基于虚拟正交试验的压气机叶轮轴-毂径向微动特性研究

用Pro/E建立压气机叶轮轴-毂三维模型,利用ANSYS软件采用子结构结合网格随移技术的分析方法,建立其有限元模型。采用虚拟正交试验方法对压气机叶轮轴-毂进行仿真,得出过盈量、摩擦系数、转速对最大单位摩擦功和平均摩擦功影响显著性次序及影响规律,得到最优组合。结果表明,模拟及正交试验优化结果准确、可靠,有效地降低了摩擦磨损程度,对实际装配过程具有一定的指导作用。

Space Weather applications with CDPP/AMDA

AMDA (Automated Multi-Dataset Analysis), a new data analysis service, recently opened at the French Plasma Physics Data Center (CDPP). AMDA is developed according to the Virtual Observatory paradigm: it is a web-based facility for on-line analyses of space physics. Data may come from its own local database as well as remote ones. This tool allows the user to perform classical manipulations such as data visualization, parameter computation and data extraction. AMDA also offers innovative functionalities such as event searches on the content of the data in either visual or automated ways, generation, use and management of time tables (event lists). The general functionalities of AMDA are presented in the context of Space Weather with example scientific use cases.     

电磁式舵机的驱动设计试验与仿真

针对一种电磁式舵机,基于虚拟仪器技术设计了相应的测试系统,对舵机的动态性能进行了测试分析。考虑到铁磁阻的非线性和漏磁通的分散性,本文采用磁路微分法建立了舵机电磁铁的数学模型,对其动态特性进行仿真分析。结果表明:舵机的性能满足系统设计要求。试验结果与仿真结果基本一致,仿真计算可以用于舵机性能的优化与分析。

Training effectiveness evaluation of helicopter emergency relief based on virtual simulation

Helicopters are playing an increasingly important part in emergency relief, such as earthquake rescue, firefighting and medical transport. With the development of virtual simulation technology, virtual simulation-based training is widely used in the training of the helicopter crew especially for the dangerous and costly missions mentioned above. A complete training effectiveness evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the trainees’ training effect based on virtual simulation in this paper. A key to this method is regarding the complicated process as a discrete event-activity flow system and establishing the evaluation indicator system. Then expert group and Analytical Network Process (ANP) are applied to determine the weight of indicators. When the training data are processed, there is a novel attempt to apply Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) model to calculate the two categories of indicators. Eventually, an experiment and the analysis were carried out to validate the evaluation method.
