基于XML和ASP.NET的教学资源信息平台的研究与设计

首先分析指出了学院现有的各级教学资源信息化工作中出的问题,通过调研,提炼出教学资源信息平台的主要业务功能需求。在此基础上提出基于XML和ASP.NET的教学资源信息平台的设计方案,并论述基于SOA的用户身份验证、基于XML的教学资源规范化描述以及XML文档在SQL Server中的存储方式和读写访问等实现过程中的关键技术。     

Entropy based inverse design of aircraft mission success space in system-of-systems confrontation

This paper presents a practical and efficient design method for aircraft Mission Success Space (MSS) based on the entropy measurement (EM). First, fundamentals regarding MSS, Inverse Design (ID) and entropy are discussed. Then, two EM schemes of entropy-based ID and the whole MSS ID procedure are given to demonstrate alternative ways of entropy quantification and MSS design. After that, Genetic Algorithm (GA) is utilized as a search algorithm to find the optimal MSS design with the minimum objective, entropy, in each EM scheme. A simulation case of aircraft penetration mission is given for the method validation where the best aircraft MSS design is obtained by GA according to the minimum entropy. Results from two schemes are compared at the end.     

A multi-index assessment method for evaluating coverage effectiveness of remote sensing satellite

This paper deals with the multi-index assessment method for evaluating coverage effectiveness of remote sensing satellite. Because a series of satellite activities such as imaging, moving target observation, and environment investigation need to know the coverage characteristics, the coverage capability of the remote sensing satellite is the most important index. Thus, it is very important to establish the method of effectiveness evaluation of coverage characteristics. This paper focuses on the assessment of coverage effectiveness of remote sensing satellite, and proposes and designs a multi-index evaluation method based on index weight using entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process. With a simulation case, the effectiveness evaluation results of single satellite coverage and multi-satellite coverage performance are given for the proposed assessment. The experimental results show that the established coverage characteristic model and the proposed assessment method are effective and right.     

基于兰彻斯特方程不同信息条件下的空战效能分析

本文研究的是信息化条件下空战效能,对不同信息条件下的空战效能进行分析,建立了相对应的兰彻斯特方程。在运用兰彻斯特方程分析的过程中,突出了不同信息条件对空战效能的影响,分析结果显示了信息优势是获得空战优势的关键性因素,并评估了信息因素对空战进程的决定性作用。
