material Initial Fatigue Quality and S-N Curve

Based on probabilistic fracture mechanics approach, a new concept of material initial fatigue quality (MIFQ) is developed. Then, the relation between S-N curve and crack propagation curve is studied. From the study, a new durability analysis method is presented. In this method, S-N curve is used to determine crack growth rate under constant amplitude loading and evaluate the effects of different factors on durability and then the structural durability is analyzed. The tests and analyses indicate that this method has lower dependence on testing, and higher accuracy, reliability and generality and is convenient for application.     

基于北斗双星定位辅助的SAR/INS组合导航系统研究

由于SAR/INS/北斗组合导航系统中图像匹配定位需要耗用不等的匹配计算时间，而现有的北斗定位系统输出也具有一定的延时，因此，SAR／INS／北斗组合导航系统中的量测信息输出具有不同步和滞后的特点。针对上述问题，采用常规的联邦滤波算法将难以获得高精度滤波结果。为此，本文在分析SAR／INS／北斗组合导航系统工作过程的基础上，结合卡尔曼滤波的具体原理，设计了针对不同步量测信息的基于联邦滤波理论的组合滤波方案，并进一步提出了解决量测信息滞后问题的算法，从而可以有效处理SAR／INS／北斗组合导航系统中的信息融合问题。协方差分析结果表明提出的组合滤波方案可行，该方案对SAR／INS／北斗组合导航系统的实际应用具有重要的理论参考价值。     

关于对黄河治理与开发的设想

黄河的危势无时无刻不在威胁着黄淮海平原人们生产与生活的安全,人们都在探讨对黄河的治理与开发的方案,有人建议废弃旧河床重修新河道,有人建议让它改道等等。但,不管采取什么样的治理方式,如果不能从根本上解决黄河的泥沙沉积问题,将都不能从根本上使黄河得到治理。设想从解决黄河泥沙沉积问题入手,探寻治理与开发黄河的途径。
