用亚稳态正电子素研究络合的瞬态反应（Ⅲ）

本文用自制的装有 BaF_2探头的高探测效率的正电子湮没寿命谱仪测量了在室温下正电子素 o-Ps 与 p-RPhG 及 m-RPhG(R=NO_2,Cl,H,CH_3,cH_3O)在20%(V/V)二氧六环水溶液中的络合形成速度常数。实验结果表明,这些o-Ps-M 络合形成速度常数 K 值均与作为配位体的 p-RPhG、m-RPhG 的碱性解离常数 K 的负对数 pK_2 呈线性函数。这表明上述瞬态络合反应满足线性自由能关系,由此可推断出上述络合反应的一些重要性质。

略论海峡两岸科技术语的对照和统一

为减少和消除海峡两岸科技文化交流上的词汇障碍，各学科广泛开展着科技术语的调查研究、交流和讨论。当前做法为两步走，首先是分析两岸用词上相同和差异的词目，共同编订对照本，共建对照和约定；然后逐步地通过对存在差异的个例进行选优汰劣和具体的商榷，过渡到更多的协调和一致。     

Late Stages of Stellar Evolution

A large fraction of ISO observing time was used to study the late stages of stellar evolution. Many molecular and solid state features, including crystalline silicates and the rotational lines of water vapour, were detected for the first time in the spectra of (post-)Asymptotic Giant Branch (AGB) stars. Their analysis has greatly improved our knowledge of stellar atmospheres and circumstellar environments. A surprising number of objects, particularly young planetary nebulae with Wolf-Rayet (WR) central stars, were found to exhibit emission features in their ISO spectra that are characteristic of both oxygen-rich and carbon-rich dust species, while far-IR observations of the PDR around NGC 7027 led to the first detections of the rotational line spectra of CH and CH⁺. Based on observations with ISO, an ESA project with instruments funded by ESA Member States (especially the PI countries: France, Germany, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom), and with the participation of ISAS and NASA.     

电液位置伺服系统的动态试验研究

本文研究了快速响应的电液位置伺服系统动态试验,着重讨论了在实践中如何选择伪随机二位式最大长度序列(PRBS)参数的问陋,并提出快速响应系统PRBS参数选择的原则,使系统辨识精度提高约15％。     

质量矩导弹的神经网络及自适应非线性控制

本文对质量矩控制导弹的动力学方程简化和控制系统的设计进行了研究。详细阐述了所提出的控制方法，介绍了径向基单隐层神经网络进行误差补偿的算法原理，用Lyapunov理论证明了所采用方法的稳定性。在给出了质量矩导弹的六自由度动力学方程和简化后的方程后，用所提出的方法设计控制系统。通过仿真分析，得出了本文所提出的方法具有较好的误差补偿能力的结论。     

气动力星座保持的闭环控制研究

本文研究了利用气动力进行星座保持的闭环控制问题。提出了一种改进的半全局指数收敛闭环控制律，对于指定的任意大的有界域，利用不变集定理论上证明了该控制律的稳定性和抗干扰性，又提出了双ε法以提高响应速度。     

三轴稳定遥感卫星姿控系统故障情况下的系统重构

论述三轴对地稳定遥感卫星姿控系统中部分轮子或部分陀螺故障情况下的姿控系统重构。文中论述了只在俯仰通道有一偏置动量轮正常工作，而滚动和偏航通道轮子故障条件下的系统重构。另外还论述了偏航陀螺故障，姿控系统其它部件正常情况下，控制系统采用Whecon原理与PIM控制相结合的设计。以上两种系统重构拟用于实际系统中，经过数学仿真验证，姿控系统在故障情况下能够完成基本任务。     

Aiming at a 1-cm Orbit for Low Earth Orbiters: Reduced-Dynamic and Kinematic Precise Orbit Determination

The computation of high-accuracy orbits is a prerequisite for the success of Low Earth Orbiter (LEO) missions such as CHAMP, GRACE and GOCE. The mission objectives of these satellites cannot be reached without computing orbits with an accuracy at the few cm level. Such a level of accuracy might be achieved with the techniques of reduced-dynamic and kinematic precise orbit determination (POD) assuming continuous Satellite-to-Satellite Tracking (SST) by the Global Positioning System (GPS). Both techniques have reached a high level of maturity and have been successfully applied to missions in the past, for example to TOPEX/POSEIDON (T/P), leading to (sub-)decimeter orbit accuracy. New LEO gravity missions are (to be) equipped with advanced GPS receivers promising to provide very high quality SST observations thereby opening the possibility for computing cm-level accuracy orbits. The computation of orbits at this accuracy level does not only require high-quality GPS receivers, but also advanced and demanding observation preprocessing and correction algorithms. Moreover, sophisticated parameter estimation schemes need to be adapted and extended to allow the computation of such orbits. Finally, reliable methods need to be employed for assessing the orbit quality and providing feedback to the different processing steps in the orbit computation process. 多点法测量形状误差的补偿控制系统

经过对误差分离技术理论进行了分析之后,又对误差补偿技术进行了研究,并建立了多点法测量形状误差的补偿控制系统。通过补偿主轴径向误差运动,提高了工件的圆度误差和圆柱度误差。
