利用升温脱氢分析装置(TDS)和慢速拉伸试验方法(SSRT)研究了一种二次硬化钢中氢的扩散行为及其对塑性的影响。结果表明,由于二次硬化实验钢中存在大量细小碳化物,氢的扩散系数约为3.42×10-8cm2.s-1,明显低于通常淬火回火马氏体钢。TDS分析发现,实验钢中存在两个氢逸出峰,激活能分别为20.2kJ.mol-1和24.6kJ.mol-1,由晶界、位错等弱氢陷阱引起。拉伸试样的断面收缩率随氢质量分数的增加先线性下降,氢质量分数每增加1×10-4%断面收缩率下降约12%;当氢质量分数达到5×10-4%时,断面收缩率低于10%,断口呈沿晶状。  相似文献

提出了在非对称循环加载下描述材料弹塑性材料行为的损伤演变速率方程式与各个历程与不同损伤量DCi相对应的寿命NCi估算式。其方法是采用以塑性应变幅同弹性应变幅之比值ΔEp/Δεe作为应力应变参量,以常用的材料常数作为材料参数。而且,还提出了与常用材料常数、平均应力与平均应变、加载临界历程长短有着函数关系的综合性材料常数的新概念。此外,以汽车的某一零件为例,计算了它的疲劳损伤。其计算结果与Landgraf方程式计算结果一致,且计算精度较高。这对避免过多而重复的疲劳试验,对方便工程应用,对节约人力、时间和资金有着实际意义。  相似文献

 针对静不稳定电传飞机作动器速率限制环节引起的Ⅱ型驾驶员诱发振荡(PIO)严重威胁飞机飞行安全的问题,研究了考虑作动器速率限制因素的人机闭环系统稳定域。引入增广状态变量分离速率限制环节,建立了人机闭环系统饱和非线性模型。为得到尽可能大的人机闭环系统稳定域估计,首先将稳定域求解问题转化为凸优化问题,再通过Schur补引理将其转化为线性矩阵不等式的求解问题,最终得到了人机闭环系统椭球体稳定域估计的一般算法。时域仿真研究表明:所估计的稳定域略微保守但不冒进,静不稳定电传飞机的Ⅱ型PIO是一种发散很快的振荡而非极限环振荡,驾驶员操纵增益以及作动器速率限制值是影响稳定域的重要因素。稳定域法物理意义清晰、结果直观,可用于非线性人机闭环系统稳定性的评估。  相似文献

To evaluate stress corrosion cracking(SCC) mechanism of low alloy ultra-high strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2 A in environment containing NaCl, SCC behavior of the steel in 3.5wt% NaCl solution is investigated by slow strain rate technique(SSRT) with various strain rates and applied potentials, surface analysis technique, and electrochemical measurements. SCC susceptibility of the steel increases rapidly with strain rate decreasing from 1 · 10 5s 1to 5 · 10 7s 1, and becomes stable when strain rate is lower than 5 · 10 7s 1. SCC propagation of the steel in the solution at open circuit potential(OCP) needs sufficient hydrogen which is supplied at a certain strain rate.Fracture surface at OCP has similar characteristics with that at cathodic polarization 1000 mVSCE, which presents characteristic fractography of hydrogen induced cracking(HIC).All of these indicate that SCC behavior of the steel in the solution at OCP is mainly controlled by HIC rather than anodic dissolution(AD).  相似文献

The soil-like substrate (SLS) technique is key for improving the closure of bioregenerative life support system (BLSS) by recycling the inedible biomass of higher plants. In this study, a novel SLS technique (NSLST) was proposed: aerobic fermentations at 35 °C for 1 day, then 60 °C for 6 days, finally 30 °C for 3 days, followed by earthworm treatment for 70 days. Comparing with the original SLS technique (OSLST), its process cycle was 13 days shorter, and the dry weight loss rate (81.1%) was improved by 24.77%. The cellulose and lignin degradation rates were 96.6% and 94.6%. The concentrations of available N, P and K in mature SLS were respectively 776.1 mg/L, 348.0 mg/L and 7943.0 mg/L. Low CH4 and NH3 production was observed, but no accumulation. According to the seed germination test, the SLSs were feasible for plant growth. This investigation will provide a preliminary foundation for BLSS design.  相似文献

Some type of penetration into a subsurface is required in planetary sampling. Drilling and coring, due to its efficient penetrating and cuttings removal characteristics, has been widely applied in previous sampling missions. Given the complicated mechanical properties of a planetary regolith, suitable drilling parameters should be matched with different drilling formations properly. Otherwise, drilling faults caused by overloads could easily happen. Hence, it is necessary to estab-lish a drilling load model, which is able to reveal the relationships among drilling loads, an auger's structural parameters, soil's mechanical properties, and relevant drilling parameters. A concept for the filling rate of auger flute (FRAF) is proposed to describe drilling conditions. If the FRAF index under one group of drilling parameters is less than 1, this means that the auger flute currently removes cuttings smoothly. Otherwise, the auger will be choked with compressed cuttings. In dril-ling operations, the drilling loads on the auger mainly come from the conveyance action, while the drilling loads on the drill bit primarily come from the cutting action. Experiments in one typical lunar regolith simulant indicate that the estimated drilling loads based on the FRAF coincide with the test results quite well. Based on this drilling load model, drilling parameters have been opti-mized.  相似文献

With respect to the ergonomic evaluation and optimization in the mental task design of the aircraft cockpit display interface, the experimental measurement and theoretical modeling of mental workload were carried out under flight simulation task conditions using the performance evaluation, subjective evaluation and physiological measurement methods. The experimental results show that with an increased mental workload, the detection accuracy of flight operation significantly reduced and the reaction time was significantly prolonged; the standard deviation of R-R intervals(SDNN) significantly decreased, while the mean heart rate exhibited little change; the score of NASA_TLX scale significantly increased. On this basis, the indexes sensitive to mental workload were screened, and an integrated model for the discrimination and prediction of mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface was established based on the Bayesian Fisher discrimination and classification method. The original validation and cross-validation methods were employed to test the accuracy of the results of discrimination and prediction of the integrated model, and the average prediction accuracies determined by these two methods are both higher than 85%. Meanwhile, the integrated model shows a higher accuracy in discrimination and prediction of mental workload compared with single indexes. The model proposed in this paper exhibits a satisfactory coincidence with the measured data and could accurately reflect the variation characteristics of the mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface, thus providing a basis for the ergonomic evaluation and optimization design of the aircraft cockpit display interface in the future.  相似文献
