Physical properties and long-term evolution of the debris clouds produced by two catastrophic collisions in Earth orbit

The population of cataloged orbital debris increased by approximately 40% in just a couple of years, from January 2007 to February 2009. This was due to two collisions in space, which involved the catastrophic destruction of three intact satellites (Fengyun 1C, Cosmos 2251 and Iridium 33) in high inclination orbits. Both events occurred in the altitude range already most affected by previous launch activity and breakup events, thus boosting the cataloged population in low Earth orbit by more than 60%.

Probability of Collision Error Analysis

The decision for the International Space Station (ISS) to maneuver to avoid a potential collision with another space object will be based on the probability of collision, P _C. The calculation of P _C requires the covariance of both objects at conjunction. It is well known that the covariance computed by US Space Command is optimistic (too small), especially at altitudes where atmospheric drag is the dominant perturbation, because its computation assumes there are no dynamic model errors. In this paper the effect of errors in the covariance on P _C and the sensitivity of P _C to the encounter geometry are investigated.     

自主可控技术在试验任务领域的应用研究

试验信息系统是航天发射和科研试验任务的关键支撑,需要走自主可控的道路。基于此,首先说明了试验信息系统的自主可控现状,并从多方面分析了面临的主要安全威胁。基于自主可控技术发展水平及发展现状分析了推进自主可控的可行性,再分别从网络设备、计算机设备、存储设备、操作系统、数据库等基础软件、安全防护设备、核心器件等方面提出了自主可控技术应用策略,并相应提出自主可控的应用软件研制策略。最后针对推进自主可控的风险进行了深入分析,提出了具体的应对措施。经过多个典型系统应用表明,基于国产品牌硬件设备和自主基础软件平台,经过一定的适配和系统定制,能够满足试验任务强实时、高可靠性要求。     

基于SPSS因子分析的舰载机航材保障风险因素分析

为做好舰载机航材保障风险管理工作,必须对其可能存在的风险因素进行深入、细致的分析,查找出其关键风险因素并研究风险因素之间的关系。因此,文章在依据舰载机航材保障风险因素初步识别结果的基础上,通过调查问卷的方式,归纳总结出21个舰载机航材保障风险因素,并利用SPSS统计软件和因子分析法对调查问卷的结果进行分析和计算,最终提炼出具有代表性的7个公共因子,从而完成了舰载机航材保障关键风险因素的确定和分类。
