小波变换在遥测数据处理中的应用

采用离散小波变换方法对在轨卫星遥测数据进行处理,利用噪声和信号在不同小波尺度上的性质不同．基于极大极小化思想选取去噪处理中的阈值,达到分离噪声和信号的目的。结果表明：利用小波变换可有效消除卫星遥测数据的噪声。     

基于ARM的移动机器人红外测距系统的设计

为实现机器人安全蔽障,设计了一种基于S3C2440A微控制器的红外测距系统,具体介绍了该测距系统的硬件结构、软件设计及其工作原理。S3C2440A内部具有8路模拟信号输入的10位ADC,将红外测距系统测得的模拟信号输入,通过A/D转换后输出。     

基于混合编程技术的AOCC应用软件快速仿真平台

介绍基于混合编程技术的AOCC应用软件的快速仿真平台的整体框架设计以及具体实现．基于该方法构建的快速仿真平台，能够满足软件开发人员对基于8086汇编语言开发的AOCC应用软件开、闭环调试和测试的要求，对提高软件的开发效率和保证软件的质量有积极意义．     

Matching suitable feature construction for SAR images based on evolutionary synthesis strategy

In the paper,a set of algorithms to construct synthetic aperture radar（SAR）matching suitable features are frstly proposed based on the evolutionary synthesis strategy.During the process,on the one hand,the indexes of primary matching suitable features（PMSFs）are designed based on the characteristics of image texture,SAR imaging and SAR matching algorithm,which is a process involving expertise;on the other hand,by designing a synthesized operation expression tree based on PMSFs,a much more flexible expression form of synthesized features is built,which greatly expands the construction space.Then,the genetic algorithm-based optimized searching process is employed to search the synthesized matching suitable feature（SMSF）with the highest effciency,largely improving the optimized searching effciency.In addition,the experimental results of the airborne synthetic aperture radar ortho-images of C-band and P-band show that the SMSFs gained via the algorithms can reflect the matching suitability of SAR images accurately and the matching probabilities of selected matching suitable areas of ortho-images could reach 99±0.5%.     

航天器共因失效分析与预防初探

简要介绍了共因失效相关概念及分析方法,通过共因失效案例分析,对航天器如何开展共因失效分析以及如何预防共因失效进行了初步探讨,提出了航天器开展共因失效分析的定性和定量方法以及预防共因失效的措施。     

频域盲源分离的非圆信号推广

作为盲源分离（BSS）问题的最有效解决方法之一,独立分量分析（ICA）算法可以分为时域和频域算法两类.将时域盲源分离的快速算法推广到频域,通过在频域中应用非圆信号的伪协方差矩阵,推导出一个新的固定点算法来解决线性瞬时混合的非圆信号盲源分离（BNSS）问题.仿真实验验证了该算法的有效性.     

酸性磺酞类染料共振Rayleigh散射光谱法测定奈替米星

用共振Rayleigh散射（RRS）光谱研究了酸性磺酞类染料溴甲酚绿和溴酚蓝分别与奈替米星的相互作用.溴甲酚绿和溴酚蓝在酸性介质中分别与奈替米星相互作用,导致RRS光谱显著增强,最大的RRS峰分别位于606nm和572nm处,散射强度与奈替米星的质量浓度在一定的范围内成正比.此方法具有很高的灵敏度,对于奈替米星的检测限（3σ）分别为30ng/mL和10ng/mL,据此发展了一种测定奈替米星的新方法.     

Telemetry,telecommand and safety sub-systems for scientific ballooning from Hyderabad

Highly sophisticated balloon-borne scientific payloads have stringent requirement on the telemetry and command system. The development and fabrication of the on-board TT&C package for telemetry, tracking, command, safety and ranging for these experiments is done in-house at the National Balloon Facility (NBF) at Hyderabad. In the last few years, we have made major improvements both in the ground station and the on-board sub-systems, thereby improving the data quality, data handling speed and the general flight control along with aviation safety. The new system has telemetry data rate up to 1 Mbps. A reduction in weight, power and cost of the reengineered on-board integrated package has also lead to the ease of operation during field tests prior to launch and at remote recovery sites. In this paper, we describe the details of the new control package, its flight performance and our plans for portable S-band telemetry and telecommand system to cater to the balloon flights from Antarctic station and long duration balloon flights.
