Comparative study of productivity of the Rosetta target Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko

In an attempt to evaluate correlations between several properties of comets we report the results of a cometary research involving a criterious analysis of gas and dust mass production rates in Comets 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko (main target of Rosetta Mission), 1P/Halley, Hyakutake (C/1996 B2), and 46P/Wirtanen and make a comparison between them.     

热处理真空淬火工艺的应用

超高强度钢在普通空气炉和盐炉中热处理后，零件表面氧化脱碳相对比较厚，再返回机加车间精加工，其高强度给机加带来不便。通过改进热处理工艺，采用保护气氛炉或真空炉淬火，在满足机械性能要求的前提下，实现少、无氧化热处理。     

Spin parameters of Low Earth Orbiting satellites Larets and Stella determined from Satellite Laser Ranging data

Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) measurements contain information about the spin parameters of the fully passive, geodetic satellites. In this paper we spectrally analyze the SLR data of 5 geodetic satellites placed on the Low Earth Orbits: GFZ-1, WESTPAC, Larets, Starlette, Stella, and successfully retrieve the frequency signal from Larets and Stella only. The obtained signals indicate an exponential increase of the spin period of Larets: T = 0.860499·exp(0.0197066·D) [s], and Stella: T = 13.5582·exp(0.00431232·D) [s], where D is in days since launch. The initial spin periods calculated from the first month of the SLR observations are: Larets: T_initial = 0.8239 s, Stella: T_initial = 13.2048 s. Analysis of the apparent effects indicates the counter-clockwise spin direction of the satellites. The twice more heavy Stella lost its rotational energy more than four times slower than Larets. Fitting the spin model to the observed spin trends allows determination of the spin axis orientation evolution for Larets and Stella before their rotational period becomes equal to the orbital period.     

TS-InSAR analysis for monitoring ground deformation in Lanzhou New District,the loess Plateau of China,from 2017 to 2019

Large-scale land creation projects involving the cutting of mountains to infill gullies for construction have been carried out in Lanzhou New District (LZND). However, there is an urgent need for comprehensive and detailed research on the spatiotemporal evolution of ground deformation in LZND. Based on Sentinel-1A SAR data, combined with the urban geological background, the ground deformation in LZND from 2017 to 2019 was analysed. Two independent, multi-temporal techniques, persistent scatterers interferometry (PS-InSAR) and the small baseline subset (SBAS-InSAR), were used to calculate the deformation time series, and the results were cross-verified. The time series-monitoring results of the SBAS and PS calculations exhibited strong consistency in LZND and verified the high reliability of the experimental results. The results showed the whole surface of the LZND from March 2017 to October 2019 maintained stability, and the deformation rate was primarily in the range of ?10 to 10 mm/year. However, ground deformation in the Xicha area was evident. The maximum annual deformation rates monitored by SBAS-InSAR and PS-InSAR were ?52.48 mm/year and ?56.35 mm/year, respectively. The most typical deformation areas include the built-up area and the land creation area. The surface subsidence area was concentrated in the filling area. The ground deformation range of LZND kept expanding and accelerating from 2017 to 2019. Land creation, urban construction, geology and precipitation were the primary factors contributing to local severe ground deformation. The results of this study provide reference for the regional urban planning in LZND.     

基于一类含极少运动副四支链两转一移三自由度并联机构的五轴混联机器人

首先提出了一类含较少运动副四支链两转一移三自由度（2R1T）并联机构（PMs）2RPU-UPR-RPR和2UPR-RPU-RPR，然后提出了极限约束力螺旋系的概念，分析四支链2R1T并联机构末端的极限约束力螺旋系，对所提出的四支链2R1T并联机构是否同类机构中含运动副最少进行了论证。基于提出的四支链并联机构构造了一种五自由度混联机器人机构，建立了2-RPU-UPR-RPR并联机构的位置反解模型，并将其等效成一个三自由度串联机构RPR，进而对整个混联机器人机构进行了位置正反解分析，建立得到了混联机器人机构位置反解的显式解析表达式，并用加工球面轨迹的算例对所建运动学模型的正确性进行验证。提出的五自由度混联机器人含有极少的运动副，且所有转动自由度均具有连续转轴，能够得到解析的位置模型表达式，很容易实现轨迹规划与运动控制，具有良好的应用前景。     

First astrometric observations of space debris with the MéO telescope

The MéO (for Métrologie Optique) telescope is the Satellite and Lunar Laser Ranging (SLR) dedicated telescope of Observatoire de la Côte d’Azur (France) located at plateau de Calern. The telescope uses an altazimuth mount. The motorization of the mount has a capability of 6 deg/s allowing the follow up of Low Earth Orbits (LEO) satellites, as well as Medium Earth Orbits (MEO) and geostationary (GEO) satellites, and the Moon. The telescope has a primary mirror of 1.54 m. It uses a Nasmyth focus equipped with an EMCCD camera. The telescope field of view, defined by the equivalent focal length and the size of the camera, is currently 3.4 arcmin × 3.4 arcmin.     

Laser time transfer and its application in the Galileo programme

We are presenting the new instrument, new technology available and new measurement technique proposal for the Galileo programme – optical detector for the laser time transfer and one way laser ranging ground to space.     

2A12 铝合金锻坯开裂故障分析

某产品用2A12铝合金锻坯在生产过程中发生开裂故障。本文对开裂锻坯进行了形貌观察与断口分析,并对比研究了热处理后开裂锻坯、未热处理锻坯和原材料铝棒。结果表明:开裂锻坯上的开裂模式为脆性开裂;开裂锻坯上的裂纹形成于热处理过程,形成原因应与锻造工艺控制不当导致锻坯在热处理过程中形成的粗晶有关。     

创造具有自身特色的经营策略：———论云南航空公司的经营策略

阐述了在国内外航空市场的竞争压力下航空公司应采取的措施。针对过去和未来一段时期内国际航空市场的变化，结合云南航空公司的实际情况，分析了国内航线和国际航线运营状况，提出了具有其自身特色的发展战略和经营策略。     

基于Gauss-Newton法的L1数据拟合

在数据拟合中，当个别数据存在较大测量误差时，采用Ｌ１准则对数据进行拟合要优于最小二乘准则。本文通过建立Ｌ１准则与最小二乘准则之间的关系，给出了一种基于Ｇａｕｓｓ－Ｎｅｗｔｏｎ法的Ｌ１数据拟合自满。计算结果表明，该方法易于理解，便于编程，具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
