轴对称体外部流场的有旋特征线法

轴对称体的无粘，可压缩，定常，超音速流动的外部流场，在计算时，常采用流动为无旋的假设，当头部激波弯曲较大时，会产生一定的误差。本文对绕轴对称体的这类流动，用有旋特征线理论进行了数值计算。结果与实验数据的比较表明：用有旋特征线理论对绕轴对称体的流场进行计算是完全可行的。该方法的应用对轴对称体的气动力计算具有实际应用价值。     

载人运载火箭全箭模态试验

介绍载人运载火箭全箭模态试验技术，给出了火箭全部可靠性模态数据，及飞船内关键设备的振动数据。通过对数据分析，认为：船箭耦合远比星箭耦合复杂；代替低空逃逸发动机的配重对火箭的频率特性影响不大；试验取得的全部模态数据可靠，为稳定系统设计、船箭耦合动态分析及火箭飞行过程中宇航员的振动环境提供了实验依据。     

论GPS与相对论时空观

在ＧＰＳ中，观测者对时钟所显时间值和物理事件所发光信号传播过程所作全面描述应包括“看到的情况”和“实际的情况”；作为具有特定物质性、运动性、结构性和开放性的动力学系统，时种所显时间值与其内部特定物质性、运动性和结构性等内因有关，与其所受引力和电磁力等外因有关；根据速度值定义，除特别约定，具体光子相对具体参照物的具体速度值应由观测者使用具体时种和量尺观测而定。以上述时空新认识弥补了相对论时空观有关观点的认识不足。     

应用端部效应改善的LS+NN模型进行日长变化预报

现有ΔLOD(Delta Length-Of-Day,日长变化)预报模式在进行周期项与残差项拟合分离时,通常没有考虑LS(Least Squares,最小二乘)拟合序列的端部效应,预报精度难以取得较大提高。针对端部效应现象,首先采用时间序列分析模型在ΔLOD序列两端进行数据延拓,构成一个新序列,然后用新序列求得LS外推模型系数,再结合LS外推模型和NN(Neural Network,神经网络)对原始ΔLOD序列进行预测。算例表明,在ΔLOD序列两端增加延拓数据,能有效改善LS拟合序列的端部效应;端部效应改善的LS+NN模型的预报精度明显优于常规LS+NN模型,精度最大提高了17.86%。该方法不仅适用于LS+NN模型,也适用于LS外推模型与其他模型的组合。     

基于边缘电流法近远场变换中的探头补偿

针对目前平面近远场变换中，探头H面方向图对天线远区副瓣引入误差较大的情况，研究了一种基于边缘电流法近远场变换的探头补偿。通过在微波暗室对某频段阵列天线测量，并分别用传统使用的stratton-chu积分法、E面电场法与边缘电流法进行近远场变换并进行比较。结果表明，此方法相比传统方法，副瓣精度基本接近国际先进水平，远远高于国内现有水平，证明了该方法的有效性和工程实用性，并填补了国内空白。     

Stratospheric polar vortex as a possible reason for temporal variations of solar activity and galactic cosmic ray effects on the lower atmosphere circulation

Possible reasons for the temporal instability of long-term effects of solar activity (SA) and galactic cosmic ray (GCR) variations on the lower atmosphere circulation were studied. It was shown that the detected earlier ∼60-year oscillations of the amplitude and sign of SA/GCR effects on the troposphere pressure at high and middle latitudes (Veretenenko and Ogurtsov, Adv.Space Res., 2012) are closely related to the state of a cyclonic vortex forming in the polar stratosphere. The intensity of the vortex was found to reveal a roughly 60-year periodicity affecting the evolution of the large-scale atmospheric circulation and the character of SA/GCR effects. An intensification of both Arctic anticyclones and mid-latitudinal cyclones associated with an increase of GCR fluxes at minima of the 11-year solar cycles is observed in the epochs of a strong polar vortex. In the epochs of a weak polar vortex SA/GCR effects on the development of baric systems at middle and high latitudes were found to change the sign. The results obtained provide evidence that the mechanism of solar activity and cosmic ray influences on the lower atmosphere circulation involves changes in the evolution of the stratospheric polar vortex.     

基于灰度预测的无刷直流电机控制

针对传统PID控制器抗干扰能力差，参数调节繁琐等问题，提出了灰度预测控制器。对灰度预测算法进行了详细的理论分析和数学建模，利用最速梯度法对控制器参数进行调整，设计了参数自适应调整的控制器；对飞轮使用的无刷直流电机进行了较为准确的模型建立，并在此基础上设计了基于灰度预测控制器的电机控制仿真模型。通过仿真分析了两种控制器在正常加速和受到干扰两种情况下的不同表现，验证了灰度预测控制器在调节效果和稳定性等方面的优越性。     

An Asian perspective on the new US space policy: The emphasis on international cooperation and its relevance to Asia

This viewpoint examines the likely reasons behind the renewed focus on international cooperation in the new US National Space Policy, noting that the rise of various Asian space powers is one factor. It demonstrates the increase in US-Asian space cooperation that is already underway, arguing that such cooperation can only be to the good in providing Asian countries with a greater degree of cutting-edge technology and know-how, as well as contributing to the overall safety and security of outer space. Nevertheless, there will doubtless be problems such as cost overruns and delays and effort will have to be applied if cooperation is to work.
