K640合金TLP连接接头组织及力学性能

为考察瞬时液相(TLP)连接方法对钴基高温合金K640合金的适用性,采用非晶态中间层进行连接试验,观察接头区显微组织,测试接头的力学性能并进行断口分析。结果表明:瞬时液相连接能够实现K640合金的良好结合,接头组织致密,成分均匀,组织与成分均与母材接近;接头高温拉伸强度达到等条件下母材强度74%,断口具有明显的韧窝形貌;高温持久强度达到等条件下母材强度的70%以上。

Soybean cultivation for Bioregenerative Life Support Systems (BLSSs): The effect of hydroponic system and nitrogen source

Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] is one of the plant species selected within the European Space Agency (ESA) Micro-Ecological Life Support System Alternative (MELiSSA) project for hydroponic cultivation in Biological Life Support Systems (BLSSs), because of the high nutritional value of seeds. Root symbiosis of soybean with Bradirhizobium japonicum contributes to plant nutrition in soil, providing ammonium through the bacterial fixation of atmospheric nitrogen. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of two hydroponic systems, Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) and cultivation on rockwool, and two nitrogen sources in the nutrient solution, nitrate (as Ca(NO₃)₂ and KNO₃) and urea (CO(NH₂)₂), on root symbiosis, plant growth and seeds production of soybean. Plants of cultivar ‘OT8914’, inoculated with B. japonicum strain BUS-2, were grown in a growth chamber, under controlled environmental conditions.     

Human friendly architectural design for a small Martian base

The manned mission to Mars is expected to last almost three years. A human factor must be taken seriously into account in such a long-term mission. A big comfortable habitat can help to overcome sociopsychological problems, that occur in ICEs (Isolated and Confined Environments). Authors have come forward to this issue and have developed a Martian base design as a human friendly habitat. The project is based on researches of extreme conditions on Mars, architecture in ICEs and contemporary building technologies. The base consists of five modules: a Central Module (CM), an Agriculture Dome (AD), a Residential Dome (RD), a Laboratory Dome (LD) and a Garage (G). Each element has its own functional purpose. The CM is a metal capsule similar to the Reference Mission module (RM, NASA, 1997). Domes are inflatable multilayer structures, which interiors are “open planned”. Interiors can be arranged and divided into rooms by using modular partition walls designed by authors.

研究了Ｋ４１８合金不同宏观组织（晶粒度）对低周疲劳性能的影响，同时研究了不同热处理状态下合金组织中的γ’相及其对合金的低周疲劳性能的影响。     

牵连运动为转动时动点加速度求解的研究

本文通过分析和实例，论证了动参考系为转动时的大部分加速度问题可以不计算科氏加速度而采用较简单的基点法求解。     

STUDY OF FAST TRANSFER ALIGNMENT ON MOVING BASE

This paper holds that the key to improve the hitting rate of air-to-air missiles is to decrease the error of initial alignment of the inertial navigation system. Therefore, considering that the alignment should be completed within a specified short time, this paper presents the theory of transfer alignment and the computing way of accuracy in an air-to-air missile, where the platform inertial navigation system, or master INS, is adopted on aircraft, and the strap-down inertial navigation system, or slave INS, is used on missile. It emphasizes the idea of transfer alignment, that is, calibration of the slave INS is based on the master platform, and adopts a reasoning measure to deal with the installing-error-angle. And it is proved by simulation that the transfer alignment can be quickly achieved.

纵观世界各国和地区的经济发展,产业梯度转移是一个普遍存在的客观经济规律,这种梯度推进规律为欠发达国家或地区发挥比较和后发优势、实现跨越式发展提供了机遇.从现实性考察,江西近年在招商引资中也开创出崭新的局面.但尽快制订相应对策,促进产业转移承接基地建设仍然是实现江西在中部率先崛起的一条有效路径.     

一种基于火箭橇轨道的动基座重力 测量系统评价方法

传统的重力仪精度评价方法为重力仪测量值与静态定点值或飞行状态下的重力线网格参考值进行比较,根据差值或相对异常值来评价重力仪的精度指标,但其缺点是飞行轨迹重复性差.火箭橇轨道是进行火箭橇测试的重要组成部分,它严格按照设计建设,长达数公里,拥有完整已知的地理数据信息,且沿着火箭橇轨道布有众多的绝对重力基准点.提出一种基于火箭橇轨道的重力测量系统评价方法,通过火箭橇轨道上的众多绝对重力基准点和重力仪测量得到的重力值比较,评价重力仪的精度指标性能.其优点是该方法能够连续、快速、可重复评价重力测量系统的精度指标,为重力仪研制提供精确的评价手段和鉴定方法.
