免维修使用期分析

基于传统的指数分布的平均故障间隔时间（MTBF）方法已经不能适应现代战争对装备效能和费用的双重要求，提出了免维修使用期（MFOP）的概念，并通过与MTBF对比分析了其含义，意义及与之相关的度量，费用，适用范围，预计模型和实现等问题，指出了MFOP不仅可应用于飞机，还可以应用于其他装备，并以导弹为例进行了分析。     

航天工程技术保障投资的分配模型研究

研究了航天工程技术保障投资分配决策的影响因素，建立了技术保障投资分配的总体模型和投资比例分配模型，确立了技术保障项目投资预算额、投资分配比例以及技术保障投资总额之间的关系；依据各影响因素的权重和专家们的经验判断，计算出了每个技术保障投资项目的综合得分，并以此为基础确定了投资分配的比例值，从而使得投资分配过程得以量化，而且科学、合理。     

满足适航要求的嵌入式操作系统测试方法

以被定义为DO-178C Level A级软件的自主版权嵌入式实时操作系统为应用模型，提出了一种基于DO-178C标准的嵌入式实时操作系统的测试方法。提出的测试模式解决了操作系统内核在目标机中难以测试的问题，同时对操作系统在目标机环境进行测试的一些具体问题给出了解决方案。方法既适合现阶段国军标对软件测试提出的要求，又保证了嵌入式操作系统软件测试活动与适航要求的符合性。     

Effect of “Noisy” sun conditions on aircrew radiation exposure

In computer codes used to estimate the aircrew radiation exposure from galactic cosmic radiation, a quiet sun model is usually assumed. A revised computer code (PCAIRE ver. 8.0f) is used to calculate the impact of noisy sun conditions on aircrew radiation exposure. The revised code incorporates the effect of solar storm activity, which can perturb the geomagnetic field lines, altering cutoff rigidities and hence the shielding capability of the Earth’s magnetic field. The effect of typical solar storm conditions on aircrew radiation exposure is shown to be minimal justifying the usual assumptions.

Love Waves in Layered Graded Composite Structures with Imperfectly Bonded Interface

Theoretical analysis and numerical calculations of Love wave propagation in layered graded composites with imperfectly bonded interface are described in this paper. On the basis of WKB method, the approximate analytic solutions for Love waves are obtained. By the interface shear spring model, the dispersion relations for Love waves in layered graded composite structures with rigid, slip, and imperfectly bonded interfaces are given, and the effects of the interface conditions on the phase velocities of Love waves in SiC/Al lay- ered graded composites are discussed. Numerical analysis shows that the phase velocity decreases when the defined flexibility parameter is greater. For the general imperfectly bonded interface, the phase velocity changes in the range of the velocities for the rigid and slip interface conditions.     

Evolution analysis of a UAV real-time operating system from a network perspective

With the flourishing development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), the mission tasks of UAVs have become more and more complex. Consequently, a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) that provides operating environments for various mission services on these UAVs has become crucial, which leads to the necessity of having a deep understanding of an RTOS. In this paper, an empirical study is conducted on FreeRTOS, a commonly used RTOS for UAVs, from a complex network perspective. A total of 85 releases of FreeRTOS, from V2.4.2 to V10.0.0, are modeled as directed networks, in which the nodes represent functions and the edges denote function calls. It is found that the size of the FreeRTOS network has grown almost linearly with the evolution of the versions, while its main core has evolved steadily. In addition, a k-core analysis-based metric is proposed to identify major functionality changes of FreeRTOS during its evolution. The result shows that the identified versions are consistent with the version change logs. Finally, it is found that the clustering coefficient of the Linux OS scheduler is larger than that of the FreeRTOS scheduler. In conclusion, the empirical results provide useful guidance for developers and users of UAV RTOSs.     

特征无反射边界条件应用于二维圆柱绕流模拟

采用特征无反射边界条件和吸收层技术相结合的边界处理方法,研究了二维圆柱绕流模拟的边界反射问题。近年来在计算气动声学中提出了将大涡模拟和声学传播方程结合的混合方法求解声场,基于计算量的考虑,须在较小的计算区域内进行大涡模拟,这就需要在计算区域较小时,边界的反射尽可能小。作为大涡模拟研究的技术储备,将该方法应用于二维圆柱绕流的模拟中。数值结果表明这种方法在计算区域较小时,能起到很好的无反射效果,计算结果与前人在计算区域取得很大时的结果比较吻合。     

支持多核的嵌入式操作系统关键技术研究

以分析当前支持多核的操作系统需实现的关键技术为基础,从多核操作系统的引导和初始化、多核操作系统任务管理、多核中断、核间通信以及核间同步与互斥等方面具体分析、研究支持多核的嵌入式操作系统的实现机制,提出了一种多核领域操作系统关键技术的解决思路.

农村土地承包中存在诸多二元。对农村土地承包方式二元、土地承包经营权性质二元、土地承包经营权登记二元、土地承包流转权利二元等若干二元进行深入剖析，有利于正确适用不同性质的法律规范，依法实施不同性质的法律保护，达到切实维护农村土地承包当事人的合法权益。
