Matching suitable feature construction for SAR images based on evolutionary synthesis strategy

In the paper,a set of algorithms to construct synthetic aperture radar（SAR）matching suitable features are frstly proposed based on the evolutionary synthesis strategy.During the process,on the one hand,the indexes of primary matching suitable features（PMSFs）are designed based on the characteristics of image texture,SAR imaging and SAR matching algorithm,which is a process involving expertise;on the other hand,by designing a synthesized operation expression tree based on PMSFs,a much more flexible expression form of synthesized features is built,which greatly expands the construction space.Then,the genetic algorithm-based optimized searching process is employed to search the synthesized matching suitable feature（SMSF）with the highest effciency,largely improving the optimized searching effciency.In addition,the experimental results of the airborne synthetic aperture radar ortho-images of C-band and P-band show that the SMSFs gained via the algorithms can reflect the matching suitability of SAR images accurately and the matching probabilities of selected matching suitable areas of ortho-images could reach 99±0.5%.     

小波技术在组合导航系统故障诊断中的应用

针对组合导航系统中存在的故障类型和特点，提出一种新的基于信号处理的故障检测方法。该方法利用小波分析技术对含有故障信息的系统信号进行分析处理，并将此方法应用于SINS／GPS组合导航系统。仿真结果分析表明，小波分析技术能很好地及时检测出组合导航系统的硬故障，且更加简便灵活，从而可以将小波分析技术应用于组合导航系统的故障检测。

民用飞机综合模块化航电系统分区和资源分配的研究

对比航电传统系统架构,分析了综合模块化航电系统(Integrated Modular Avionics,简称IMA)架构的优点;针对IMA系统功能的高集成度带来的资源分配难度和安全性要求,提出了IMA系统分区和资源分配策略,并给出了具体方法,对民用飞机IMA系统设计具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。     

从伊拉克战争的视角看国际法

伊拉克战争，让人们对国际法存在的意义发生了疑问，对国际法的作用表示出极大的怀疑。笔者从伊拉克战争这一事件本身出发，用国际法基本理论，对这一事件的非法性以及伊拉克战争给国际法的冲击作了分析与探讨。笔者认为，伊拉克战争固然给国际法带来了一定的影响，但伊拉克战争以及战后的相关问题的解决，离不开国际法。国际法依然有着无法取代的作用。     

一种新型综合性靶场安全系统及其检验测试结果

本文首先简要介绍战略导弹发射场和航天发射场靶场安全系统的作用、特点、主要技术要求,接着介绍按美国空军航天司令部要求,由空军研究所开发的基于GPS弹道测量技术,外测、遥测、遥控综合为一体的机动型靶场安全系统——BMRST的构成及其经多种检验测试的结果。     

Maximal admissible mode decision delay in terminal guidance

Mode decision-maker is a critical component in the logic-based Integrated Estimation and Guidance(IEG) system. For the best possible estimation and guidance performance, the mode decision delay of the mode decision-maker should be limited to a range as small as possible. This paper presents a numerical method for computing the maximal admissible mode decision delay that varies with time-to-go. Particular attention has been paid to highly maneuvering target interception in terminal guidance. The results of this research offer useful guidelines for the design of the mode decision-maker in IEG systems.     

Applications of structural efficiency assessment method on structural-mechanical characteristics integrated design in aero-engines

In the design process of advanced aero-engines, it is necessary to carry out an effective analysis method between structural features and mechanical characteristics for a better structural optimization. Based on the structural composition and functions of aero-engines, the concept and contents of structural efficiency can reflect the relation between structural features and mechanical characteristics. In order to achieve the integrated design of structural and mechanical characteristics, one quantitative analysis method called Structural Efficiency Assessment Method (SEAM) was put forward. The structural efficiency coefficient was obtained by synthesizing the parameters to quantitatively evaluate the aero-engine structure design level. Parameterization method to evaluate structural design quality was realized. After analyzing the structural features of an actual dual-rotor system in typical high bypass ratio turbofan engines, the mechanical characteristics and structural efficiency coefficient were calculated. Structural efficiency coefficient of high-pressure rotor (0.43) is higher than that of low-pressure rotor (0.29), which directly shows the performance of the former is better, there is room for improvement in structural design of the low-pressure rotor. Thus the direction of structural optimization was pointed out. The applications of SEAM shows that the method is operational and effective in the evaluation and improvement of structural design.     

四进气道整体式冲压发动机试验研究

在地面直连式试车台上,对四进气道整体式冲压发动机进行了试验研究,验证了发动机结构方案的合理性和低温点火启动的可靠性。结果表明,发动机点火启动可靠,工作稳定,具有较宽的工作范围及良好的性能。     

GPS/伪卫星组合定位中伪卫星改进选址模型

为了更为有效地改善GPS卫星的几何结构,提高GPS/伪卫星组合定位的精度,在推导伪卫星增强GPS系统基本公式的基础上,阐述了GPS绝对定位精度因子的相关理论,说明了引入伪卫星的必要性;提出了建立以观测时间、高度角和方位角为自变量,绝对定位精度因子为因变量的四维选址模型,并采用一次性添加伪卫星方式,改进现有的逐颗添加方式,建立了整体最优的伪卫星选址模型,给出了该模型的工作流程。以空间位置精度因子PDOP为例,进行实测数据测试与分析,结果表明：基于两种伪卫星添加方式建立的四维模型均可为高效的伪卫星选址工作提供可靠依据,实现伪卫星的优化选址;其中一次性添加方式优于逐颗添加方式,尤其对于添加2颗伪卫星,PDOP值在局部的优化程度达到了1.0以上,较大程度地改善了逐颗添加伪卫星方式产生的不利区域,可以提供更为有效的伪卫星选址方案。
