The onset of sunspot cycle 24 and galactic cosmic ray modulation

The annual mean sunspot number (SSN) has a minimum value in 2008, while the monthly mean SSN has a value of zero in August 2009. The galactic cosmic ray modulation for cycle 24 began at earth orbit in January 2010. We study the onset characteristics of the new modulation cycle using data from the global network of neutron monitors. They respond to time variations in different segments of the galactic cosmic ray rigidity spectrum. The corresponding temporal variations in the interplanetary magnetic field intensity (B) and solar wind velocity (V) as well as the tilt angle of the heliospheric current sheet are also studied. There is a lag of 3 months between a large, sharp increase of the tilt angle of the heliospheric current sheet and the onset of modulation. Some neutron monitors are undergoing long-term drifts of unknown origin.     

橡皮液压成形工艺的可靠性稳健优化设计方法

针对当前橡皮液压成形工艺过程中材料特性、工艺参数和其他随机因素都存在的固有波动问题,面向飞机精准制造,提出了一种考虑不确定性的可靠性稳健优化设计方法.该方法基于稳健优化设计和合理的可靠性约束,对比了可靠性稳健优化解和传统优化解相关度量指标,并对2B06-O态铝合金板材橡皮成形典型的曲弯边零件进行了工艺试验验证.结果表明该方法可有效降低质量评价指标对不确定性因素的敏感度,提高了橡皮成形工艺的稳健性和可靠性.     

圆锥电磁转子系统耦合特性和控制

提出了圆锥电磁轴承的耦合动特性概念，并明确给出了其定义，在此基础上，建立了五自由度圆锥电磁轴承转子系统动力学耦合模型，进一步分析了圆锥电磁轴承耦合特性对系统最优控制器的影响。     

锥体目标进动的宽带雷达特征分析

进动是锥体目标空间自旋飞行时特有的运动特性,通过刚体姿态动力学原理,采用微动分析方法分析了光滑表面锥体弹头目标的空间进动模型,并由雷达电磁散射原理建立了目标宽带回波模型.通过散射点仿真模型和电磁仿真数据,采用周期检验的方法分别对锥顶和锥尾散射点的进动参数进行提取,验证了分析和模型的正确性.     

湿陷性黄土地基中预制桩承台板设计

本文通过西北某厂房的桩基承台设计，阐述了温陷性黄土地基中预制桩承台板设计的有关问题及经济造价比较。     

圆锥筒形零件的压力加工成形

主要介绍了圆锥筒形零件的阻力成形法、辅助套筒成形法和模具成形法，成形工艺具有操作方便，劳动强度低，生产效率高和零件质量好等优点。     

均布载荷作用下正交各向异性圆锥扁薄壳的非线性稳定性问题

 本文研究了均布载荷作用下边缘可移夹支正交各向异性圆锥扁薄壳的轴对称屈曲问题。利用摄动法得到了临界载荷的近似解析表达式,对几种典型的纤维增强复合材料圆锥扁薄壳给出了数值结果和图表,可供工程应用参考。     

A new vortex sheet model for simulating aircraft wake vortex evolution

A new vortex sheet model was proposed for simulating aircraft wake vortex evolution.Rather than beginning with a pair of counter-rotating cylindrical vortices as in the traditional models,a lift-drag method is used to initialize a vortex sheet so that the roll-up phase is taken into account.The results of this model report a better approximation to a real situation when compared to the measurement data.The roll-up induced structures are proved to influence the far-field decay.On one hand,they lead to an early decay in the diffusion phase.On the other hand,the growth of linear instability such as elliptical instability is suppressed,resulting in a slower decay in the rapid decay phase.This work provides a simple and practicable model for simulating wake vortex evolu tion,which combines the roll-up process and the far-field phase in simulation.It is also proved that the roll-up phase should not be ignored when simulating the far-field evolution of an aircraft wake vortex pair,which indicates the necessity of this new model.     

基于实例的飞机板金工艺知识库的构建

为了配合航空工业进一步技术更新,以信息化技术提升传统的飞机板金成形工艺,根据航空工业飞机生产、型号预研、板金成形工艺手册、工艺实验等大量信息数据,以Oracle数据库作为后台的支撑数据库,应用面向对象的Visual C+ +.NET作为前台开发工具,研究开发了一套基于实例的飞机板金工艺知识库系统,该系统建立了统一的工艺实例信息模型,以工艺实例作为基本信息单元,涵盖大量的成形工艺、工装模具等数据信息,具有知识维护、知识匹配和知识修正等功能.本文还对该系统的体系结构、实现方法及关键技术进行了分析.      

飞机板金成形数据库的开发

为了配合航空工业进一步技术更新,以信息化技术提升传统的飞机板金工艺,根据航空工业飞机生产、型号预研、板金工艺手册、工艺实验等大量数据信息,基于Sybase数据库管理系统,应用PowerBuilder开发软件,研究开发了一套集板材性能、成形工艺、机床设备、工装模具等数据资料的飞机板金成形数据库系统(Ashbase).对该系统在设计思想、总体结构、系统功能、数据表现等方面的设计与实现方法进行了分析.
