由于旋转爆轰燃烧室具有自增压特性,可提高热力循环效率,因此将旋转爆轰燃烧室应用于燃气轮机可进一步提高系统的性能。基于非稳态雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方法,采用剪切应力输运k-ω湍流模型,建立旋转爆轰燃烧室与涡轮平面叶栅耦合计算模型,研究旋转爆轰燃烧室内的复杂波系与涡轮叶片的相互作用,分析涡轮叶栅对高频爆轰压力振荡的抑制作用。结果表明:旋转爆轰燃烧室内的燃气在涡轮叶栅内加速,并且在斜激波后的局部区域马赫数的增加更为明显。斜激波与涡轮静转子叶片的前缘、压力面、吸力面以及尾缘相互作用,由于旋转爆轰波不同的传播方向,使得斜激波与静子叶片呈相互垂直或平行,进而形成两种不同的波系结构。涡轮叶栅对高频压力振荡存在明显的抑制作用,涡轮叶栅上下游高频压力振荡幅值的衰减率达到80%以上。研究结果展示了旋转爆轰波作用下涡轮叶栅内复杂波系结构特征,并对基于爆轰燃烧推进技术的应用提供了一定的理论基础。 相似文献

The present work theoretically demonstrates the dynamic analysis of a planar multi-link manipulator considering flexible links and joints mounted on a moving base. A nonlinear model of a multi-manipulator (N-links) has been developed accounting for an equivalent bi-directional mobile base. The nonlinear Euler-Bernoulli beam and spring-inertia/mass system have been introduced to demonstrate the flexibilities of links and joints, respectively. Modal analysis followed by trajectory analysis has been performed to investigate the behaviors of manipulator taking into account of accurate boundary conditions. Further, vibration characteristics, steady-state responses, and their stability at resonant situations due to joint motions and inertial coupling have been studied. Results of exploiting geometric and inertial coupling due to flexible arms on stability analysis of steady-state responses have been investigated and have been subsequently verified with the findings by directly solving the governing equations. Steady-state response characteristics to explore the dynamics of the multi-link manipulators under resonant states have been studied with the varying actuator mass, the flexibility of links, lifted payload, and joint parameters. Vibrations impose negative impacts on the effectiveness and public acceptance of helicopters. Active rotors with trailing-edge flaps have been proved to be an effective way to actively eliminate helicopter vibrations. For the existing control algorithm based on offline system identification, the transfer functions of an active rotor under different flight conditions are pre-requisites to implement closed-loop vibration control. In this study, a three-bladed active rotor with improved trailing-edge flaps is designed, and wind-tunnel tests are conducted to identify the transfer functions of this active rotor using frequency sweep and phase sweep methods. The experimental results demonstrate that these transfer functions are insensitive to the variation of flight speeds: the amplitude of the transfer function varies slightly, while the phase delay almost remains unchanged. In addition, this finding is validated through closed-loop vibration control tests with the active rotor. The transfer function obtained from the hover test results is also applicable to closed-loop vibration control tests under the forward flight conditions. 振动疲劳作为结构破坏失效形式之一,正日益得到重视。传统的船载雷达设备设计往往仅考虑静强度,从而导致结构抵抗疲劳破坏的能力不足。从模态分析的角度入手,利用模态叠加法进行随机振动分析,得到结构的各向应力功率谱密度。在此基础上进行基于Von Mises应力的谱分析,并分别从宽带和窄带过程的角度进行了疲劳寿命估算,最后对某船载雷达进行了随机振动疲劳分析。结果表明,船载雷达结构在满足静强度条件下,不一定能够满足抗疲劳性能要求。从模态振型分析的角度改进了结构设计,分析验证表明,改进后结构能够满足随机振动疲劳寿命要求。 相似文献

采用原始的焊接方式焊接筛网式推进剂管理装置的收集器合格率低、可靠性差。为此,采用纯钛箔作为过渡层进行了不锈钢筛网与钛合金支压板的电阻缝焊试验以及随后这两者与钛合金骨架的电子束焊试验,然后进行了地面力学环境下的振动试验,以验证焊接方式改进后收集器的可靠性。焊接试验结果表明,纯钛箔过渡层一方面可以大幅降低筛网在电阻缝焊时的焊接热量,有效地减小筛网的热变形;另一方面可以在电阻缝焊后形成牢固、封闭的纯钛/不锈钢筛网焊缝过渡区,有效地增加电子束焊时筛网的变形抗力,从而使得焊接后试样的合格率和性能大幅提高。振动试验结果表明,焊接方式改进后收集器的可靠度置信下限从0.90增加到了0.96。 相似文献

This paper explores an analytical model for Elastic Ring Squeeze Film Damper (ERSFD) with thin-walled ring and turbulent-jet orifices, and uncovers its Oil Film Pressure Performance (OFPP). Firstly, the ring deformation is addressed by using the Fourier series expansion approach and the orifice outflow rate is characterized with the Prandtl boundary layer theory. Secondly, applying finite difference scheme, the influence of elastic ring flexibility, orifice diameter, and attitude angle on the OFPP is analyzed. Finally, Outer chamber pressure was measured experimentally at different rotor speeds. The results indicate that the outer chamber pressure coats an individual load-carrying region and spreads symmetrically pertaining to the attitude angle. Its amplitude drops as the elastic ring flexibility decreases but boosts with the reduction of the orifice diameter. For inner chamber pressure, the orifice diameter effects a similar trend to the outer cavity, but exhibits more stable distribution regarding the attitude angle. Minimizing the elastic ring flexibility causes an increase in amplitude. The model is validated by the test results giving that the outer chamber pressure shifts synchronously and periodically with the variation of the attitude angle, while the pressure amplitude increases slightly at higher rotor speeds. 相似文献
