液相先驱体转化法制备ZrC粉末及合成机理

以氯氧化锆、丙醇、丙三醇和乙酰丙酮等为基本原料合成了锆的有机先驱体溶液,采用液相先驱体转化法在1 500℃制备了ZrC粉末。运用FTIR对锆的先驱体溶液的组成、结构以及形成机理进行了分析,用XRD和EDS分析了粉末的形成机理,用SEM观察了粉末的形貌。结果表明,有机锆的先驱体溶液具有螯和的链状或网状结构;先驱体溶液干燥后的粉末呈蜂窝状结构,在不同热处理温度下获得面心立方的ZrC粉末。经过热力学计算结果表明,C还原锆的氧化物开始生成ZrC的最低温度为1594℃,实验温度低于理论温度,在1500℃时获得面心立方的ZrC材料。

高速数字图像数据传输的研究及实现

随着CCD相机几何分辨率和辐射分辨率的提高,其数据传输速率越来越高,传输通道也越来越多,因此对相机与采集卡之间（或者数传设备）的接口性能提出了更高的要求。文章基于并／串（串／并）转换功能的芯片．研究探讨了一种高速数字图像传输方法,可提高数据传输率,减少电缆数量,提高可靠性,为实现航天相机的轻型化、小型化作出一定的贡献。     

用应变片测量应力的改进方法—二向应力片及三向应力片

本文就应变片直接测量应力的方法进行了探讨，提出二向应力片及三向应力片原理，使在实验应力分析的电测场合中，对于某点的应力分量的测量，无需进行几个应变片数据的分别采集，再综合成应力分量（正应力或剪应力），使读数应变与应力分量一一对应，且各测量数据之间在算法上没有耦合。二向应力片及三向应力片的使用，简化了测量数据的处理过程，在动态测量特别是冲击力测量中，具有一定的实用意义。     

高燃速推进剂中苯乙烯残留量对发动机燃速的影响

介绍了Φ１１８ｍｍ标准发动机装药在不同自然存放天数下，其燃速随着自然存放天数增加呈现出上升的规律性。通过数理统计分析确定了存放天数指标，并在批量生产中有效地控制了全尺寸固体发动机燃速性能。     

基于51单片机的放大和整流组件试验器的设计

提出了一种基于51单片机平台开发的某型主力运输机放大和整流组件试验器设计方案。通过硬件设计和软件设计，并经过调试验证，结果表明该试验器能完成对放大和整流组件的所有性能的测试，有方便、快捷等特点，提高了设备的检测效率。     

A simulation study on the mode conversion process from slow Z-mode to LO mode by the tunneling effect and variations of beaming angle

For a particular angle of incidence wave, it is possible for a slow Z-mode wave incident on an inhomogeneous plasma slab to be converted into an LO mode wave. But for another wave normal angle of the incident wave, it has been considered impossible, since an evanescence region exists between two mode branches. In this case we expect that the mode conversion takes place through the tunneling effect. We investigate the effect of the spatial scale of the density gradient on the mode conversion efficiency in an inhomogeneous plasma where the mode conversion can occur only by the tunneling effect. We use the computer simulation solving Maxwell’s equations and the motion of a cold electron fluid. By considering the steepness of the density gradient, the simulation results show the efficient mode conversion could be expected even in the case that the mismatch of the refractive indexes prevents the close coupling of plasma waves. Also, we show for these cases the beaming angle does not correspond to Jones’ formula. This effect leads to the angles larger and smaller than the angle estimated by the formula. This type of mode conversion process becomes important in a case where the different plasmas form a discontinuity at their contact boundary.     

双向不对称同步数据业务接入设计

根据数据传输设备业务板卡功能特点,采用2个端口绑定的方式解决了双向不对称同步数据业务接入问题,针对链路调试过程中出现的数据传输不稳定现象,通过测试接口信号波形质量和时序关系,发现发送定时信号占空比及其与发送数据间的时序关系不符合相关标准要求,分析对此产生的影响并提出相应解决方案。通过对不同方式实施效果的分析评估,确定了设备连接状态,实际测试验证与理论分析结果完全相符,提高了传输的稳定性和可靠性,并在重要数据传输工程中得到应用,可为解决同步数据传输不稳定问题提供参考。     

Crystal orientation and morphology of α lamellae in wrought titanium alloys: On the role of microstructure evolution in β processing

To obtain high-quality aviation forgings of titanium alloys, β forging is an essential processing step which must be considered throughout a production process. In this work, the effect of β forging on the crystal orientation and morphology of lamellar α was experimentally investigated in a two-phase titanium alloy. Strong dynamic recovery during β working resulted in the formation of low-angle grain boundary (LAGB_β) inside β grains. The lamellar α can penetrate through the LAGB_β, leading to similar intra α LAGBs on subgrain boundaries. Deformation banding occurs at high strain rates, and both diffusive and sharp boundaries of deformation bands can be observed. A continuous change of the β orientation in diffusive boundaries results in the formation of fine and disordered α lamellae without intra-lamellar boundary to hold the Burgers orientation relationship (OR). On sharp boundaries, it is prone to producing continuous grain boundary α (α_GB) with a highly similar orientation along the boundaries. Meanwhile, there may exist several lower-angle boundaries within the grain boundary α for a smoother orientation change on the β grain boundary.
